INTRODUCTION
This manual provides the installation and operating instructions
for the Prep Line Wrap Station Warmer. We recommend all
installation, operating and safety instructions appearing in this
manual be read prior to installation or operation of your Prep
Line Wrap Station Warmer. Safety instructions that appear in
this manual
after a warning symbol and the words WARNING or
CAUTION printed in bold face are important. Warning means
there is the possibility of personal injury to yourself or others.
Caution means there is the possibility of damage to the unit.
WARNING IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. To prevent electric shock, always disconnect the unit from
power source before performing cleaning, maintenance or
repair.
2. Some exterior surfaces on the food warmer
will get hot. Use caution when touching these areas to avoid
injury.
3. For safe and proper operation, the food warmer must be
located a reasonable distance from combustible walls and
materials. If safe distances are not maintained, discoloration
or combustion could occur.

This model includes:
(1) GRAH-23T Prep Line Wrap Station Warmer with on/off
toggle switch and 10' (305 cm) cord attached (plug not
included).

(1) Hammer
(1) Electric hand drill
(1) 1/8" drill bit for stainless steel
(1) Screwdriver - Phillips-style
(1) Tape measure

The Prep Line Wrap Station Warmer is shipped with most
components installed and ready for operation. The following
installation instructions must be performed before connecting
to power source and operating warmer.
(14) Mounting screws to fasten legs to warmer. Part No.
05.04.093.00 (Includes two extra).
(8) Mounting screws to fasten legs to table. Part No.
05.04.011.00 (Includes two extra).
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
MOUNTING LEGS (3) TO WARMER
NOTE: Placing cardboard between the unit and table will
prevent any cosmetic damage while installing the
legs.
1. With the aid of an additional person to help hold and steady
unit, place unit on table so that the end next to the side with
the eight (8) pre-drilled holes is resting on the table. (See
Figure 1.)
CAUTION:
Be careful not to rest the unit on the on/off switch or power
cord side because damage to the component(s) or unit could
occur.

2. Position the end of a leg (opposite the flanged foot end) into
mounting channel. Line up with the four (4) pre-drilled holes in
the warmer. Install the four (4) Phillips head screws through the
top of the warmer and into the corner leg holes. (See Figure 2.)
Tighten securely with screw driver until head of screw is tight to
top of unit.
NOTE: Some effort is required to assure a secure fit.
NOTE: When unit is in the proper position, the on/off switch will
be facing you and the power cord will be in the rear.
2. Mark on the table the location of the two (2) holes in each foot
with a pen or pencil and remove unit from Queuing table. (See Figure 4.)

3. Using a center punch and hammer, indent or punch all six (6)
of the marked holes. (See Figure 5.)
3. Repeat previous step for the other two (2) legs.
4. Turn unit upright and place on table.
MOUNTING WARMER TO 42" -62" (107 -158 cm)
LONG QUEUING TABLE
1. Position the Prep Line Wrap Station Warmer on the Queuing
Table with the two (2) legs attached on the left and the outside
edge of the leg flanged foot 2" (5 cm) in from the edge of the
table. The side of the warmer that has one leg attached should
be positioned near the center of the table. (See Figure3.)

5. Carefully remove any sharp edges.
6. Position the warmer with legs attached, lining up the six (6)
mounting feet holes with the six (6) holes just drilled.
7. Fasten the legs to the table using the screws
provided. Tighten securely using screwdriver. (See Figure 6.)

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS
WARNING
Plug warmer into an electrical outlet of the correct
voltage, size and plug configuration. If the plug and
receptacle do not match, contact a qualified electrician to
determine the proper voltage and size and install the
proper electrical outlet.
The GRAH-23T food warmer is controlled by the on/off toggle
switch. The switch must be in the "ON" position for the unit to
function. (See Figure 7.)
WARNING:
To prevent electric shock, always disconnect the Glo-Ray
Prep Line Wrap Station Warmer from the power source
before any cleaning or maintenance.
To preserve the bright finish of your Glo-Ray overhead
warmer, it is recommended that the exterior surfaces be wiped
daily with a damp cloth. Stubborn stains may be removed with
a good stainless steel cleaner or a non-abrasive cleaner.

CLEANING
CAUTION:
Use only non-abrasive cleaners. Abrasive cleaners could
scratch the finish of your food warmer marring its
appearance and making it susceptible to soil accumulations.

1. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Hatco warrants the products that it manufactures (the
"Products") to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period
of one (1) year from the date of purchase when installed
and maintained in accordance with Hatco's written
instructions. Buyer must establish the product's purchase
date by returning Hatco's Warranty Registration Card or
by other means satisfactory to Hatco in its sole
discretion.
Hatco warrants the following Product components to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship from the
date of purchase (subject to the foregoing conditions) for
the period(s) of time and on the conditions listed below:

PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR PATENT OR OTHER
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
INFRINGEMENT. Without limiting the generality of
the foregoing, SUCH WARRANTIES DO NOT
COVER: Coated Incandescent light bulbs, glass
components or Product failure caused by liming or
sediment buildup in tanks, Product misuse, tampering or
misapplication, improper installation, application of
improper voltage, or recalibration of thermostats or high
limit switches.
2. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND
DAMAGES
Hatco's liability and Buyer's exclusive remedy hereunder
will be limited solely, at Hatco's option, to repair or
replacement by a Hatco-authorized service agency (other
than where Buyer is located outside of the United States
or Canada, in which case Hatco's liability and Buyer's
exclusive remedy hereunder will be limited solely to
replacement of part under warranty) with respect to any
claim made within the applicable warranty period
referred to above. Without limiting the generality of the
foregoing, all portable Products (as defined in N.S.F. 4-
4.28.4) shall be delivered by Buyer, at its sole expense,
to the nearest Hatco-authorized service agency for
replacement or repair. Hatco reserves the right to accept
or reject any such claim in whole or in part. Hatco will
not accept the return of any Product without prior
written approval from Hatco, and all such approved
returns shall be made at Buyer's sole expense. HATCO
WILL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO LABOR COSTS OR LOST PROFITS
RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY
TO USE THE PRODUCTS OR FROM THE
PRODUCTS BEING INCORPORATED IN OR
BECOMING A COMPONENT OF ANY OTHER
