GETTING STARTED
Your toy comes packaged in “TRY-ME” mode. To activate its full range of features, move the TRY-ME/OFF/ON switch to the “ON” position.

Playful Mode
Petting your toy puppy’s back sensor will activate sounds and movement. If you do not interact with your toy puppy within several seconds, it will enter the Waiting Mode (see below).

Waiting Mode
If your toy puppy is in Playful Mode and you stop playing with it for a short period of time, it will move and make sounds to attract your attention. If you still do not interact with it, it will enter Sleep Mode after about a minute (see below).
Calm Mode
If you press and hold the sensor on your toy puppy’s back for about 3-5 seconds, it will sigh and enter Calm Mode. Then if you do not interact with your toy puppy within about 5-10 seconds, it will enter Sleep Mode (see below).
Sleep Mode
When your toy puppy enters Sleep Mode, it lowers its head and starts to snore. To wake your toy puppy up again, pet its back.
PLEASE NOTE:
Only the front legs of your toy puppy are poseable.
Your toy puppy’s carrier has two straps that help keep your toy puppy in the carrier.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your toy puppy does not respond properly, slide the power switch to OFF, then back to ON.

TO REPLACE BATTERIES
Using the Phillips/cross head screwdriver (not included), loosen screw in battery compartment cover (screw stays attached to cover). Remove door and replace with 3 x 1.5V “AAA” or LR03 size alkaline batteries. Replace cover and tighten screw.

CLEANING & CARE
To clean your toy puppy, gently brush its fur with a cloth or soft brush to loosen any dirt. Then use a slightly damp cloth to remove stains.
• Do not put in the washing machine.
• Do not submerge in water.
• Do not use detergent or stain removers on fur.
• Do not get wet; to remove stains, use only a slightly damp cloth on the fur.
• To prevent staining fur, wipe off dirt immediately.
• If toy gets wet, remove batteries and dry the fur; once fur is completely dry, replace batteries.
• Avoid spilling food or beverages on the toy.
• Do not throw or kick the toy, and do not push sharp objects through the speaker openings.
• Do not leave toy in direct sunlight; high temperatures will destroy the mechanism.
