Safety Warnings and Precautions

Read all instructions before using this product!
1. Keep play area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Observe play area conditions. Keep play area well lit.
3. Store idle equipment. When not in use, the Toy Box must be stored in a dry location to inhibit
damage from moisture and salt air.
4. Check for damaged parts. Before using the Toy Box, any part that appears damaged should
be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function.
Check for any broken or damaged parts and any other conditions that may affect its operation.
Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.
5. Small children should be supervised by responsible adults. Children must not climb on,
sit on, stand on, play inside or get on top of the Toy Box.
6. There are certain applications for which this Toy Box was designed. Do not modify this Toy
Box and do not use this Toy Box for a purpose for which it was not intended.
7. Use eye and ear protection. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles when
assembling this product.

Assembly
Your Toy Box will require complete assembly. It is important that you read the entire manual to
become familiar with the product BEFORE you use the Toy Box. Before assembling the Toy Box be
sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List and Assembly Diagram located on the last
pages of this manual.
1. Slide the Side Wall (1) into the slot in the cor ner brace of the Main Wall (2). Make
certain it is square with the Main Wall (2). Secure it in place by screwing a Wood Screw (3)
into each pre-drilled hole in the top, middle and bottom of the corner brace of the Main
Wall (2). Repeat for the second Side Wall (1). Make certain to leave one Main Wall (2)
unattached.

2. Turn the Box so it sits on the Main Wall and slide the Floor (4) down into the grooves on the
bottom of the Side Walls (1). Make certain that the Floor (4) slides all the way do wn into the
groove in the Main Wall (2)-see Figure 2.

3. Slide the remaining Main Wall (2) onto the Side Walls (1). Make certain that the bottom
Floor (4) slides into the bottom groove on the Main Wall (2). Make cer tain that the Main
Wall (2) is square and that each piece is securely fitted into the slots. Tighten it in place by
screwing a Wood Screw (3) into each pre-drilled hole in the top, middle and bottom of the
corner brace of the Main Wall (2).

Place the Top (5) onto the assembled Toy Box.

When unpacking your Toy Box, check to make sure the following parts are included. If any parts are
