Allgemeine Gewährleistung

Anstelle der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsfrist von 2 Jahren übernimmt HEINE für seine Geräte (ausgenommen
Verbrauchsmaterialien wie z.B. Lampen, Einmalgebrauchsartikel und Ladebatterien) eine Garantie von 5 Jahren
ab Warenauslieferung ab Werk. Unter Warenauslieferung ist zu verstehen, dass HEINE die Ware dem Spediteur,
dem Frachtführer oder einer sonst vom Kunden zur Ausführung der Versendung bestimmten Person ohne
Verladung auf das Beförderungsmittel übergeben hat.
Diese Garantie gilt für einwandfreies Arbeiten bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung und Beachtung der
Gebrauchsanweisung. Während der Dauer der Gewährleistung und Garantie werden auftretende Fehler und
Mängel am Gerät kostenlos beseitigt, soweit sie nachweislich auf Material-, Verarbeitungs- und/oder Konstruk­tionsfehlern beruhen. Rügt ein Besteller während der Gewährleistung einen Sachmangel, so trägt er stets die
Beweislast dafür, dass das Produkt bereits bei Erhalt der Ware mangelhaft war. Diese gesetzliche Gewährleis­tung und die Garantie beziehen sich nicht auf solche Schäden, die durch Abnutzung, fahrlässigen Gebrauch,
Verwendung von nicht original HEINE Teilen / Ersatzteilen (insbesondere Lampen, da diese speziell für HEINE
Instrumente nach folgenden Kriterien entwickelt wurden: Farbtemperatur, Lebensdauer, Sicherheit, optische
Qualität und Leistung), durch Eingriffe nicht von HEINE autorisierter Personen entstehen oder wenn Vorschriften
in der Gebrauchsanweisung vom Kunden nicht eingehalten werden.
Jegliche Modifikation der HEINE Geräte mit Teilen oder zusätzlich angebrachten Teilen, die nicht der HEINE
Originalspezifikation entsprechen, führt zu einer Erlöschung der Gewährleistung auf die einwandfreie Funktion
der Geräte und damit des Garantieanspruchs wegen Mängel, soweit dies auf die Veränderung oder Ergänzung
zurückzuführen ist. Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere Ansprüche auf Ersatz von Schäden, die nicht am HEINE
Produkt selbst entstanden sind, sind ausgeschlossen.

Anwendungsgebiete / Indikationen

Die Stethoskope werden vor allem von Ärzten und geschultem Personal zur Auskultation verschiedener Organe
wie Herz, Lunge, Darm, Arterien und zur Beurteilung dieser Geräusche eingesetzt. Bei der Blutdruckmessung
verwendet man ein Stethoskop zur Erfassung von Korotkow-Strömungsgeräuschen, um den systolischen und
diastolischen Blutdruck bei Erwachsenen oder Kindern zu bestimmen. Das Stethoskop bildet eine Einheit aus
Bruststück, Stethoskopschlauch und Kopfbügel mit aufgesteckten Ohroliven. HEINE GAMMA
mit unterschiedlichen Bruststücken und Schläuchen lieferbar, deren Besonderheiten im Folgenden beschrieben
sind.

GAMMA 3.1 Pulse Stethoscope

Besonders geeignet für die Blutdruckmessung. Das Bruststück kann problemlos unter eine Blutdruckmanschette
geschoben werden.

GAMMA 3.2, 3.3 Acoustic Stethoscope

Zum Abhören von hoch- und niederfrequenten Tönen, umschaltbar.

GAMMA C3 Cardio Stethoscope

Zum Abhören von hoch- und niederfrequenten Tönen, umschaltbar.
Besondere Ausstattung: Dual-Membrane, Trichter + Zweikanal-Schlauch. Die Dual-Membrane ermöglicht die
Auskultation hoch- und niederfrequenter Töne, während der Trichter zum speziellen Abhören tiefer Frequenzen
dient (Kardiologie/Herzgeräusche).

HANDHABUNG

Einstellung der Spannung im Kopfbügel

Achten Sie darauf, dass der Kopfbügel für Sie ergonomisch richtig angepasst ist.

