To reduce the risk of electric shock, the Clipper is equipped with a polarized 10.
plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will only t into the polarized
outlet one way. In the event the plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse
the plug. If the plug still will not t the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a
qualied electrician. Do not change the plug in any way.
General Safety Rules
Do not abuse the Power Cord. 1. Never use the Power Cord to carry the clippers
or pull the Plug from an outlet. Keep the Power Cord away from heat, oil, sharp
edges, or moving parts. Replace damaged Power Cords immediately. Damaged
Power Cords increase the risk of electric shock.
Stay alert. 2. Do not use while tired or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol, or
medication. A moment of inattention while operating this appliance can result in
serious personal injury.
Avoid accidental starting. 3. Be sure the Power Switch is off before plugging in.
Disconnect the Power Cord Plug from the power source before making any 4.
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the clipper. Such preventive
safety measures reduce the risk of starting the clipper accidentally. Always unplug
the clipper from its electrical outlet before performing any inspection, maintenance,
or cleaning procedures.
Store idle clippers out of reach of children and other untrained persons. 5.
Clippers are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
