SPECIFICATIONS:
-Stainless steel; Type 304
-“Heliarc” and spot-welded construction
-Solid full base with full length reinforcing channels
-Equipped with 2 full size food wells above 900 Watts Per well; 1800 Watts Total
-1220 pan size standard with optional adapters for modular fractional sized pans
-Each well and each electrical option runs on an individual circuit breaker Basic Model Shown
-Each well is individually controlled by a variable heat setting thermostat with heat cycling “on/off” pilot light indicator
-Well controls are mounted on control panel located at front right side
-All wells have individual drains connected to a common manifold and spigot on left side of unit
-Drain spigot comes with heat resistant flexible drain hose with hose holder/clamp
-Lower base area is open on operator side with enclosed back and sides
-With a recessed plate shelf beside control panel
-With Intermediate adjustable shelf in base
-[1] With cantilever 1.6mm stainless steel top extension shelf at back of unit with cut-outs to accommodate 2 > 1/3 size pans
-[1] 2 > 1/3 size, 4”(100mm) deep pans included
-Push Handle on right side of unit
-Wrap-around perimeter bumper on base
-Approved power supply cord with 3 prong end cap on right side of unit
