2. Do not ride on this wagon.

3. Do not exceed 1000 lb. weight capacity,
evenly distributed.

4. When loading and unloading the wagon,
be careful of the balance of the wagon.

5. Be careful of the Handle which can tip
and fall from the upright position.

6. Chock the four wheels before loading
or unloading the wagon.

7. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles during assembly.

8. Inspect before every use; do not use
if parts are loose or damaged.

9. Maintain product labels and nameplates. These carry
important safety information. If unreadable or missing,
contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.

Assembly

1. Turn the cart Bed (1) upside down.
Use the cardboard from the carton to keep

from scratching or damaging the nish.

2. Attaching Front Axle Support with Steering
Link Connector to Bed

Position the foldable Front Axle Support (2)
at a 90° angle and lock it in place with
Nut (14), Washer (11). Attach each end
of the Steering Link Connector (7) to the
Front Axle Support (2) with Nut (14), Bolt (9)
and Washer (11). Do not over-tighten.

3. Attaching Front Wheels

Slide the Wheel (6) onto the axle so
the valve stem faces out. Secure Wheel (6) to
axle using Washer (13) and Acorn Nut (16).
