HCO Panda GSM User Manual

SMS Control Function

The HCO Panda GSM can be controlled by sending SMS command to the camera
phone number. The users can send SMS commands to set camera/video mode;
acquire pictures; add/delete email addresses or phone numbers of recipients; show
camera’s altitude and longitude.

SMS Switch

In order to use the SMS control function, the user need to set the switch to ON in the
setup process.

The Commander Phone Number

The Phone number 1 you set in the setup process will be the commander phone
number. The commander phone number has the right to delete/add the subordinates
(Phone number 2/3/4). Both the commander and the subordinates have the rights to
send the SMS commands to control the camera.

Del Phone Number: #140#0#phone number# (Delete recipient phone number)
Add email Address: #141#1#email address# (Add recipient email address)
Delete email Address: #141#0#email address# (Delete recipient email address)
Set Picture mode: #310#P# (Change to Picture Mode)
Set Video mode: #310#V# (Change to Video Mode)
Acquire Pictures: #500# (The camera will capture picture immediately and send)
Acquire Location: #510# (Acquire longitude and altitude of the camera)
MMS On: #200#On# (Turn MMS function On)
MMS Off: #200#Off# (Turn MMS function Off)
