Hatco's Large Capacity Display Cabinets help you
maintain more food at proper serving temperatures. The
left and right side heat sources create a “blanket” effect
around the food. The air ow rate enables the cabinets to
rapidly recover temperature after opening and closing the
door. Single-door or two-door option gives you ease of
self-serve applications or pass-thru convenience.
WFST (humidied). Prepare food in advance of peak
periods and place product straight from the oven into
the full-view cabinets to increase impulse sales. The
use of controlled moisturized heat maintains serving
temperature and texture longer than conventional
holding equipment.
LFST (non-humidied) models are perfect for holding
wrapped or boxed products side-by-side, increasing
visibility and easy access.

• Hold standard sheet pans 18" x 26" (457 x 660 mm)
• Tempered glass doors and side panels provide maximum heat
retention and allow for full cabinet display
• Shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product displays
while safeguarding food products from bulb breakage
• Standard multi-purpose rack with adjustable shelves in
2" (51 mm) increments to t multiple foodservice uses with
slant or horizontal shelves
WATER QUALITY REQUIREMENTS (WFST only)
Incoming water in excess of 3.0 grains of hardness per gallon (GPG) (.75 grains of
hardness per liter) must be treated and softened before being supplied to booster
heater(s).Water containing over 3.0 GPG (.75 GPL) will decrease the efciency and
reduce the operating life of the unit.
Note: Product failure caused by liming or sediment buildup is not covered
under warranty.
