Write the invoice number on the inside of the front cover. Keep the manual and invoice in a safe and dry place for future reference.
Safety Warnings and Precautions
WARNING: When using tool, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to equipment.
Read all instructions before using this tool!
1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Observe work area conditions. Do not use this tool in damp or wet locations. Don’t expose to rain. Keep work area well lighted.
3. Keep children away. Children must never be allowed in the work area. Do not let them handle this tool, or chemicals used with tool.
4. Store idle equipment. When not in use, tools must be stored in a dry location to inhibit rust. Always lock up tools and keep out of reach of children.
5. Use the right tool for the job. Do not attempt to force a small tool or attachment to do the work of a larger industrial tool. There are certain applications for which this tool was designed. It will do the job better and more safely at the rate for which it was intended. Do not modify this tool and do not use this tool for a purpose for which it was not intended.
6. Dress properly. Wear long sleeves, long pants and gloves when working with chemical sprays. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can be caught in moving parts. Protective, electrically nonconductive clothes and nonskid footwear are recommended when working. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair.
7. Use eye and ear protection. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles. Wear an ANSI approved dust mask or respirator when working around chemical dusts and mists.
8. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Do not reach over or across running machines.
9. Maintain tools with care. Keep tools clean for better and safer performance. Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories. The handles must be kept clean, dry, and free from oil and grease at all times.

10. Avoid unintentional starting. Do not carry any tool with your finger on the trigger, whether it is pressurized or not.
11. Stay alert. Watch what you are doing, use common sense. Do not operate any tool when you are tired.
12. Check for damaged parts. Before using any tool, any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for alignment and binding of moving parts; any broken parts or mounting fixtures; and any other condition that may affect proper operation. Any part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by a qualified technician. Do not use the tool if the trigger lever does not turn On and Off properly.
13. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty. Only use accessories intended for use with this tool. Approved accessories are available from Harbor Freight Tools.
14. Do not operate tool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning labels on prescriptions to determine if your judgment or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt, do not operate the tool.
15. WARNING: Never spray flammable liquids, such as gasolene or corrosive
agents from this sprayer.
Warning: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
Unpacking
When unpacking, check to make sure the following parts are included.

Operation
This sprayer is ideal for watering plants, fertilizing, applying cleaners, pesticides, etc. It is easy to use, with a thumb lever control, and a hand pump to pressurize the tank. It holds up to 1.5 liters of material. The Tank (3) is sturdy and washable.
NOTE: Always adhere to the dress properly recommendations discussed on page 2.
Clean the Tank (3) before and after use. If spraying a mixture, be sure the material has been filtered to remove particles which may clog the spray nozzle.

Always read and adhere to all safety warnings provided by the manufacturer of any chemical used with the Sprayer.
1. Unscrew the Handle (1) assembly from the Tank (3), and pour up to 1.5 liters of water or prepared liquid mixture into the Tank (3).
2. Replace the Handle (1) assembly, and screw it tightly back into place. Be sure that the seal is properly seated and that the tank is now air tight.
3. Place the sprayer upright on a firm surface. Do not hold the sprayer by the Handle (1) while pumping, as this may damage the handle. Holding the sprayer firmly, operate the Pump Handle (8) until the sprayer is pressurized. When the pump becomes difficult to operate the sprayer is sufficiently pressurized. WARNING: Do not over pressurize the sprayer, as this might result in injury to persons or property.
4. Holding the sprayer by the Handle (1), spray by depressing the Trigger Lever (11).
WARNING: Do not spray toward any person or animal. Protect yourself from breathing or coming into contact with any pesticide or hazardous material.
5. When finished spraying, point the orange Pressure Release Rod (12), located on upper handle, away from you in a safe direction Release the pressure by pulling the Orange Pressure Release Rod (12). Hold it out until the pressure has completely released. WARNING: Do not unscrew the Handle (1) assembly if the Tank (3) has not been de-pressurized.
6. Empty sprayer by unscrewing the Handle (1) assembly from the Tank (3). Pour the material back into a suitable container, and wash the tank and sprayer assembly. Clean the mechanism by spraying a small amount of clean water through it.
Maintenance
1. Clean the sprayer before and after each use, using clean water or a suitable detergent. Remember to spray a small amount of clean water through the mechanism to clean it.
2. Protect the sprayer from heavy impacts or punctures which may be caused by other tools. Store the sprayer safely when not in use.
WARNING: Never store hazardous materials in the sprayer when not in use. This may damage the sprayer, and also may cause accidental injury.
3. Do not store the sprayer in bright sunlight, as UV rays may damage the plastic.
4. If you have difficulty pressurizing the sprayer, check the O rings to be sure they are in position, and not damaged.
