3.Follow alllocal electricaland safetycodes, aswell asthe NationalElectrical Code(NEC) and theOccupation Safetyand HealthAct (OSHA).
4.Always disconnectthe powersource before workingon ornear thefan, motoror junction box orlight fixture.
5.Protect thepower cordfrom sharpedges, oil, grease, hotsurfaces, chemicalsor other objects.
