-Stainless steel; Type 304

-“Heliarc” and spot welded construction

-Stainless steel tubular frame assembly

-Open all sides and bottom

-Solid reinforced top to act as working surface

-Raised, sloped style overshelf

-Overshelf is sloped approximately 30°

-Overshelf is sized to hold 1220 (Gastronorm 1/1) pans, full size and fractional size (Pans not included)

-Lower storage area sized to hold 1220 (Gastronorm 1/1) pans, full size and fractional size (Pans not included)

-Lower storage area has 7 slides high

-3” (76mm) lower slide spacing

-Pan stops on each end of slide
