When unpacking, check to make sure that the item is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this document as soon as possible.

Keep load center and balanced during use.5.
Keep one hand on top of load being trans-6. ported. If possible, keep load strapped to Hand Truck.
Do not assemble when tired or when under 7.
the inuence of drugs or medication.
This product is not a toy. Do not allow chil-8. dren to play with or near this item.

Assembly Instructions
For assembly, slide the Axle (2) through the 1.
top hole in the left hand side of the lower
Frame (1), Washer (4), Spacer (6), Wheel
(3), and Washers (4). Continue the assembly,
running the axle through Washer (4), Wheel
(3), Spacer (6), Washer (4), and out through
the upper hole of the Frame on the right hand
side of the truck. Attach one washer at each
outer end of the axle and insert a Locking
Pin (5) through the Axle and spread the Pins’
ends to lock. See Figure 1, below.

Place a drop of lubricating oil on the axle 2.
where each Wheel would be and spread
the wheels, and the washers to each end.
Insert a Locking Pin (5) through the Axle and
spread their ends to lock.
NOTE: 3. Make sure Metal Spacers are set
between each of the Wheels and the sides of
the Truck Frame. If not, the Wheels will rub
up against the Frame.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Lower the Folding Platform (7).1.
Place the load onto the Folding Platform 2.
against the Hand Truck Frame.
Tilt the Hand Truck backward until the load 3.
feels balanced. For light but bulky items,
keep the Folding Platform unfolded. For
heavier items, keep it folded. See next
page.

Move cautiously, keeping the load balanced 4. on the Wheels to prevent spilling.
Keep one hand on top of the load being 5. transported to steady it.
When you arrive at the load destination, hold 6. the load and slowly lower the Hand Truck.
Lift the items off the Hand Truck from the 7. top down, placing them where they are to be kept or stored.
Lift the Folding Platform to the “up” position 8. for convenient storage.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Wipe down the Hand Truck Frame with a 1. clean, soft cloth.
Inspect before every use for cracks, loose 2.
parts and proper Wheel ination (30 PSI). If
anything abnormal is found, do not use the Hand Truck until it is repaired. Do not use damaged tools.
