Capítulo 1. Informações Gerais
1-1 Prefácio
Este Manual de Serviço descreve o conserto da TV LCD no nível de módulo
para pessoal técnico qualificado e autorizado H-Buster. Este também inclui
informações de proteção que devem ser seguidas para a manutenção segura e
adequada desta TV (veja informações abaixo e nas páginas seguintes).
Pedimos a leitura destes tópicos para uma manutenção segura e eficiente.
1-2 Avisos Importantes:
1. Oriente os clientes para seguir as instruções de operação e as precauções de
segurança fornecidas com o produto;
2. Desconecte o cabo de alimentação CA antes de limpar ou desmontar o
produto;
3. Verifique o cabo de alimentação CA e o plugue quanto a desgaste ou danos e
substitua-os, conforme necessário;
4. Não utilize produtos de limpeza líquidos ou em aerossol para limpar a tela;
5. Não coloque o produto em uma mesa instável ou carrinho. Caso contrário o
produto pode cair, resultando em ferimentos e danos ao produto. Se um
carrinho for utilizado, tenha cuidado ao mover a combinação carrinhoaparelho para evitar danos se ela virar;
6. Utilize somente peças de substituição especificadas pela H-Buster ou que
tenham a mesma especificação técnica;
7. Não bata o painel de LCD. Caso quebre, tenha cuidado ao manusear a peça
danificada;
8. Mantenha o produto longe de fontes de calor, como radiadores, aquecedores,
fogões e outros aparelhos que geram calor;
9. Não bloqueie nenhuma abertura de ventilação;
10. Não utilize o produto perto de água. Por exemplo, perto da banheira, pia de
banheiro, pia de cozinha, tanque de lavar roupa, em uma superfície úmida ou
perto da piscina.
11. Itens marcados com o símbolo “
” indicam itens e/ou componentes de
segurança, e portanto, devem ser substituídos pelo mesmo valor e/ou
especificação. O uso de peças de reposição com características diferentes
pode resultar em incêndio ou choque elétrico.

1-3. Informações sobre ESD (Descarga Eletrostática):
Alguns semicondutores (CI´s, transistores, memórias) empregados neste
equipamento podem ser danificados facilmente por eletricidade estática. Esses
componentes são designados comumente por “Electrostatically Sensitive (ES)
Devices”, ou “Dispositivos Sensíveis a Eletricidade Estática (ESD)”.
As seguintes regras e normas devem ser obedecidas, pois ajudam a reduzir a
incidência de danos em componentes causados por ESD:
1. Antes de manipular qualquer placa e/ou componente sensível a descarga
eletrostática, drene qualquer carga eletrostática que possa existir em seu
corpo e/ou roupa, tocando as mãos em qualquer superfície aterrada
adequadamente. Sempre que possível, utilize uma pulseira anti-estática e em
local apropriado, conforme ilustração abaixo.
2. Após remover um componente e/ou placa equipada com dispositivos ES,
armazene-a em um local apropriado, como sacos anti-estáticos. Evite deixar
placas sensíveis a ESD expostas ao ar livre;
1-4. Informações sobre Solda “Lead-Free (PbF)”:
Este produto é fabricado com solda livre de chumbo, chamado “solda LeadFree”, designado pela sigla “PbF” e/ou com o símbolo “ ” impresso nas placas.
Este processo é parte de um movimento de responsabilidade sócio-ambiental dentro
da indústria de produtos eletro-eletrônicos de consumo. A H-Buster utiliza soldas
sem-chumbo em seus produtos e processos de manufatura, atendendo às
legislações ambientais internacionais.
Recomendamos a utilização de estações de solda certificadas “Lead-Free” ou
ferros de solda com temperaturas apropriadas para a sua utilização. Nunca misture
os tipos de solda sob risco de contaminação da placa e, consequentemente,
problemas futuros de funcionamento do equipamento.
