Lower front wheels. Fold feet	PIPES	TAIL/
back. Pull out rear wheels. Flip		WEAPON
feet up then lower wheels into	TAIL	ROBOT
position. Rotate pipes		BODY

Raise shoulder panels. Flip rear feet of rat in as you close rear wheels.
