IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

CAUTION: To reduce the risk of fire - use 100 watt or smaller, 120 Volt, Type A lamp. (See Figure A.)

Set-Up Precautions

1. Set-up only according to these instructions. Improper set-up can create hazards.

2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles during set-up.

Use Precautions

1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.

2. Use for intended purpose(s) only.

3. Inspect before use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.

4. Maintain product labels and nameplates. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.

5. Make sure to turn off the Clamp Light and unplug the unit from its electrical outlet when unattended.

6. Avoid accidental burns. Do not touch the bulb (not included) or the Reflector while the Clamp Light is turned on. Turn off the Clamp Light and wait until the bulb and Housing are completely cool before touching.

Note: Dry location use only.

3. Do not set-up this product when tired or when under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.

7. Avoid eye injury. Do not look directly into the bulb when operating this product.

8. Do not operate the Clamp Light with a damaged or missing Reflector.

9. WARNING: The cord of this product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling. (California Health & Safety Code § 25249.5, et seq.)

10. Turn off the Clamp Light, unplug its Power Cord from its electrical outlet, and allow it to completely cool down prior to storing or performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning.
