this instruction manual carefully before assembling the model,and follow all precautions and recommendations
in the manual.Make sure to retain the manual for future reference,routine maintenance,and tuning.This scale
fuselage is designed for T-REX 500 Helicopter series.You can easily put it on your T-REX 500(torque tube version)
for new clothing.

After assembling the scale fuselage,the weight will increase and the structure will become more complex,so we
do not recommmend to have any 3D fly as to avoid any accident and damage.
R/C products require a certain degree of skill to operate,and is a consumables item.Any damage or
dissatisfaction as a result of accidents or modifications are not covered by any warranty and cannot be returned
for repair or experience problems during operation or maintenance.

BEFORE ASSEMBLING
1:Check for all the parts in the list shown bellow.
2:Some basic tools are needed for the assembly.

Fly only in safe areas,away from other people.Do not operate R/C aircraft within the vicinity of homes or crowds of
people.R/C aircraft are prone to accidents,failures,and crashes due to a variety of reasons including lack of
maintenance,pilot error,and radio interference.Pilots are responsible for their actions and damage or injury

Front view of the Front Landing Gears installed.
Secure the Front Landing Gear using M3x16 Hex
Cap Screw x2 and M3x12 Hex Cap Screw x2.
Install two Front Landing Gears onto the body of the
fuselage.
Drill four holes under the tail part of the fuselage
and secure the T-shape Alu Parts on the tail using
¢ 2X8 Self-Tap Screw X4.

Next, install the Tail Landing Gear onto the
T-shape Alu Parts using two M2X8 Screws.

Prepare your Trex 500 helicopter, a Torque Tube version is
required to install into this UH-60 fuselage.

Insert the Trex 500 Heli mechanism into the fuselage.
Disassemble the upper tail part from the Scorpion Tail
System after the testing as to get ready to install the
heli mechanism into the fuselage body.
Reassemble the Upper Tail Part into the Scorpion Tail Gear
Box and fix the Tail System with wood part using M2x6
Self-Tap Screws.
Diassemble the Tail Cover from the fuselage.
Install the Main Frame Plastic Washer onto the main
frames using M2 Nut X4 , M2X16 Screws X4 and ¢
2mm Washer X4.

Assemble the Main Frame, Scorpion Tail Gear Box, Transition
Torque Tube, Front Drive Gear, Copper Tail Gear and other
tail parts onto the Trex 500 heli. Adjust the linkage rods and
the setting of the radio to ensure the Trex 500 flying well
wirh Scorpion Tail System. A hovering test is recommended.

Install the Linkages onto the Linkage Ball of Tail
Rotor Arm.
Secure the Tail Cover back onto the fuselage.
Adjust the position of the Heli Mechanism on the
fuselage and secure the heli mechanism to the
fuselage using ¢ 2X8 Self-Tap Screws X4.

Assemble the Small Rockets together using ¢ 3X10
Self-Tap X4 to form two Small Rocket Sets.

Drill 2 holes on the Rocket Launcher and secure the
Small Rocket Sets using ¢ 2X12 Self-Tap Screws x4.

Glue the Rocket Launcher Arms onto the Fuselage
Body using epoxy.
Drill 2 holes on the Rocket Launcher and secure the
Large Rocket using ¢ 2X12 Self-Tap Screws x4.
Glue the Rocket Launchers onto the Rocket Launcher
Arm using epoxy.

Glue ¢ 3mm Plastic Rod X2 onto the Horizontal
Tail Fin.

Dril two 3.2mm holes on the Vertical Fin of the
fuselage.

Insert the Horizontal Tail Fin with Plastic Rod installed
into the Vertical Fin of the fuselage.

Secure the Front Window using four ¢ 1.7X6 Self-
Tap Screws, and gule the Side Windows and Under
Side Windows to the canopy of the fuselage.
Glue the Upper window onto the canopy with epoxy
or CA glue.
Glue the Mid-Side Films onto the fuselage with CA
glue.
Glue the Side Window Films to the doors on the
fuselage with CA glue.
Glue Outer Chimney onto the fuselage using epoxy.
Insert the Innser Chimney into the Outer Chimney
and secure it with epoxy.

Glue the LED cover as to finish the assembly.
Install the Plastic Parts to the fuselage with epoxy or
CA glue.

Glue the Decorative Wing on the front canopy using
epoxy.
Install the Plastic Parts to the fuselage with epoxy
or CA glue.
