Digital Symbols and Associated Function

[ Normal ] - Daily Heating Mode As Normal Water Heater ( 24 Hrs Heating )

[ 55 ° C ] - Ideal Temperature Setting with power saving Feature.

[ Heating Time ] - Heating Time Setting Mode ( Start heating on set time for one heating cycle)

[ Off ] - Off ( Auto Off) Time setting Mode ( Water heater power off on set time )

[ Setting Temp. ] - Indicates Temperature In different setting Mode

[ 88:88 ] - Clock To set “ Real Time”, “ Auto Off Time”, “Auto on Time” (24 Hour Time clock)

[ Sun ] - Heating Sign ( When Flashing on Screen indicates Heating of water is performing)

[ Fire ] - Dry Burning warning Mark ( No Water Inside Heater )

[ Three Red Phase ] - Hot Water Temperature Indication inside the tank.

Press Keys

- Time Key, For Setting Time “ Real Time”, “ Auto Off Time”, “Auto on Time”

- Up & Down Key to set Temperature and Time

- Mode Setting to select “Normal”, “Heating Time”, “Auto Off Time” on Screen

- Power ON / OFF, Data ( setting ) entry confirmation.

To set Real time

Press “Mode” key to Get the “Normal” symbol on Digital screen.

Press “Time” Key. Time digit symbol will start flashing on screen.

Press “Up & Down” to set the Real Time on screen

Press “On/ Off “ Key to update & confirm the setting entry.

To Set Heating Time

Press “Mode” key to Get the “Heating Time” symbol flashing on Digital Panel.

Press “Time” Key. Time digit will start flashing on screen.

Press “Up & Down” to set the” Heating Time” on the digital clock on screen

Press “ On/ Off” to update and confirm the setting entry.

NOTE : With this mode active, once desired temperature is reached then it will not Heat

up water again till 24 Hours. If you still need a hot Water again and again press “Mode”

Key till “Normal” symbol appears on digital screen.

To Set Auto Off Time

Press “Mode” key to Get the “OFF ( Auto Off )” symbol on Digital Panel.

Press “ Time Key” Time digit will start flashing on screen.

Press ”Up & Down” to set the” Off( Auto Off )” time

Press “On/ Off” Key to update and confirm the setting entry.

Note : On Set Time the water heater will turn off. The digital screen will become blank (

Dark). If you still need a hot water again and again after 5 Second Press “On/ Off” Key.

Digital screen will appear on Screen and water heater will continue heating till it

reaches to Set “Off (Auto Off)” time after 24 hours. While setting “Auto-Off” &”Heating

Time” the clock is pre-set for a time gap of 15 min

NOTE –On pressing, Time, Up-Down, Mode key, the digital symbol on panel will flash

for 5 times.

Temperature Setting – Temperature Setting for any Mode (“Normal”, “Heating Time”,

“Auto Off Time” ) is possible by pressing “Up & Down Arrow key”

This Water Heater is pre-Set to get a Water Temperature at 75°C Maximum

During “Normal” and “Off (Auto Off)” Mode water Heater will start heating the water as

soon as the water temperature falls below 5°C than Set Temperature.

Example – In “Normal” and “Off (Auto Off)” mode, if you have set the temperature at 65°C.

Water heater will start heating water automatically when digital temperature on screen

reaches to 60°C. It will keep heating till water temperature on Digital screen reaches to

65°C. Once reached at 65°C heating will be stopped.

FUNCTION OF EACH KEYS AND DIGITAL DISPLAY ON SCREEN PANEL

NOTE –On pressing, Time, Up-Down, Mode key, the digital symbol on panel will flash for 5 times

SUN Symbol

During the period of heating from 60°C to 65°C “SUN” symbol will appear and will keep

flashing on digital screen. “SUN” symbol will disappear from screen once water

Temperature reaches to 65°C

Energy Saving Temperature Setting

Best Energy Saving Temperature setting proposed is “55° C”.

This can be set by pressing the UP & Down Key together and “55°C Energy Saving” Symbol

will start flashing on Digital Screen.

Press “On/ Off” Key to update and confirm the setting entry.

To set Desired Temperature - In “Normal” and “Off (Auto Off)” Mode

Press “UP & Down Arrow” key to set the desired Temperature

“ Setting & Temperature Digit” will start flashing on screen. Keep pressing

arrow keys till to reach to desired setting.

Press On/ Off to update & confirm the setting entry.

Setting automatic Operation of Water Heater for “Auto Off” & Auto On Time

This water Heater can be set for Automatic On & Off Function.

For desired time setting follow steps as mentioned below :

a) Setting of Auto Heating Time

i) Press Mode Key till “Heating Time” symbol start flashing on Screen.

ii) Press Time Key. Time digit will start flashing on screen.

iii) Immediately, start pressing “Up & Down” arrow key to set desired time which is

preferably one hour before use/ Bath. ( Say 05:00 Morning)

iv) Press “On/ Off” Key to update and confirm the setting entry.

b) Setting of auto Off Time

i) Press Mode Key till “Off( Auto-Off) ” symbol start flashing on Screen.

ii) Press Time Key. Time digit will start flashing on screen.

iii) Immediately, start pressing “Up & Down” arrow key to set desired Off time, which

is preferably for a period you need availability and continuous heating of water during

use. ( Say 10:00 in morning).

iv) Press “On/ Off” Key to update and confirm the setting entry.