Vorgehensweise bei Änderung:

• Spannung zu stark

Um die Federspannung zu reduzieren, nehmen Sie die Verbindungsstellen Bügelfeder/Hörrohre in beide Hände
zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger und ziehen die Bügel langsam auseinander.

• Spannung unzureichend

Um die Federspannung zu steigern, nehmen Sie die Verbindungsstellen Bügelfeder/Hörrohre in einer Hand
zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger und drücken diese fest zusammen.
Vorgang kann nach Bedarf wiederholt werden.

Umschaltung bei Stethoskopen mit Doppelbruststück

Wählen Sie, je nach erforderlichem Frequenzbereich, entweder die Membran oder die offene Trichterseite. Der
Wechsel erfolgt, indem Sie den leicht gebogenen Schlauchanschluss vom Bruststück in einer Hand halten und
das Bruststück mit der anderen Hand um 180° drehen, bis ein Klicken spürbar ist.

HYGIENISCHE AUFBEREITUNG

Zur Reinigung empfehlen wir ein sauberes, mit einer milden Seifenlösung angefeuchtetes Tuch. Bei Bedarf kann
die Membrane mit einem nicht aggressiven Desinfektionsmittel behandelt werden! Um die Geschmeidigkeit der
Stethoskopschläuche zu verlängern empfehlen wir Vinyl Schutz zu verwenden.

Wartung

Für das Produkt ist keine Wartung erforderlich.

Service

Das Produkt ist servicefrei.

Entsorgung

Das Produkt muss einer getrennten Sammlung von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten zugeführt werden.
Es sind die jeweils landesspezifischen Entsorgungsregeln zu beachten.

Allgemeine Hinweise

Überprüfen Sie das Produkt vor jedem Gebrauch hinsichtlich seiner einwandfreien Funktion. Nehmen Sie
das Produkt nicht in Betrieb, wenn dieses sichtbare Schäden aufweist.

- Vermeidung von Verletzungen:

Überprüfen Sie, ob die Ohroliven fest an den Kopfbügelenden aufgesteckt sind. Ohrstöpsel nicht zu tief in
den Gehörgang stecken, regelmäßig auf Verunreinigung kontrollieren und ggf. reinigen.

- Stethoskope nie ohne Ohroliven verwenden.

- Stethoskope nie ohne Membrane benutzen.

Bei dem Produkt handelt es sich um ein hochwertiges medizinische Präzisionsgerät. Behandeln Sie das
Produkt daher stets sorgfältig und bewahren Sie es an einem sauberen, trockenen Ort auf.

- Interpretation der Ergebnisse sollte nur durch qualifizierte Personen durchgeführt werden

- Vermeiden Sie unnötige Erschütterungen des Gerätes.

- Vermeiden Sie Beschädigung der Gummiteile durch scharfe oder spitze Gegenstände

- Keine Hitzesterilisation durchführen.

- Nicht in Reinigungsflüssigkeit legen und vor Verschmutzungen schützen, damit keine Reinigungsflüssig­keiten oder Festkörper in das Hohlraumsystem des Stethoskopes gelangen.

- Nur Original HEINE Ersatzteile verwenden.

- Gerät keiner direkten UV-Bestrahlung aussetzen, dies gilt besonders für Gummiteile.

General Conditions of Warranty

Instead of the statutory warranty time period of 2 years, HEINE will grant a guarantee of 5 years from the date
of the consignment of the goods ex works, concerning its equipment (excluding disposables, e.g. bulbs, single­use articles, and rechargeable batteries). Date of consignment means that HEINE hands the goods over to the
transport carrier, freight forwarder or any other person designated by the Customer for the transport of the goods
without loading the collecting vehicle.
The guarantee covers irreproachable workmanship, on condition of the proper use of the equipment and the
observation of the operating instructions. During the warranty- and guarantee time period, errors and deficiencies
arising on the equipment will be rectified free of charge, in so far as such are evidenced by defective materials,
processing and/or constructional errors. Should buyer complain of a material deficiency during the warranty time
period, then the onus of proof is always to be on the orderer, that the product was defective already upon receipt
of the goods. The statutory warranty and the guarantee do not apply to loss or damage caused by wear and
tear, negligent use, the non-employment of original HEINE components and/or spares (in particular bulbs, as
these have been especially developed for HEINE instruments in accordance with the following criterions: colour
temperature, useful service life, safety, optical quality and performance. The statutory warranty and the guarantee
do not apply to interventions by persons not authorised by HEINE or when the operating instructions are not
observed by the customer. Any modification of a HEINE product with parts or additional parts which do not
conform to the original HEINE specification will invalidate the warranty for the correct function of the product
and further invalidate any warranty claims which result from such a change or modification. Further claims, in

