Use the HAUG Multicheck to test the functional efficiency of your HAUG ionizing units
This testing unit is intended for testing the performance of ionizing units supplied by HAUG GmbH & Co. KG. It is not suitable for testing the performance of HAUG charging units.

For testing, press the pushbutton and guide the test instrument vertically towards the ionizing pins. Th
e LED will first light up RED; when the probe makes contact, the
LED must be GREEN if the ionizer is operating correctly.

re that the black probe is kept clean and dry at all times!

Testing of HAUG ring ionizer, air gate and annular electrode: l

or testing, press the pushbutton and guide the test instrument vertically towards the ionizing pins. The LED will first light up RED; when the probe makes contact, the LED must be GREEN if the ionizer is operating correctly.
Changing the battery: l
To change the battery, remove the two screws on the rear cover. Open the Multicheck and replace the battery (9 V monobloc battery). Reclose the unit using the two screws.

General instructions: l
A defective ionizing bar may cause a short-circuit in the high voltage of the power pack. The high voltage cannot be checked in this case. The ionizing units must therefore be disconnected from the power pack. The power pack can then be checked for proper functioning. If the power pack is ok, the ionizing units can be reconnected to the power pack and checked one after another. This test sequence therefore allows both defective ionizing units and high­voltage power packs to be identified.
INFORMATION! To check the power packs, we recommend using the Powercheck or Combicheck.
