The high performance Hawking H-BR49 4-Port Broadband Router with built-in

4-port 10/100M Ethernet Switch provides an easy-to-use, cost-effective means

of sharing a high speed DSL/Cable connection with your LAN (Local Area Network) for

simultaneous Internet access. The H-BR49 works with your broadband modem to provide an ideal

solution for connecting a group of computers to a broadband network. The 10/100M WAN port

guarantees that you connect to the Internet at the highest speed, without a data transfer

bottleneck.

Using a single ISP user account, the H-BR49 allows multiple computers to share the same

broadband Internet connection at no additional cost. The router allows up to 254 users to

simultaneously access the broadband DSL/Cable Internet using just a single IP address. It also

utilizes Dynamic NAT (Network Address Translation) to provide firewall protection and enhance

your existing network without affecting existing IP based account schemes. The firewall hides

your network to protect against outside intruders. The H-BR49 is packed with features!

Managing the router is simple as well. Configuration is easy and can be performed anywhere via

software or the web. It can be easily firmware upgraded and is compatible with all standard

Internet applications.
