Erdmuffe für Kabelverbindungen
Art. Nr. 45602,45603,45604

Herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich für den Kauf unseres Produktes entschieden haben.
Die Erdmuffe eignet sich als Verbindungs-, Abzweig- oder Reparaturmuffe für eine schnelle und
sichere Verbindung von Erdkabeln, Gummikabeln oder Steuer- und Versorgungsleitungen. Die
Verwendung erfolgt ohne Gießharz, die Erdmuffe kann jederzeit wieder geöffnet werden.
Dieses Produkt kann im Außenbereich z.B. an Gehwegen und an Zufahrten oder in Gärten und Parks
eingesetzt werden. Die Erdmuffe ist beständig gegen Frost und die meisten in Böden vorkommenden
Säuren.

Lesen Sie diese Installations- und Bedienungsanweisung sorgfältig durch und bewahren sie
gut auf.

Bei Sach- und Personenschäden durch Nichtbeachten der Anleitung, durch unsachgemäße
Handhabung oder für vorgenommene Änderungen am Produkt übernehmen wir keine Haftung.

Sicherheits- und Warnhinweise:

 Nehmen Sie die Teile vorsichtig aus der Verpackung.
 Bevor Sie das Produkt in Betrieb nehmen, versichern Sie sich, dass dieses auf dem

Transportweg nicht beschädigt wurde. Bei Beschädigungen ist die Inbetriebnahme untersagt.

 Verpackungsmaterial von Kindern und Haustieren fernhalten.
 Nehmen Sie niemals selbst Reparaturen an defekten Teilen vor.
 Bringen Sie die Erdmuffe nicht mit extremer Hitze oder offener Flamme in Kontakt.
 Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht verändert oder umgebaut werden. Veränderungen am

Produkt führen zum Erlöschen der Garantie (Gewährleistung).

Entsorgung:

 Das Produkt kann als Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

Pflege und Wartung:

 Das Produkt muss wenn nötig von Verschmutzungen befreit werden. Zur Reinigung

verwenden Sie ein trockenes oder leicht angefeuchtetes Tuch.

 Niemals Chemikalien oder Scheuermittel zur Reinigung verwenden.

 Nehmen Sie das Produkt vorsichtig aus der Verpackung.
 Zunächst reinigen Sie die Kabel und führen diese durch den Verschlussdeckel.
 Schneiden Sie die Gummi-Einführungstülle auf den ½ Kabeldurchmesser ab.
 Führen die die leicht gefetteten Kabel durch die Tülle. Zur Sicherung der Kabel befestigen

zusätzlich außen an der Gummitülle ein Kabelbinder.

 Verschrauben Sie die Stirnseite der Erdmuffe fest mit der Muffe.
 Sichern Sie zusätzlich die Kabel außen an der Erdmuffe mittels Kabelbinder.
 Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Teile bei der Verarbeitung frei von Verschmutzungen sind.

Earth sleeve for cable connections

Many thanks for deciding to buy our product.
The earth sleeve is suitable as a connection, branch or repair sleeve for the quick and reliable
connection of earth cables, rubber cables or control and supply lines. The sleeve is used without cast
resin, and can be opened again at any time.
This product can be used outdoors, e.g. on paths and access routes, or in gardens and parks. The
earth sleeve is resistant to frost and most acids occurring in the soil.

Read through these installation and operating instructions carefully and keep them in a safe
place.

We do not accept liability for damage to persons or property caused by non observation of the
instructions, improper handling or for unauthorized changes made to the product.

is forbidden if there is damage.

 Never make your own repairs to faulty parts.
 Do not bring the earth sleeve into contact with extreme heat or naked flames.
 The entire product must neither be changed nor converted. Changes made to the product lead

to invalidation of the guarantee (warranty).



Disposal:

 The product can be disposed of in the household waste.

Care and servicing:

 The product must be cleaned free from leaves and dirt if necessary. Use a dry, or slightly

damp cloth for cleaning.

 Never use chemicals or abrasives for cleaning.

 Take the product carefully out of the packaging.
 First clean the cable and feed it through the closure cover.
 Cut the rubber guidance sleeve to ½ of the cable diameter.
 Feed the lightly greased cable through the sleeve. Attach the cable by means of a cable tie on

the outside of the rubber sleeve.

 Screw the front face of the earth sleeve firmly to the sleeve.
 Secure the cables externally to the earth sleeve with cable ties.
 Ensure that all parts are free of dirt when fitting.

Manchon de terre pour connexions câblées

Le manchon de câble est idéal comme manchon de raccord, de dérivation ou de réparation pour une
connexion rapide et sûre de câbles de terre, de câbles en caoutchouc ou de lignes de commande et
d'alimentation. L'utilisation s'effectue sans résine, le manchon de terre peut être ouvert à tout moment.
Ce produit peut être utilisé à l'extérieur, par exemple le long de chemins, sur des voies d'accès ou
dans des jardins et parcs. Le manchon de terre résiste au gel et aux acides présents dans la plupart
des sols.

Lisez attentivement cette instruction d'installation et de maniement et conservez-la
précieusement.

 Le produit doit être nettoyé des salissures le cas échéant. Utilisez pour le nettoyage un linge

sec ou légèrement humide.

 Sortez avec précaution le produit de son emballage.
 Nettoyez tout d'abord les câbles et introduisez-les dans le capuchon de fermeture.
 Coupez la douille d'introduction en caoutchouc à un demi diamètre de câble
 Introduisez les câbles légèrement graissés dans la douille. Afin de sécuriser les câbles, fixez

de plus un collier de câbles sur la douille en caoutchouc.

 Vissez fermement au manchon le côté avant du manchon de terre.
 Sécurisez de plus les câbles à l'extérieur sur le manchon de terre au moyen de colliers.
 Veillez lors du montage à ce que tous les éléments soient bien débarrassés des salissures.
