3 Allgemeines und Verwendungszweck

Unsere Produkte sind entsprechend ihrer bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung ausschließlich für den Einbau in Bauwerke entwickelt, deren Baustoffe dem derzeitigen Stand der Technik entsprechen. Für eine andere oder darüber hinaus gehende Verwendung, sofern sie nach Rücksprache mit uns nicht ausdrücklich schriftlich bestätigt wurde, übernehmen wir keine Haftung.

Die Gewährleistungsbedingungen entnehmen Sie unseren aktuellen AGB (Allgemeine Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen).

Die Einzelhauseinführung MIS 100/VT63-ND ist geeignet zum Einbau eines Hausanschlusses in grabenloser Verlegetechnik.

Die Einzelhauseinführung MIS 100/VT63-ND besteht aus einem Flanschbauteil, welches eventuelle Wandausbrüche überdeckt und die vorhandene Gebäudeabdichtung mit einbindet. Dieses System wird direkt auf die Armatur geschoben, in eine Kernbohrung mit Ø 99-103 mm eingesetzt und mit einem 2-Komponenten-Expansionsharz gas- und wasserdicht montiert.

Die Einzelhauseinführung MIS 100/VT63-ND ist für die Anwendungsbereiche wie nicht stauendes Sickerwasser, aufstauendes Sickerwasser, WU-Beton Beanspruchungsklasse 1, WU-Betonbeanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2, sowie DIN 18533 W1.1-E und W1.2-E geeignet.

4 Sicherheit

Dieser Abschnitt gibt einen Überblick über alle wichtigen Sicherheitsaspekte für einen optimalen Schutz des Personals, sowie für einen sicheren Montageablauf.

Bei Nichtbeachtung der in dieser Anweisung aufgeführten Handlungsanweisungen und Sicherheitshinweise können erhebliche Gefahren entstehen.

Bei der Montage Einzelhauseinführung MIS 100/VT63-ND müssen die entsprechenden Vorschriften der Berufsgenossenschaften, die VDE-Bestimmungen, die entsprechenden nationalen Sicherheitsund Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sowie die Richtlinien (Arbeits- und Verfahrensanweisungen) Ihres Unternehmens beachtet werden. Der Monteur muss die entsprechende Schutzausrüstung tragen.

Es dürfen nur unbeschädigte Teile montiert werden.

Beim Umgang mit Expansionsharz müssen nachfolgende Punkte beachtet werden:

Expansionsharz: Tangit M 3000

Komponete B: Enthält Isocyanate. Hinweise und Sicherheitsdatenblatt des Herstellers in der jeweils gültigen Fassung beachten. Mindergiftig. Enthält Diphenylmethandiisocyanat, Isomere und Homologe.

Gefahrenhinweise:

• Gesundheitsschädlich beim Einatmen

• Reizt die Augen, Atmungsorgane und die Haut

• Sensibilisierung durch Einatmen möglich

Sicherheitsratschläge:

• Darf nicht in die Hände von Kindern gelangen

• Bei Berührung mit den Augen gründlich mit Wasser abspülen und Arzt konsolidieren

• Bei Berührung mit der Haut sofort mit viel Wasser und Seife abwaschen

• Geeignete Schutzhandschuhe tragen

• Bei Unfall oder Unwohlsein sofort Arzt hinzuziehen (wenn möglich das Etikett der Harzkartus vorzeigen)

5 Personalanforderungen

5.1 Quali kationen

• Montagedarf nur von qualizierten und geschulten Personendurchgeführt werden, welche diese Montageanweisung gelesen und verstanden haben.

Fachpersonal ist aufgrund seiner fachlichen Ausbildung, Kenntnisse und Erfahrung sowie Kenntnis der einschlägigen Bestimmungen, Normen und Vorschriften in der Lage, die ihm übertragenen Arbeiten auszuführen und mögliche Gefahren selbstständig zu erkennen und zu vermeiden.

6 Transport, Verpackung, Lieferumfang und Lagerung

6�1 Sicherheitshinweise zum Transport

HINWEIS! Beschädigungen durch unsachgemäßen Transport!

Bei unsachgemäßem Transport können Sachschäden in erheblicher Höhe entstehen.

• Beim Abladen der Packstücke bei Anlieferung sowie innerbetrieblichem Transport vorsichtig vorgehen und die Symbole auf der Verpackung beachten.

6�2 Transportinspektion

Die Lieferung bei Erhalt unverzüglich auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden prüfen. Bei äußerlich erkennbarem Transportschaden wie folgt vorgehen:

• Lieferung nicht oder nur unter Vorbehalt entgegennehmen.

• Schadensumfang auf den Transportunterlagen oder auf dem Lieferschein des Transporteurs vermerken.

• Jeden Mangel reklamieren, sobald er erkannt ist.

• Schadenersatzansprüche können nur innerhalb der geltenden Reklamationsfristen geltend gemacht werden.

Bei unsachgemäßer Lagerung können Sachschäden in erheblicher Höhe entstehen.

• Einzelhauseinführung MIS 100/ V T63-ND vor der Montage vor Beschädigungen, Feuchte und Verunreinigungen schützen. Es dürfen nur unbeschädigte Teile montiert werden.