Areas of application / indications

Stethoscopes are used by physicians and trained personnel for auscultation of the circulatory system, respiratory
system as well as the gastrointestinal system in order to interpret the respective sounds. During blood pressure
measurement a stethoscope is used for the detection of Korotkow sounds in order to determine the systolic and
diastolic blood pressure of adults and children.
The stethoscope consists of chest piece, stethoscope tube and binaurals with separate ear olives.

OPERATE

Adjustment of the tension of the binaurals

Adjust to fit correctly.

Adjustments:

• Binaurals are too tight for comfort

To reduce the spring tension, firmly grasp each section of the binaurals between thumb and fore finger and
widen carefully.

• Binaurals are too loose

To increase the spring tension, grasp both sides of spring with one hand and squeeze them together.
This process can be repeated as often as needed.

Switching the double chest piece

Depending on the needed frequency range, select either the membrane or the open bell side. In order to change
hold the connecting tube in one hand and the chest piece in the other, now turn it 180° until there is a noticeable
click.

If the connecting tube points towards the membrane: Auscultation with the bell.
If the connecting tube points towards the bell: Auscultation with the membrane.

HYGIENIC CLEANING / PROCESSING

For cleaning we recommend a clean, damp cloth with a mild soap solution. If needed, use a non-aggressive
disinfectant for the membrane. To extend the flexibility of the stethoscope tube we recommend the use of a vinyl
lubricant.

Maintenance

This product does not require regular maintenance.

Service

This product does not require regular service.

Disposal

The product must be recycled as separated electrical and electronic devices. Please observe the relevant
state-specific disposal regulations.

- Do not dip in cleaning fluid and ensure that no fliuds enter the tubing system.

- Use only HEINE original spare parts.

- Do not expose the instrument, in particular the soft componets, to direct ultraviolet radiation.

Garantie générale

Au lieu du délai de garantie légale de 2 ans, HEINE accorde pour ses appareils (à l’exception du matériel de
consommation tel que les lampes, les articles à usage unique et les batteries rechargeables) une garantie de
5 ans à compter de la livraison des marchandises au départ de l’usine. Par livraison de marchandises, il convient
de comprendre le moment où HEINE remet les marchandises au transporteur, à l’ entreprise de transport ou à
une personne désignée par le Client pour la réalisation de l’expédition, á l’exclusion du chargement sur le moyen
de transport. Cette garantie assure un fonctionnement irréprochable dans le cadre d’une utilisation conforme
aux prescriptions et du respect du manuel d’utilisation. Au cours de la durée de la garantie, les erreurs et défauts
survenant sur l’appareil sont éliminés gratuitement dans la mesure où il est prouvé qu’ils sont dus à des erreurs
de matériel, d’usinage et / ou de construction. En cas de réclamation pour vice matériel exprimée par un client
durant le délai de garantie, le fardeau de la preuve repose toujours sur le client qui doit alors prouver que le
produit était déjà défectueux au moment de la réception. Les présentes garantie légale et garantie contractuelle
ne s’appliquent pas aux dommages liés à l’usure, à l’utilisation négligente, à l’emploi de pièces ou pièces de
rechange non originales HEINE (en particulier en ce qui concerne les lampes, car celles-ci sont spécialement

Affectation

Les stéthoscopes HEINE GAMMA
encore utilisés lors de la prise de la tension artérielle noninvasive.

