is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing
or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the
number shown on the cover of this document as
soon as possible.

Mandolin Slicer so it will hold when placed
over a bowl or pan. WARNING! Do not use

on hot bowl or pan to prevent burns.

Wash as any plate or bowl but be careful of 6.

ASSEMBLY

To change inserts, push up on the narrow 1.

side of the insert from underneath, the insert

will tip up.

Lift out the insert and replace with the de-2.

OPERATION

The food to be sliced must be narrow enough 1.

toes, tomatoes, apples, turnips and can be

used for carrots.

Have the desired insert in place, place the 3.

food item on the platform and push down

on top of it with the Food Holder so that the

built-in spikes penetrate and hold.

Slide the food downward and through the 4.

cutting blades and slicing blade.
