1. After verifying that the Soulstice fireplace has the micore header
and bracket location holes (see Figure 1), remove the front panels
and ashlip (see Figure 2).

2. Carefully attach the Halo brackets to the inside of the fireplace
face with the screws provided. The brackets should be attached
through the bracket location holes at the fireplace opening upper

corners. The studs on the brackets should point inward, towards
the center of the unit (see Figure 2).

3. Position the Halo Surround onto the face of the unit
(see Figure 3). The slots on the inside edges of the
Halo should slide over the studs on the brackets just
installed. The stud on the bottom center of the Halo
will fit through the hole on the fireplace bottom panel.
4. Secure the surround by tightening the provided wing
nuts onto the studs on the two Halo brackets and onto
the stud now protruding through to the inside of the
bottom panel.
5. Replace the ashlip and front panels. It is easiest to
put the left and right panels in first. Place the ash lip
in position last.
6. The hanging mesh assembly (not shown in figure)
should remain in place and be used with the Halo
front.
