Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie sie zum späteren
Nachschlagen auf.

Allgemeine Gewährleistung

Anstelle der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsfrist von 2 Jahren übernimmt HEINE für seine Geräte (ausgenommen
Verbrauchsmaterialien wie z.B. Lampen, Einmalgebrauchsartikel und Ladebatterien) eine Garantie von 5 Jahren
ab Warenauslieferung ab Werk. Unter Warenauslieferung ist zu verstehen, dass HEINE die Ware dem Spediteur,
dem Frachtführer oder einer sonst vom Kunden zur Ausführung der Versendung bestimmten Person ohne
Verladung auf das Beförderungsmittel übergeben hat.
Diese Garantie gilt für einwandfreies Arbeiten bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung und Beachtung der
Gebrauchsanweisung. Während der Dauer der Gewährleistung und Garantie werden auftretende Fehler und
Mängel am Gerät kostenlos beseitigt, soweit sie nachweislich auf Material-, Verarbeitungs- und/oder Konstruk­tionsfehlern beruhen. Rügt ein Besteller während der Gewährleistung einen Sachmangel, so trägt er stets die
Beweislast dafür, dass das Produkt bereits bei Erhalt der Ware mangelhaft war. Diese gesetzliche Gewährleis­tung und die Garantie beziehen sich nicht auf solche Schäden, die durch Abnutzung, fahrlässigen Gebrauch,
Verwendung von nicht original HEINE Teilen / Ersatzteilen (insbesondere Lampen, da diese speziell für HEINE
Instrumente nach folgenden Kriterien entwickelt wurden: Farbtemperatur, Lebensdauer, Sicherheit, optische
Qualität und Leistung), durch Eingriffe nicht von HEINE autorisierter Personen entstehen oder wenn Vorschriften
in der Gebrauchsanweisung vom Kunden nicht eingehalten werden.
Jegliche Modifikation der HEINE Geräte mit Teilen oder zusätzlich angebrachten Teilen, die nicht der HEINE
Originalspezifikation entsprechen, führt zu einer Erlöschung der Gewährleistung auf die einwandfreie Funktion
der Geräte und damit des Garantieanspruchs wegen Mängel, soweit dies auf die Veränderung oder Ergänzung
zurückzuführen ist. Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere Ansprüche auf Ersatz von Schäden, die nicht am HEINE
Produkt selbst entstanden sind, sind ausgeschlossen.

Handhabung

HEINE mini 3000® Batteriegriff (1)

Batteriebestückung:

• 2 Alkali-Zellen (AA/LR6)
Achtung: Keine Alkali-Mangan-Batterien mit Lithium Anteil verwenden, weil dadurch die Lampenlebensdauer
reduziert wird.

• Der HEINE mini 3000
HEINE Ladebatterie für 2,5 V (mini 2Z Ladebatterie) bestückt werden.

Ladedauer:

• Die Ladestation HEINE
voll aufgeladen sind (der Leuchtring leuchtet konstant):

• mini 2Z Ladebatterie (2,5 V, NiMH) = ca. 4 h (730 mAh)

Instrumentenanschluss:

Innengewinde im Griffkopf.

Einschalten:

Schiebeschalter nach unten.

Ausschalten:

Schiebeschalter nach oben. Beim Einhängen des Clips in der Brusttasche schaltet der Griff automatisch aus.

Batteriewechsel:

Schrauben Sie die Bodenkappe ab und schütteln Sie die Batterien/Ladebatterie nach unten heraus.
Setzen Sie neue Batterien/Ladebatterie mit dem Pluspol zum Griffkopf ein.

Hygienische Aufbereitung

HEINE mini 3000® Cliplampe (2) und Leuchtstab (3)

Die HEINE mini 3000® Cliplampe ist nicht geeignet für eine Aufbereitung im Ultraschall-Bad, Sterilisation,
Sprühdesinfektion oder durch Eintauchen in Flüssigkeiten. Die Oberfläche des HEINE Leuchtstab kann durch
alkoholhaltige Reinigungsmittel beschädigt werden.

- Manuelle Reinigung:
Reinigen Sie die HEINE mini 3000

- Desinfektion:
Die HEINE mini 3000
muss für Medizinprodukte aus Kunststoff freigegeben sein. Halten Sie die Angaben des Desinfektionsmittel
Herstellers ein.

Achtung: Sprüh- und Tauchdesinfektion sowie Sterilisation sind nicht zugelassen und führen zu einer
Beschädigung des Instruments.

Achtung: Eine Desinfektion des Leuchtstabs führt zu Versprödung und leichtem Brechen.

Wartung

Für das Produkt ist keine Wartung erforderlich.

Service

Das Produkt ist servicefrei.

Entsorgung

Das Produkt muss einer getrennten Sammlung von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten zugeführt werden.
Es sind die jeweils landesspezifischen Entsorgungsregeln zu beachten.

Allgemeine Hinweise

Überprüfen Sie das Produkt vor jedem Gebrauch hinsichtlich seiner einwandfreien Funktion. Nehmen Sie
das Produkt nicht in Betrieb, wenn dieses sichtbare Schäden aufweist.

- Leuchten Sie mit dem Instrument nicht in die Augen.

- Der HEINE Leuchtstab ist nicht für die Betrachtung des Trommelfells geeignet und darf nicht zu tief in den
äußeren Gehörgang eingeführt werden.

