Important Safety Information
WARNING! To prevent serious injury:
1. Do not use if wet.
2. Do not exceed 330 lb. maximum weight.
3. This product is not a toy. Do not drop, or allow children to play with, or use this Scale unattended.
4. Use only on level, hard, flat surface. Using on cushioned surface (such as rug or carpet) may cause uneven load, causing inaccurate readings and increasing the risk of damage.
5. Do not jump on this Scale.
6. Maintain product labels and nameplates. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.
7. Use as intended only; not for trade or postal use.
Operation Instructions
1. Place the Bathroom Scale on a hard, flat, smooth surface.
2. Tap the Scale with your foot to turn it on. It will flash “18888” and then “0.0” to signify it is ready. Step evenly onto the Scale and stand motionless to see your weight appear in Display.
3. The scale will return to “0.0” once you step off and then automatically turn off.

NOTE: When the Batteries are low, the Display will read “LO”. Follow the battery replacement procedures in the “MAINTENANCE” section of this manual.
NOTE: Press the Mode Switch to the left of the battery housing (see photo) to toggle between “kg” (kilogram), “lb” (pound) and “st” (stone) weight measurements.

Maintenance Instructions
Batteries Mode Switch
Periodically wipe off the Bathroom Scale with a clean, slightly damp cloth. Completely dry the bottom and top of the Scale before continuing its use.
Note: Replacement parts are not available for this item.
Battery Replacement
1. Place the Bathroom Scale upside down on a soft, flat surface.
2. Remove the Battery Cover.
3. Remove the two Batteries.
4. Place two new CR2032 batteries inside the Battery Compartment in the proper polarity.

record month and year of purchase instead.
5. Replace the Battery Cover.
WARNING! Dispose of old batteries according to all local, state and federal regulations. Never incinerate old/used batteries.

This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
