TRUNK SIDE MOUNT FOR 2006-2008 DODGE CHARGER

Ratcheting wrench
Utility knife or Jig Saw

Read all instructions before installing any Havis-Shields Equipment Corp products.
Check for obstructions (Wire, brake lines, fuel tank, etc.) before drilling any holes!
Use hardware provided with install kit
Screwdriver set
Powered drill w/ 1/8” & 3/16” drill bits
Empty view of passenger
side mounting location
Cut carpeted fiberglass trim along
this line for proper fit.
Position trunk side mount and
determine where to notch vehicle trim
in order to function properly
Pre-drill lower mounting holes
using 1/8” drill bit and attach with
#10 x ¾” Sheet metal screws
Notch trim as necessary
Note: Vehicles w/ carpeted
fiberglass trim requires more
cutting due to thickness of material,
see next page.
Position Trunk Side Mount and
mark (3) holes on top mounting
Drill (3) marked holes using
3/16” drill bit
Finish look of trunk floor after cut is
made. (Passenger Side Mount)
Attach using 10-32 x ½”
machine screws and keps nuts
Mount in standard package version
Finished look of Passenger-Side
Mount in police package

Note: When installing a C-TSM-CHGR-P
or D with a full size radio trunk tray, you
must relocate the trays’ spring lock on
the tray and reposition to the center set of
holes. This will allow the Trunk Side
Mount to open properly.