Bei dem Produkt handelt es sich um ein hochwertiges medizinische Präzisionsgerät. Behandeln Sie das
Produkt daher stets sorgfältig und bewahren Sie es an einem sauberen, trockenen Ort auf.

- Verwenden Sie keine Alkali-Mangan Batterien mit Lithium-Anteil, weil dadurch die Lebensdauer der Batterie
eingeschränkt wird.

- Die einwandfreie Funktion dieses Instrumentes ist nur bei Verwendung von Original HEINE Zubehör
gewährleistet.

- Der HEINE Leuchtstab dient dem Gehörgeräte-Akustiker oder entsprechend geschultem Personal als
Hilfsmittel für die anatomische Anpassung der Geometrie von Hörhilfen.

- Kontrolle / Funktionsprüfung:
Der HEINE Leuchtstab muss regelmäßig gemäß seinem Einsatzzweck auf Funktionsfähigkeit kontrolliert
werden. Der Artikel muss aussortiert werden, sofern eine Beschädigung erkennbar ist oder vermutet wird.

Das Produkt darf nicht in starke Magnetfelder eingebracht und verwendet werden wie z.B. MRI.

Please read and follow these instructions for use and keep them for future reference.

General Conditions of Warranty

Instead of the statutory warranty time period of 2 years, HEINE will grant a guarantee of 5 years from the date
of the consignment of the goods ex works, concerning its equipment (excluding disposables, e.g. bulbs, single­use articles, and rechargeable batteries). Date of consignment means that HEINE hands the goods over to the
transport carrier, freight forwarder or any other person designated by the Customer for the transport of the goods
without loading the collecting vehicle.
The guarantee covers irreproachable workmanship, on condition of the proper use of the equipment and the
observation of the operating instructions. During the warranty- and guarantee time period, errors and deficiencies
arising on the equipment will be rectified free of charge, in so far as such are evidenced by defective materials,
processing and/or constructional errors. Should buyer complain of a material deficiency during the warranty time
period, then the onus of proof is always to be on the orderer, that the product was defective already upon receipt
of the goods. The statutory warranty and the guarantee do not apply to loss or damage caused by wear and
tear, negligent use, the non-employment of original HEINE components and/or spares (in particular bulbs, as
these have been especially developed for HEINE instruments in accordance with the following criterions: colour
temperature, useful service life, safety, optical quality and performance. The statutory warranty and the guarantee
do not apply to interventions by persons not authorised by HEINE or when the operating instructions are not
observed by the customer. Any modification of a HEINE product with parts or additional parts which do not
conform to the original HEINE specification will invalidate the warranty for the correct function of the product
and further invalidate any warranty claims which result from such a change or modification. Further claims, in
particular claims for replacement of loss or damage, which are experienced otherwise than directly on the
HEINE product itself, are hereby excluded.

Operate

HEINE mini 3000® Battery Handle (1)

Batteries:

• 2 alkali cells (AA/LR 6)
Important: Do not use alkali manganese batteries with lithium as bulb life will be reduced.

• The HEINE mini 3000
rechargeable battery 2,5 V.

Charging time:

• The mini NT indicates when the rechargeable battery is fully-charged. The illuminated ring is lit continuously.

• mini 2Z rechargeable battery (2,5 V, NiMH) = ca. 4 h (730 mAh)

Instrument connector:

Internal thread in handle head.

Switching on:

Push switch down.

Switching off:

Push switch up. If the handle is put back firmly into a coat pocket the handle is automatically switched off.

Changing the batteries:

Unscrew the end-cap and shake out the old batteries/rechargeable battery.
Insert new batteries/rechargeable battery with the plus contact facing the handle head.

Hygienic Cleaning / Processing

HEINE mini 3000® Cliplamp (2) and Ear Light (3)

The HEINE mini 3000® Cliplamp is not suitable for treatment in the ultrasonic bath, for sterilisation, spray
disinfection or treatment by immersion in liquids. The surface of the HEINE Ear Light may be damaged by
alcoholic cleaning agents.

- Manual Cleaning:
Use a damp cloth for cleaning the HEINE mini 3000

- Disinfectant:
The HEINE mini 3000
on medical devices made of plastic. Follow the instructions of the disinfectant manufacturer.

Important note: Disinfection by disinfectant spray or soaking and sterilisation are not approved and will lead
to damage to the instrument.

Important note: Any attempt to disinfect the Ear Light will lead to material damage and increase the likelihood
of breakage.

Maintenance

This product does not require regular maintenance.

Service

This product does not require regular service.

Disposal

The product must be recycled as separated electrical and electronic devices. Please observe the relevant
state-specific disposal regulations.

General Notes and Warnings

Check the correct operation of the product at regular intervals. Do not use the equipment if it shows visible
signs of damage.

- Do not shine the light directly into the patient’s eyes.

- The HEINE Ear Light is not suitable for the examination of the eardrum and may not be introduced too
deeply into the acoustic meatus.

This product is a precise optical instrument. Please handle this product with care and store it in a clean place.

- Do not use alkali manganese batteries containing lithium as bulb life will be reduced.

- The performance of this instrument can only by guaranteed if genuine HEINE Accessories are used.

- The HEINE Ear Light is used by hearing aid specialists or trained personnel as a device for the anatomical
adjustment of the geometry of hearing aids.

- Inspection / Functional testing:
The HEINE Ear Light must be checked for its functionality for its intended use on a regular basis.
The item must be discarded, if any damage is visible or suspected.

This product is not allowed to be entered or used in strong magnetic fields like MRI scanners.
