Assembly Precautions
Assemble only according to these instructions. 1.
Improper assembly can create hazards.
Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and 2.
heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
Keep assembly area clean and well lit.3.

assembly.
Be careful w h e n c u t t i n g the package 5.

Do not assemble when tired or when under the 6.
inuence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
Do not lift by hand. Do not roll or lift while 4. loaded.
Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles during 5. assembly and use.
Do not allow children to play with or near this 6. item.
Inspect before every use; do not use if parts 7. are loose or damaged.
Maintain product labels and nameplates. 8. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.
Lock the Swivel-Caster Brakes by stepping on 9. one side of the brake lever, when this chest is not to be moved. This prevents the product from rolling unexpectedly.
To unlock the brake, pull up on the brake lever.
To prevent tipping, do not mount this product on 10. a truck bed or any other moving object.
Secure this product well before moving it with 11. a forklift.
Do not modify this cabinet. 12.
Keep the product on level surfaces. The 13. product may become unstable and tip if stored or moved onto a sloped surface.
Close and lock the drawers before moving. 14. The drawers could come open and make the product unstable.
If an upper chest is placed onto this Roller 15. Cabinet, be sure the upper chest is placed securely onto the bottom cabinet.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY
INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
Note: Use the Parts List & Diagram as a guide on
page 4 when assembling this product.
Attach the Cabinet Handle (4) to one side of the 1.
Cabinet (1) using Bolts (5) and Nuts (3).
Note: Handle may be attached to either side of chest.
Use Plugs (7) to cap the two holes on the side
without the Handle installed.
Attach the Drawer Handles (12) to each Drawer 2.
(2), using the Bolts (10) and Washers (11).
To install the Rigid Casters (18):3.
Align one of the Rigid Casters with the holes a. on the bottom of the Cabinet.
Insert a Screw (19) through the Rigid Caster b. (18) and the bottom of the cabinet.
Inside the Cabinet, place a Washer (16) and c. Spring Washer (15) onto the Screw, Secure in place with the Nut (14).
Repeat d. b. and c. for each screw on the Caster.
Repeat e. a. through d. for each Caster.
Slide the Drawers into place on the Slides (9) 4.
along the inside of the Cabinet.

up or down and pull the inner drawer slide out (See Fig. 1).
To Reassemble: Insert the end of the inner b. drawer slide into the middle drawer slide and push completely into opening.
OPERATION
Close all drawers and door and lock them using 1.