• Die Lagerung der Einzelhauseinführung MIS 100/V T63-ND muss so erfolgen, dass sie keinen niederen Temperaturen (<5° C) und höheren Temperaturen (>30° C) sowie keiner direkten Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt ist.

7 Entsorgung

Sofern keine Rücknahme- oder Entsorgungsvereinbarung getroffen wurde, zerlegte Bestandteile nach sachgerechter Demontage der Wiederverwertung zuführen:

• Metallische Materialreste nach den geltenden Umweltvorschriften verschrotten.

• Elastomere nach den geltenden Umweltvorschriften entsorgen.

• Kunststoffe nach den geltenden Umweltvorschriften entsorgen.

• Verpackungsmaterial nach den geltenden Umweltvorschriften entsorgen.

9 Benötigtes Werkzeug und Hilfsmittel

Für die ordnungsgemäße Installation der Einzelhauseinführung MIS 100/VT63-ND benötigt man neben dem üblichen Standardwerkzeug folgende Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel:

– Bohrgerät z.B. HILTI DD200 mit Bohrkrone bzw. Bohrwerkzeug für Bohrung Ø 99 -103 mm – Kartuschenpistole für 2-Komponentenharz (zu beziehen über Hauff-Technik GmbH & Co.KG) – Gleitmittel

– Schnellverspannvorrichtung MIS 100/ VT63-SVS, wiederverwendbar (Typ Hauff) – Distanzklemmscheibe – Kartuschenpistole Ponal PP6/PP12 – Seitenschneider – abgewinkelter Schraubendreher – Umschaltknarre ¼ Zoll – Verlängerung ¼ Zoll 150 mm – verschiedene Steckschlüsseleinsätze – Schnellentgrater – Zentrierhülsenhälfte

Das benötigte Werkzeug befindet sich in einem Montagekoffer (MK MIS 100/VT63-ND, Art. Nr.

• Untergrund und Rohrunterbau gut verdichten, damit kein Absinken der Medienleitung möglich ist.

• Die aktuelle Bauwerksabdichtungsnorm DIN 18533 für erdberührte Bauteile ist zu beachten.

• Die hier aufgeführten Normen und Richtlinien sind ausschließlich in Deutschland gültig. Bei allen anderen Ländern sind die nationalen Normen und Richtlinien in gültiger Fassung anzuwenden.

• Vor dem Einbau der Einzelhauseinführung MIS 100/VT63-ND müssen eventuell vorhandene Ausbrüche oder Lunkerstellen einer Kernbohrung nachgebessert werden.

• Für die Reinigung der Einzelhauseinführung MIS100/VT63 ND dürfen keine lösungsmittelhaltigen Reiniger verwendet werden. Wir empfehlen den Kabelreiniger KR M.T.X.

12 Montage vorbereiten

Erstellen einer Bohrung mit Ø 99 -103 mm (siehe Abb.: 3).

Die Führung kann mittels Bohrständer erfolgen.Dabei muss die Wandstärke ins Erdreich mit 60 mm überbohrt werden, damit ein Hohlraum vor dem Gebäude geschaffen werden kann. Bei Wandstärken > 600 mm muss die Wandstärke nicht überbohrt werden. In diesem Fall erfolgt die Positionierung des Schirmes, abweichend vom Schnittbild (Abb.: 15 und Abb.: 17), nicht vor der Wand, sondern im Bohrloch).

Unsachgemäß ausgeführte Vorbereitungen können zu Sachschäden führen.

• Bei Gebäuden mit einer Abdichtung an der Gebäudeaußenwand, muss die Kernbohrung ca. 60 mm ins Erdreich überbohrt werden und zur

Wandoberächehinein etwangerbreiter,30

mm umlaufender Hohlraum, ausgehöhlt werden (siehe Abb.: 2). Hierzu wird der abgewinkelte Schraubendreher verwendet (im Lieferumfang des Montagekoffers enthalten).

Beﬁ ndet sich Rollkies vor dem Gebäude, kann kein

Hohlraum vor der Wand hergestellt werden. Stattdessen muss hier ca. 1 dm³ (ca. 2-3 Handvoll) Kies entnommen werden.

Unsachgemäß ausgeführte Vorbereitungen können zu Sachschäden führen.

• Im Dichtungsbereich der MIS100/ VT63-ND muss eine saubere und umlaufende Anlagefläche vorhanden sein (Betonqualität).

• Bei kleineren Ausbrüchen, bzw. Unebenheiten

inderAbdichtungsächefürdasInnendichte-

lement, kann das mitgelieferte ESH Stützrohr (Metallhülse) auf das Innendichtelement montiert werden und mit in die Bohrung eingeschoben werden. Wird die Metallhülse verwendet, müssen die beiden Zusatzlaschen als Verdrehsicherung eingesetzt und angedübelt werden.

