The product is intended for private, non-commercial use
only.
Use the product for its intended purpose only.
Do not operate the product outside the power limits
given in the specications.
Protect the product from dirt, moistureand overheating,
and only use it in adry environment.
Do not use the product in moist environments and avoid
splashes.
Do not bend or crush the cable.
Always pull directly on the plug when disconnecting the
cable, never on the cable itself.
Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any
major shocks.
Dispose of packaging material immediately according to
locally applicable regulations.
Do not modify the product in any way.Doing so voids
the warranty.
Note
When using this product, observe the applicable local trac laws and regulations.
Take carethat components such as airbags, safety areas, controls, instruments, etc. and visibility arenot blocked or restricted.
4. Product Features
The FM transmitter is used to transmit music or speech from amobile device (smartphone, MP3 player,etc.) to an FM playback device (such as aVHF car radio) in high qual­ity in acar,trailer or boat. At the same time, this device or another compatible terminal device can be charged via the USB port. The FM transmitter is compatible with all terminal devices that have an audio output with a3.5 mm stereo jack.
Note –Automatic standby
After 50 to 60 seconds without amusic signal or button being pressed, the FM transmitter switches to standby.
If it receives amusic signal or abutton is pressed, the FM transmitter is activated again.
5. Getting Started and Operation
Note –Connecting terminal devices
Ensurethat the power consumption of the terminal device connected to the USB port does not exceed 1000 mA.
Please refer to the instructions in the operating manual of your terminal device.
Plug the vehicle power supply unit into acar socket of the on-boardpower supply and connect the 3.5 mm stereo jack to the audio output of your mobile device.
When the power supply is active, the display lights up in blue. The product is ready for use
Start music playback.
Note
Forsome vehicle types, the ignition has to be switched on to supply power to the 12 Vcar socket. Formoreinforma­tion, please refer to your vehicle’soperating instructions.

5.1 Automatic station search (autoscan function)
The FM transmitter can automatically search for the FM frequency currently being used least by local radio stations (autoscan function). This frequency is ideal for uninterrupt­ed transmission.
Briey press the Sstation search button. Wait for the search to nish.
Set the frequency shown on the display on your car radio and start playback.
5.2 Automatic station search with saving
Press the Sstation search button for about 3seconds. Wait for the search to nish.
After the station search is completed, the display shows one of three frequencies that arebest suited for transmis­sion. The three frequencies areautomatically saved.
Press the Mmemory button to view the three stored fr
equencies.
Use the frequency buttons (CH+/CH-) to select the stored frequency of your choice and conrm your selection with the Mbutton.
Set the frequency shown on the display on your car radio and start playback.
If you do not want to select afrequency,press the M button to exit the stored frequency selection.
5.3 Manual station search
Search for an available frequency on your car radio (static without partial signals).
Use the CH+/CH- frequency buttons to set the same frequency on the FM transmitter.
Note –Changing locations and reception problems
Generally,you will operate the FM transmitter in a moving vehicle. This means that the reception condi­tions change and previously available frequencies can become unusable.
Use the automatic or manual station search to nd a suitable frequency if the music transmission stops or is disrupted.
6. Careand Maintenance
Only clean this product with aslightly damp, lint-free cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
