Safety Warnings and Precautions
WARNING: When using product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to equipment.
Read all instructions before using this product!
1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Chec k for damaged parts. Before using any product, any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for any broken or damaged parts and any other conditions that may affect its operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.
3. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty.
4. Always check hardware and assembled parts after assembling. All connections should be tight and hardware tightened.
5. Keep children away. Children must never play on or climb on the Stool.
6. Dress properly. Gloves are recommended when assembling the Utility Stool. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair .
7. Use eye protection. Always wear ANSI-approved impact safety goggles when assembling this product.
8. Maintain product with care. Keep the Stool in a dry location.

9. Use the right Stool for the situation. There are certain applications for which this Utility
Stool was designed. Do not modify this Stool and do not use this Stool for a purpose for which it was not intended.
10. Sit on the Stool in a safe fashion. Make certain that weight on the Utility Stool is ev enly distributed.
11. Do not use or assemble the Stool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning labels on prescriptions to determine if your judgement or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there is an y doubt, do not assemb le or use the Stool.
12. Do not exceed the Utility Stool’s maximum weight capacity of 300 Lbs. (evenly
distributed).

Assembly/ Operation
Your Utility Stool will require complete assembly. It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the product BEFORE you assemble and use the Stool. Before assembling the Stool be sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List and Assembly Diagram located on page 5 of this manual.
1. Attach one Leg (4) to each side side of Side Cross Beam (5). Set the Side Cross Beam (5)
against the Leg (4) with bottom holes lined up as shown in Figure 1 and Assembly Diagram. Secure Leg to Side Cross Beam (5) with two sets of Nuts and Bolts (10). Repeat for second Side Cross Beam (5) and two Legs (4).
2. Attach

and Assembly Diagram. Please note: Although the Side Cross Beams (5) and Main Cross Beams (6) may look identical, the Side Cross Beams (5) are approximately 3/8” shorter.
3. Slide the Bottom Shelf (2) onto the bottom lips of the Main Cross Beam (6) and Side Cross
Beams (5) as assembled in Steps 1 and 2. Make certain that the Bottom Shelf (2) slides in place under the ends of the Nuts and Bolts (10) as in Figure 1.

Main Cross Beam (6) to the Legs using four sets of Nuts and Bolts (10) -see Figure 1

4. Attach remainsing Main Cross Beam (6) to Legs (4). Secure with Nuts and Bolts (10).
5. Attach Angle Braces (8) to the Stool Top (1) making certain that outside end of Angle
Braces (8) line up with the outside of the Stool Top (1). Screw into place with Screws (9)­see Figure 2.
6. Use Nylon Nuts and Bolts (10) to attach each Leg (4) to the Angle Braces (8) mounted to the
Stool Top (1)-see Figure 2.
7. Attach the Tool Holder (3) to the front of the Utility Stool. Line up Tool Holder (3) with the
holes midway up the Legs (4). Secure in place using Nylon Nut and Bolt (11) on each side.

8. Attach one Foot (7) to the bottom of each Leg (4).