• Bei größeren Ausbrüchen im Dichtungsbereich an der Gebäudeinnenseite, wird das ESH-Stützrohr

(Metallhülse)ganzächig,bündigzurInnenwand

• Wird eine ESH-Stützrohr (Metallhülse) eingearbeitet, muss vorher die Kernbohrung auf eine Tiefe von mind. 70 mm vergrößert/ausgestemmt werden.

Zum Zentrieren des ESH Stützrohres (Metallhülse) in der Öffnung, werden die beiden Halbschalen der Zentrierhülse bis zum aushärten des Blitzzements im Futterrohr belassen (siehe Abb.: 6). Alternativ kann das Einmörteln der ESH-Stützrohr (Metallhülse) auch erst nach dem Schießen der Erdrakete erfolgen.

The single building entry MIS 100/VT63-ND is suitable for installation of a building connection using the trenchless laying method.

Thesingle building entry MIS 100/VT63-ND consists of a ange component which covers any wall breachesandtiesintotheexistingbuildingseal.Thissystemispusheddirectlyontothetting,inserted

in a core drill hole of Ø 99-103 mm and mounted with 2-component expanding resin to make it gas and water tight.

The single building entry MIS 100/VT63-ND is suitable for areas of application such as non-standing seepage water, standing seepage water, waterproof concrete stress class 1 and 2, and DIN 18533 W1.1 to W1.2-E.

Inspect the delivery immediately on receipt for completeness and transport damage. In the event of transport damage being visible from the outside, proceed as follows:

• Do not accept the delivery or only do so subject to reservations.

12 Preparing for assembly

Create an opening with Ø 99 -103 mm (see Fig. 3). The entry

can be made using a drill stand. Here, the wall thickness has to be continued into the soil for 60 mm so that a hollow cavity can be created in front of the building. In the case of wall thicknesses > 600 mm it is not necessary to continue the wall thickness. In this case the positioning of the shield differs from the cross-section image (Fig. 15 and Fig. 17), namely in the drill hole and not in front of the wall).

Incorrect preparation can result in damage.

• In buildings with a sealing on the outer wall, the core drill hole has to be continued for approx. 60 mm into the soil and a circumferential hollow cavity of about 30 mm in width has to be created up to the wall surface (see Fig. 2). The angled screwdriver is used for this purpose (included in the installation case).

If there are pebbles in front of the building, no cavity can be created in front of the wall. Instead, approx. 1 dm³ (approx. 2-3 handfuls) of pebbles has to be removed.

• Clean, circumferential contact surfaces (concrete quality) must be available in the sealing area of MIS100/VT63-ND.

• In the case of smaller breaks or bumps in the sealing surface for the internal sealing element, the ESH support pipe (metal sleeve) can be mounted on the internal sealing element and inserted with it into the drill hole. If the metal sleeve is used, both additional tabs are to be used for anti-rotation purposes and attached using wall plugs.

• In the case of larger breaks in the sealing area on the inside of the building, the ESH support pipe

(metalsleeve) ismortar-xedacrossthe whole surfaceushwiththeinsidewall.

In the case of smaller breaks, use the ESH support pipe (metal sleeve)�

Insert the additional tabs from behind into the appropriate

socket before installing the octagonal internal sealing element, mount the ESH support pipe (metal sleeve) onto the internal sealing element and dowel (see Fig. 4).

In order to centre the ESH support pipe (metal sleeve) in the opening, the two half-shells of the centring sleeve are left in the wall sleeve until the quick-setting cement has hardened (see Fig. 6).

Alternatively it is also possible to mortar-ﬁ x the ESH

support pipe (metal sleeve) after shooting the drilling rocket.

into the sleeve pipe of the MIS 100/VT63 ND. In doing so, continue to push the driving pipe into the building entry and tighten the quick tensioning device (see Fig. 16).

Then withdraw the quick tensioning device with the sleeve

pipe approx. 1 cm as far as it will go (see Fig. 17).

• The space between the internal sealing element and the driving pipe (Ø 63 mm) must be at least 130 mm (measured from the outer edge of the octagonal internal sealing element) so that there

is sufﬁ cient space when installing the universal

sealing elements WD/ED/KD.

• The quick tensioning device can be used to position the driving pipe (see Fig. 18).

Unscrew the closing cover of the resin cartridge (Tangit

Then remove the bottom cover from the resin cartridge .

Insert the resin cartridge into the cartridge gun. Using

even movements of the cartridge gun, inject all the resin from the cartridge into the MIS (see Fig. 26).

The max. volume of the resin is reached after approx. 5 mins. After this, the entire resin system can be removed from the MIS100/VT63-ND. The complete curing period is approx. 30 mins.

through to the building connection room, clean and lubricate with GM lubricant (Art. No. 2790009100) in the area of the sealing element. Push the sealing element onto the media pipe and install in the octagonal internal sealing element according to separate installation instructions (see Fig. 28).

In order to install the sealing elements, please follow the installation instructions "PolySafe sealing elements and sleeve caps.

14 Assembly in the case of pebbles in front of the outside wall

First introduce the pebble disc and then the MIS 100/

VT63-ND from the inside of the building into the opening (if necessary strike with a hammer and a piece of wood) until the shield is outside the wall (see Fig. 29 and Fig. 30).
