SUB ASSEMBLY:
1. Confirm receipt of all parts.
2. Differentiate all components and hardware in kit.

Upper Mounting
INSTALLATION:
1. MOUNT PERMANENT REAR STEP:
• Locate (4) ½” holes located on each side of the vehicle frame rails.
• Bolt the Upper mounting brackets (2 per-side) using the ½” holes and (8) ½-13 x 4”
Hex bolts, washers, and Nylock nuts. If also mounting Kwik Kit, be sure to mount to
doorframe brackets at this time. See photo below.
Note: Depending on single rear wheel standard length van, dual rear wheels standard length van,
and dual rear wheels extended length van will effect which side of the frame rail the (4) Upper
Mounting Brackets will bolt to.
Note: It is necessary to use Nylock nuts to avoid crushing the vehicles frame.
• Mount channel brackets to Upper
mounting brackets (4 total) using (6) ½13 x 1 ½” Hex bolts, flat washers, lock
washers, and hex nuts.
• Slide Step assembly onto channel
brackets and attach using (4) ½-13 x 4”
Hex bolts, washers, and Nylock nuts.
• Level step and tighten all hardware.
• Attach Bumper mounting “L” brackets
using (2) ½-13 x 1 ½” Hex bolts, flat
washers, lock washers, and hex nuts.
(2 per-side)
• Pre-drill and attach (4)-(2 per side) ¼” x
¾” Lag bolts into the vehicles bumper to
