cooking pot.
17. Do not place the unit directly under cabinets when operating as
this product produces large amounts of steam. Avoid reaching over the product when operating.

If food is done, remove food with spatula from steam basket to serving bowl/platter. Remove steam basket using oven mitts. Close lid and continue cooking rice.
