SPECIFICATIONS:

-Stainless steel; Type 304

-“Heliarc” and spot welded construction

-Open sides, front and back

-Heavy gauge reinforced stainless steel top

-Heavy gauge base welded to tubular frame uprights

-Sanitary no-drip edge on base

-Single lower storage area to accept 1826 pans

-Heavy gauge pan slides welded to frame uprights

-Pan stops at front and rear of slides

-5” (127mm) pan slide spacing

-Total capacity of 5 pans per unit

-4 > 5” swivel, non-marking casters
with 2 side brakes

OPTIONAL FEATURES [1]:
