The Food Mill comes with three inter-2.
changeable blades. Each blade has
its own level of cutting:
Fine Blade (3): For Purees
Medium Blade (4) : For Sieve cutting
that lters seeds and peels
Coarse Blade (5): To rice potatoes
and grate tomatoes.
Once the proper blade is inserted in 3.
the Food Mill and the Handle attached, set the Food Mill above the
pot or bowl.
