4. Product Features
The FM transmitter is used to transmit music or speech
from amobile device (smartphone, MP3 player,etc.) to an
FM playback device (such as aVHF car radio) in high quality in acar,trailer or boat. At the same time, this device
or another compatible terminal device can be charged via
the USB port.
The FM transmitter is compatible with all terminal devices
that have an audio output with a3.5 mm stereo jack.
Note –Automatic standby
• After 50 to 60 seconds without amusic signal or
button being pressed, the FM transmitter switches
to standby.
• If it receives amusic signal or abutton is pressed, the
FM transmitter is activated again.
5. Getting Started and Operation
Note –Connecting terminal devices
• Ensurethat the power consumption of the terminal
device connected to the USB port does not exceed
1000 mA.
• Please refer to the instructions in the operating
manual of your terminal device.
• Plug the vehicle power supply unit into acar socket of
the on-boardpower supply and connect the 3.5 mm
stereo jack to the audio output of your mobile device.
• When the power supply is active, the display lights up in
blue. The product is ready for use
• Start music playback.
Note
Forsome vehicle types, the ignition has to be switched on
to supply power to the 12 Vcar socket. Formoreinformation, please refer to your vehicle’soperating instructions.

5.1 Automatic station search (autoscan function)
The FM transmitter can automatically search for the FM
frequency currently being used least by local radio stations
(autoscan function). This frequency is ideal for uninterrupted transmission.
• Briey press the Sstation search button. Wait for the
search to nish.
• Set the frequency shown on the display on your car radio
and start playback.
5.2 Automatic station search with saving
• Press the Sstation search button for about 3seconds.
Wait for the search to nish.
• After the station search is completed, the display shows
one of three frequencies that arebest suited for transmission. The three frequencies areautomatically saved.
• Press the Mmemory button to view the three stored
fr
equencies.
• Use the frequency buttons (CH+/CH-) to select the stored
frequency of your choice and conrm your selection with
the Mbutton.
• Set the frequency shown on the display on your car radio
and start playback.
• If you do not want to select afrequency,press the M
button to exit the stored frequency selection.
5.3 Manual station search
• Search for an available frequency on your car radio (static
without partial signals).
• Use the CH+/CH- frequency buttons to set the same
frequency on the FM transmitter.
Note –Changing locations and reception
problems
• Generally,you will operate the FM transmitter in a
moving vehicle. This means that the reception conditions change and previously available frequencies can
become unusable.
• Use the automatic or manual station search to nd a
suitable frequency if the music transmission stops or
is disrupted.
6. Careand Maintenance
Only clean this product with aslightly damp, lint-free cloth
and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

4. Produkteigenschaften
Der FM-Transmitter dient dazu, im Kfz, Wohnwagen oder
Boot, Musik oder Sprache von einem mobilen Endgerät
(Smartphone, MP3 Player etc.) in hoher Qualität an ein FM
Wiedergabegerät (z.B. UKW Autoradio) zu senden. Gleichzeitig kann dieses -oder ein anderes geeignetes Endgerät über den USB Anschluss geladen werden.
Der FM-Transmitter ist kompatibel mit allen Endgeräten, die
über einen Audio-Ausgang mit 3,5mm Stereoklinke verfügen.
Hinweis –Automatischer Standby
• Der FM-Transmitter schaltet sich automatisch nach ca.
50-60 Sek. ohne Musiksignal oder Tasteneingabe ab
(Standby).
• Durch ein Musiksignal oder eine Tasteneingabe
aktiviert sich der FM-Transmitter wieder.
5. Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb
Hinweis –Anschluss von Endgeräten
• Stellen Sie sicher,dass die Stromaufnahme des am
USB-Anschluss angeschlossenen Endgerätes
1000 mA nicht überschreitet.
• Beachten Sie die Hinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Endgerätes.
• Stecken Sie das Kfz Netzteil in eine Kfz-Steckdose des
Bordnetzes und verbinden Sie die 3,5mm Stereoklinke mit
dem Audio Ausgang ihres mobilen Endgerätes.
• Bei aktiver Stromversorgung leuchtet das Display blau
auf.Das Produkt ist betriebsbereit.
• Starten Sie die Musikwiedergabe.

Hinweis
Bei einigen Fahrzeugtypen muss die Zündung
eingeschaltet sein, damit die Spannung an der 12 VKfzSteckdose anliegt. Beachten Sie hierzu die Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Fahrzeugs.
5.1 Automatische Sendersuche (Auto-Scan Funktion)
Der FM-Transmitter kann automatisch nach der derzeit lokal
am wenigsten von Radiostationen genutzten FM-Frequenz
suchen (Auto-Scan Funktion). Diese eignet sich am besten
für eine störungsfreie Übertragung.
• Drücken Sie kurz die Sendersuchlauf-Taste S. Warten Sie
den Suchlauf ab.
• Stellen Sie die im Display angezeigte Frequenz an Ihrem
Autoradio ein und starten Sie die Wiedergabe.
• Nach Abschluss der Sendersuche zeigt das Display eine
von drei für die Übertragung am besten geeigneten
Frequenzen an. Die drei Frequenzen werden automatisch
abgespeichert.
5.2 Automatische Sendersuche mit Abspeichern
• Drücken Sie für ca. 3Sek. die Sendersuchlauf-Taste S.
Warten Sie den Suchlauf ab.
• Nach Abschluss der Sendersuche zeigt das Display eine
von drei für die Übertragung am besten geeigneten
Frequenzen an. Die drei Frequenzen werden automatisch
abgespeichert.
• Drücken Sie die Memory Taste M, um die drei gespeicherten Frequenzen anzuzeigen.
• Wählen Sie mit den Frequenz Tasten CH+/CH- die gewünschte gespeicherte Frequenz aus und bestätigen Sie
die Auswahl mit der Taste M.
• Stellen Sie die im Display angezeigte Frequenz an Ihrem
Autoradio ein und starten Sie die Wiedergabe.
• Möchten Sie keine Frequenz auswählen, drücken Sie die
Taste M, um die Speicher Auswahl zu verlassen.
5.3 Manuelle Sendersuche
• Suchen Sie auf Ihrem Autoradio eine freie Frequenz
(Rauschen ohne Signalfetzen).
• Stellen Sie mit Hilfe der Frequenz Tasten CH+/CH- die
gleiche Frequenz auf dem FM-Transmitter ein.
Hinweis –Standortänderung und
Empfangsstörungen
• In der Regel bewegt sich das Fahrzeug, in dem Sie
den FM-Transmitter betreiben. Damit verändern sich
auch die Empfangsbedingungen und vormals freie
Frequenzen können unbrauchbar werden.
• Suchen Sie mit Hilfe der automatischen oder manuellen Sendersuche eine neue geeignete Frequenz, wenn
die Musikübertragung abbricht oder gestört wird.
6. Wartung und Pege
Reinigen Sie dieses Produkt nur mit einem fusselfreien, leicht
feuchten Tuch und verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reiniger.

