6.WARRANTY

Allproductssoldby Harrington Hoists, Inc.are warranted to befree from defect in material and

workmanshipfrom date of shipment by Harrington forthe following periods:

Manual Hoists &Trolleys -2years

Electric Hoist&Trolleys, Crane Components -1 year
Spare/Replacement Parts- 1year

Theproductmust be usedinaccordancewith manufacturer's recommendations and must not have

beensubjecttoabuse,lackof maintenance, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairsor alter-
ations.

Shouldany defect in material orworkmanship occur during the above time period in any product, as
determinebyHarrington Hoist's inspection ofthe product, Harrington Hoists, Inc.agrees, at its
discretion,either to replace (not including installation) or repairthe part of product free of charge and
deliversaid itemF.O.B.Harrington Hoists, Inc.placeof business to customer. Customer must

obtaina ReturnGoodsAuthorization asdirected by Harrington or Harrington's published repair

centerpriortoshipping productforwarrantyevaluation. An explanation ofthe complaint must ac-

companythe product. Product must be returned freight prepaid. Upon repair,the productwill be

coveredforthe remainderof the original warranty period. Ifit isdetermined there is nodefect, or

thatthedefectresultedfromcausesnotwithinthe scope of Harrington's warranty, the customer will

beresponsibleforthe costsofreturningthe product.

HarringtonHoists,Inc.disclaims any and allotherwarranties of any kindexpressed or impliedas to

theproduct'smerchantabilityorfitnessfor aparticular application. Harrington will not be liablefor

death,injuriesto personsorpropertyorfor incidental, contingent, special or consequential dam-
ages,lossorexpensearising inconnection with the use or inabilitywhatever, regardless ofwhether
damage,lossorexpense resultsfrom anyact orfailure to act by Harrington, whether negligent or
wilful,orfrom anyother reason.
