
Thank you for buying HeliArtist Products.500 scale fuselage is designed as an easy way to assembly. Please read
this instruction manual carefully before assembling the model,and follow all precautions and recommendations in
the manual.Make sure to retain the manual for future reference,routine maintenance,and tuning.This scale
fuselage is designed for T-REX 500 Helicopter series.You can easily put it on your T-REX 500 for new clothing.

manual carefully before using and make sure to be conscious of your personal safety and the safety of others and

Manufacturer and seller assume no liability for the operation or the use of this product.Intended usage of this
fuselage is only for adults with experience of flying remote control helicopters at legal flying field.After the sale of
this product we cannot maintain any control over its operation or usage.
After assembling the scale fuselage,the weight will increase and the structure will become more complex,so we do
not recommmend to have any 3D fly as to avoid any accident and damage.
R/C products require a certain degree of skill to operate,and is a consumables item.Any damage or dissatisfaction
as a result of accidents or modifications are not covered by any warranty and cannot be returned for repair or
experience problems during operation or maintenance.

BEFORE ASSEMBLING
1:Check for all parts in the part list shown at bellow.
2:Some basic tools are needed to help the assembly.

1:Cutter knife. 2:Hexagon screw driver
3:Phillips screw driver. 4:File.
5:Diagonal cutting pliers.6:Silicone
7:CA glue. 8:AB glue(epoxy) 9:Fine sandpaper.
10:Scissors.
Fly only in safe areas,away from other people.Do not operate R/C aircraft within the vicinity of homes or crowds of
people.R/C aircraft are prone to accidents,failures,and crashes due to a variety of reasons including lack of
maintenance,pilot error,and radio interference.Pilots are responsible for their actions and damage or injury
happened during the operation or as a result of R/C aircraft models.

7:Washers ¢ 2x ¢ 5x0.5mm x4 14:Vertical Stabilizers x2 。

Glue the wood pieces together according to the
above photo.(Remarks: the hight of the wood block
is depend on what heli you use.)
Disassembling the Tail Cover from the fuselage.
Replace the 500 belt with a longer one included in the fuselage and
secure the Scorpion Tail System onto the tail boom. Then loosen
and take off one screw from the tail system as shown above and
strengthen the tail system before insert it with the Heli assembly
into the fuselage.
Insert the Landing Gear Skids onto the Landing Gear
Mounts.
Insert the Aluminum Landing Gears into the
landing gear holes on the button of the fuselage
and fix them using epoxy.
Insert the Landing Gear Mounts onto the Landing
Gear Sets.

Tighten the Linkage Regulators with M2 nuts.
Drill two 1.5mm holes onto the Tail Cover as shown
above. Then assemble two Linkage Regulators to
these holes.
Secure the Heli assembly through the wood blocks
using four 2x12mm Self-Tapping Screws.
Reinstall the screw which is took out of previous
step back to the tail system and tighten all screws
now. Then assemble the Heli's tail gear box onto the
short tail boom of the scorpion tail system.
Insert the Heli assembly into the fuselage.
Tighten the wood blocks to the Heli assembly
using M2x20mm screws with 2x20mm washers.

Insert the Horizontal Stabilizer Sets into the tail of
the fuselage and secure them using epoxy.
Tighten the Vertical Stabilizers to the Horizontal
Stabilizers using four 2x5mm Self-Tapping Screws.
Cut the Top Window Covers and glue them onto the
Top Window positions of the front canopy of the
fuselage.
Install the Tail Cover back to the tail of the fuselage
and secure it using Self-Tapping Screws.
Insert the Tail Drag Iron Rod into the hole of Linkage
Regulator.
Secure the Tail Drag Iron Rod using M3x3 set screws.
