Before Using the Product

Plug the product into a standard outlet and turn it on and check to make

sure the product is working properly.

Please make sure to read all safety warnings before using the product.

Do not throw away the owner’s manual for After Service purposes.

Follow through troubleshoot page before contacting Customer Service.

The manufacturer is not responsible for damages to the product which

occurred from any natural disaster, unauthorized modification, and/or

improper storage.

Safety Memorandum

Do not modify, disassemble, or open the product.

The product is intended for a 120V outlet only.

Do not allow any wet objects to touch the power cord as it can lead to

re or electric shock.

Make sure to keep any debris from entering the product. When the

product is turned o, please put a towel over it.

Using the product for long period of time can be unsafe. Please consult

with your physician or doctor about your medical condition.

Do not use the product in damp and moisten places or in a closed

space.

Do not put any ammable or chemical items near the product.

Only certied electrician should be allowed to open up the product.

Please make sure the oor is dry and clean before placing the product

down.

How To Use

Maintenance

Please turn the product o and unplug before cleaning.

Do not pull the power cord or use any product with a damaged power

cord.

As needed, use a damp cloth and wipe around the Tourmaline stones.

Use a vacuum attachment to clean inside of the product.

Operation

Please keep away from children as it can lead to accident or damage.

For diabetics or anyone with heat sensitivity should consult with a

physician or doctor before use.

Do not touch the heater or stick sharp objects inside of the product.

Dimmer Switch

1. Plug the power cord into a 15 amp power outlet and switch on.

2. Set the dimmer switch to MAX. The product can take up to 10 minutes

to warm up. Once warmed, adjust temperature setting to t your

comfort level.

3. Please take o your shoes before use. Feet should be bare when using

essential oils with the product.

4. Place 1 drop of essential oil on the indented Tourmaline stones. Rub the

bottoms of your feet over the stones to spread the oil as desired.

Before Calling Customer Service

If there is something wrong with the product, try the following steps

before calling Customer Service:

The product doesn’t turn on!

Check the power cord to make sure it is plugged in correctly.

Unplug for 30 minutes and plug back in again.

Try plugging into dierent electrical outlet.

Make sure the product is plugged into correct voltage outlet.

The product isn’t getting hot!

Make sure the dimmer is set to MAX.

Unplug for 30 minutes and plug back in again.

Try using the product for several hours to see if the problem repeats.

Limited Warranty

PLH Products, Inc. warrants the Foot Sauna to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

Craftsmanship, Tourmaline Stones, and Electrical Components: 1 Year

This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of the unit and terminates upon
transfer of ownership. The unit must be purchased in the USA within 1 year of manufactured
date. Freight charges to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer. This
includes freight charges for parts shipped to enable the service of your sauna.

This warranty is void if the unit has been altered, misused, or abused. Such instances shall
include operation or maintenance of the unit in deviation to the published instructions.
The warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages
resulting from mishandling of the product by the owner.

PLH Products, Inc. shall not be liable for the loss of use of the unit or other incidental or
consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall PLH Products, Inc. or any of its
representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damages to any properties.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
