Snap ends of crown together. Line up pins (on bottom of crown) with notches on turret; lower crown into place.

Press spinning disk onto top of staircase.

Snap balloon strings onto gondola, then inflate balloon and close nozzle. Place gondola onto turret.

Use a Phillips/cross head screwdriver to loosen screw in battery compartment door (screw remains attached to door). Remove door and remove old batteries. Insert 3 fresh "AA"/LR6 alkaline batteries. Replace door and tighten screw.
