The IMAGETEAM™ 3800E and the IMAGETEAM™
3800EPDF are OEM engines that allow the easy
addition of bar code scanning to custom equipment.
The IT3800E and IT3800EPDF are complete de­coded output engines in a compact form. The
IT3800EPDF optimizes PDF417 performance in all
types of scanning applications. The IT3800E and
3800EPDF deliver the same linear imaging perfor­mance as the IMAGETEAM™ 3800 Hand Held Linear
Imager with a bright aiming line and fast scanning
and decoding.

The IT3800E and IT3800EPDF are used for document
or package reading, conveyor applications, ticket
reading, price checking, or custom kiosk applications.
Mounting features are provided. Power and data are
fed through a convenient modular connector mounted
on the board.

The IT3800E and IT3800EPDF contain a full suite of
interfaces for PC, iMAC, USB, and other terminals that
use keyboard wedge or RS-232 communications. The
IT3800EPDF has an atuomatic trigger mode for
constant scanning. The IT3800E and IT3800EPDF’s
other capabilities include powerful data formatting
capabilities, bar code or serial programming, external
trigger control, and Windows®-based programming
tools.