Domaine d’emploi

Le stéthoscope est utilisé par les professionnels de santé afin d’apprécier les battements cardiaques, le murmure
respiratoire, les bruits abdominaux et le thrill artériel. Pendant la prise de la tension artérielle systolique et diasto­lique chez les adultes et les enfants le stéthoscope est utilisé pour écouter les bruits de Korotkow. Le stéthoscope
se compose de la pièce pectorale, du tube et de la lyre avec les embouts auriculaires fixés. Les stéthoscopes

GAMMA 3.1 Pulse Stethoscope

Particulièrement adapté pour la tonométrie. La pièce pectorale se glisse sans problème au dessous de la
manchette.

GAMMA 3.2, 3.3 Acoustic Stethoscope

Pour l’auscultation des sons de hautes et basses fréquences, - réversible.

GAMMA C3 Cardio Stethoscope

Pour l’auscultation des sons de hautes et basses fréquences, - réversible.
Equipement spécial: Membrane double, pavillon + tube double. La membrane double permet l’auscultation des
sons de hautes et basses fréquences, tandis que le pavillon sert spécialement à l’auscultation des fréquences
basses (cardiologie / souffle du coeur).

MANIPULATION

Adaptation de la tension de la lyre

Faire attention que la lyre soit bien adaptée du point de vue ergonomique.

Pour l’adaptation faire comme suit :

• La tension est trop forte

Afin de réduire la tension prenez les pièces de raccord ressort d’arceau/lyre avec les deux mains entre pouce et
index et étirez la lyre doucement.

• La tension est insuffisante

Afin d’augmenter la tension prenez les pièces de raccord ressort d’arceau/ lyre avec une main entre pouce et
index et serrez les fortement. Ce procédé peut être répété selon besoin.

Réversibilité des stéthoscopes à pièce pectorale double

Choisissez, selon la gamme de fréquences éxigée, soit la partie de membrane ou le pavillon ouvert.
Le changement de côté se fait en tenant le bout du tube courbé avec une main et en tournant la pièce pectorale
avec l’autre main à 180°, jusqu’à ce que vous sentez un clic.

Si le bout du tube courbé pointe vers la membrane : Auscultation à la membrane.
Si le bout du tube courbé pointe vers le pavillon : Auscultation au pavillon.

TRAITEMENT HYGIÉNIQUE

Pour le nettoyage nous recommandons une serviette humidifiée avec lessive douce. Si nécessaire la membrane
peut être nettoyée avec un désinfectant non-agressif! Afin de conserver la flexibilité des tubes nous recomman­dons d’utiliser un produit protecteur pour vinyl.

Maintenance

Le produit ne nécessite aucune maintenance.

Entretien

Le produit est sans entretien.

Élimination des déchets

Le produit doit être mis au rebut dans le cadre du tri sélectif des appareils électriques et électroniques.
Il convient de respecter les lois en vigueur concernant l’élimination des déchets.

- Humidité atmosphérique relative au dessous de 85%.

Consignes et mises en garde générales

Vérifier avant chaque utilisation le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil s’il est
endommagé.

- Pour éviter des blessures :
Vérifier que les embouts auriculaires soient bien fixés sur les bouts de la lyre. Ne pas introduire trop les
embouts auriculaires dans le conduit auditif, les contrôler de temps en temps pour souillures et les nettoyer
dans le cas échéant.

- Ne jamais utiliser le stéthoscope sans embouts auriculaires.

- Ne jamais l’utiliser sans membrane

Ce produit est un appareil de haute précision. Il convient donc de le manipuler avec précautions et de le
conserver dans un endroit propre et sec.

- L’interprétation des valeurs mesurées incombe aux personnes qualifiées.

- Eviter les chocs superflus.

- Eviter la déterioration du tube et de la membrane par des objets aiguisées ou pointus.

- Ne pas stériliser à la chaleur.

- Ne pas immerger dans liquide de nettoyage et proteger contre des souillures et des contaminations afin de
proteger l’intérieur du stéthoscope.

- N’utiliser que des pièces de rechange originales HEINE.

- Ne pas exposer l’appareil aux rayons ultra-violets, en particulier les pièces caoutchouc.

- Les stéthoscopes HEINE sont sans latex.

L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé au voisinage de champs magnétiques forts, IRM par exemple.