oder Gewährleistung für Schäden, die aus unsachgemäßer
Installation, Montage und unsachgemäßem Gebrauch des

4. Caractéristiques du produit
Le transmetteur FM vous permet d’envoyer de la musique
ou un contenu vocal de haute qualité depuis votreappareil
mobile (smartphone, lecteur MP3, etc...) vers un appareil
de lectureFM(par ex. autoradio UKW), que vous soyez
dans un véhicule, une caravane ou un bateau. Parallèlement, il -ouunautreappareil adapté -peut êtrerechargé
vialeport USB.
Le transmetteur FM est compatible avec tous les appareils
disposant d’une sortie audio jack stéréo de 3,5 mm.
Remarque concernant la veille automatique
• Sans signal musical ou un appui sur une touche, le
transmetteur FM s’éteint automatiquement au bout de
50-60 sec. environ (veille).
• Un signal musical ou un appui sur une touche
réactivent le transmetteur FM.
5. Mise en service et fonctionnement
Remarque concernant la connexion d’appareils
• Assurez-vous que la consommation de courant de l’appareil branché au port USB ne dépasse pas 1000 mA.
• Veuillez respecter les consignes du mode d‘emploi de
votreappareil.
• Branchez le bloc secteur de véhicule dans une prise du
circuit de bord, puis insérez le jack stéréo de 3,5 mm
dans la sortie audio de votreappareil mobile.
• L’écran s’allume en bleu en cas de branchement électrique conforme. Le produit est prêt àfonctionner.

Remarque
Sur certains types de véhicules, le contact doit êtreétabli
pour alimenter la prise 12 V. Veuillez également consulter le manuel d‘instructions de votrevéhicule àcesujet.
5.1 Recherche de la fréquence optimale de réception (fonction Auto-Scan)
Le transmetteur FM peut rechercher automatiquement la
fréquence FM la moins utilisée par les stations de radio sur
le plan local (fonction Auto-Scan). Celle-ci est idéale pour
une transmission sans trouble.
• Appuyez brièvement sur la touche de recherche de la
fréquence optimale de réception S. Attendez que la
recherche soit terminée.
• Réglez la fréquence qui s’ache àl’écran sur votre
autoradio et démarrez la lecture.
5.2 Recherche de la fréquence optimale de récep-
tion avec fonction de mémoire
• Appuyez sur la touche de recherche de la fréquence optimale de réception pendant environ 3sec. S. Attendez
que la recherche soit terminée.
• Àlan de la recherche, l’écran ache une fréquence
parmi les trois fréquences les mieux adaptées pour la
transmission. Les trois fréquences sont automatiquement
mémorisées.
• Appuyez sur la touche Memory Mpour acher les trois
fréquences mémorisées.
• Avec les touches de fréquence CH+/CH-, sélectionnez la
fréquence mémorisée souhaitée et conrmez la sélection
en appuyant sur la touche M.
• Réglez la fréquence qui s’ache àl’écran sur votre
autoradio et démarrez la lecture.
• Si vous ne souhaitez sélectionner aucune fréquence,
appuyez sur la touche Mpour quitter la sélection de
mémoire.
5.3 Recherche manuelle de stations
• Cherchez une fréquence libresur votreautoradio (bruits
sans bribes de signal).
• Réglez la même fréquence sur le transmetteur FM à
l'aide des touches de fréquence CH+/CH-.
Remarque concernant le changement de lieu
et les troubles de réception
• En règle générale, le véhicule est en mouvement
lorsque vous vous servez du transmetteur FM. Il en
résulte que les conditions de réception se modient.
Des fréquences auparavant libres peuvent alors
devenir inutilisables.
• Recherchez une nouvelle fréquence adaptée àl’aide de
la recherche automatique ou manuelle de stations si la
transmission de la musique s’interrompt ou se trouble.
6. Soins et entretien
Nettoyez la balance uniquement àl’aide d’un chiffon non
breux légèrement humide ;évitez tout détergent agressif.
7. Exclusion de garantie
La société Hama GmbH &Co. KG décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages provoqués par une installation,
un montage ou une utilisation non conformes du produit
ou encoreprovoqués par un non respect des consignes du
mode d‘emploi et/ou des consignes de sécurité.
