02 Introdution

Never tamper with any components inside the TV, or any other adjustment controls not described in this manual. All LED-TV's are high voltage electrical equipment. When you clean dust or any water drops off the SCREEN or CABINET or around any of the buttons or connectors, the power cabled should be removed from the power socket. Wipe the TV with a soft, dry, dust free cloth. During thunderstorms, unplug the power cable and aerial / antenna cable to prevent damage to your TV and any other devices connected to it. All repairs to this TV should only be performed by qualified TV service personnel.

Base Stand Assembly Instruction

1. Insert the stand support pillar into the stand as the arrow indicated direction, and then fastened with one screw.

2. Insert the stand Ass'y into back cover as the arrow indicated direction,and then fastened with one screw.

INSTALLATION NOTES

Locate the TV in a room where light does not strike the screen directly. Total darkness or a reflection on the screen can cause eyestrain. Soft and indirect lighting is recommended for comfortable viewing.

Allow enough space between the TV and the wall to permit ventilation.

Please do not attempt to rotate the TV on the stand.

Avoid excessively warm locations to prevent possible damage to the cabinet or premature component failure.

WALL MOUNTING INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

This television can be wall mounted as follows:

1.Place the LED LCD Television onto a solid surface. Please place some soft material over the front of the screen to protect it from any damage.

3.Use the four screws provided to fix the TV onto a wall mounting bracket (not included) via the four VESA standard holes on the back of the television.

2.Remove the screws from the lower part of the television, where the base joins to the TV, and take away the stand (put the stand somewhere safe for future use).

Connecting to your Haier TV

Connecting a DVD p layer / Sa tellite / cabl e set t op box rec eiver / game s conso le / PC or Laptop

The re are several op tions t o conne cting a D VD pla yer / Satellite or Cable set top box receiver / games console / PC or Lap top to your TV.

Option 1 SCART

Connect a SC ART cable (not supplied) from the SCART socket on the TV to the DVD pla yer / Satellite or cable set top box receiver or games consol. To select the device connected with the SCA RT cable press t he SOURCE butto n on the remote and use the keys t o selec t SCART and p ress th e OK button.

Note:The TV will default to the SCART con necti on when t he TV is sw itche d on.

Option 2 HDMI

If th e device you want to connect to the is switched on, switch off the device first. Connect a HD MI cable (not supplied) from the HDMI socket on the TV to the DVD player / Satellite or cable receiver or games consol. Swi tch on the device you have just con necte d to the TV To select the device connected with the HDMI cable press the SOURCE button on the remote and use the keys t o selec t HDMI and press the OK button.

Option 3 AV Audio Visual

(Yellow/White/Red) Mak e sure th at both T V and the d evice are switched off before connecting. Connect the AV cables (not supplied) from the Video (yellow) and Audio (white, red) sockets on the TV to the DVD player or games console etc. To select the device connected with the AVI cable press the SOURCE button on the remote and use the keys t o selec t AV and pre ss the OK b utton.

Option 4 COMPONENT (Green/Blue/Red)+(White/Red)

Mak e sure th at both T V and the d evice are switched off before connecting.

Connect th e cable s (not su pplie d) from t he COMPONENT IN sockets Y, Pb, Pr (green, blue, red) and L-Audio-R (white, red) on the TV to th e DVD player o r games c onsol e etc.

To select th e device connected with the AVI cable press the SOURCE button on the remote and u se the ke ys to select COMPONENT and p ress th e OK button.

Opt ion 5 VGA (15pin Sub-D)

Connect a VGA cab le (not s uppli ed) from the VGA s ocket o n the TV to t he PC / Lap top. To select th e PC / Lapt op conn ected w ith the VGA c able pr ess the SOURCE b utton o n the rem ote and use th e keys to select PC and

press the OK button. Not e VGA i s video o nly. For audio from your PC/Laptop you need to connect a sep arate cable from the PC Audio (3.5mm jack) to the headphone socket on you PC/Laptop (3.5mm jack)

Opt ion 6 USB

Most USB sticks can be connected to your TV and some digital cameras may also work. Connect US B stick ( not sup plied ) or a USB cable (not supplied) to the TV. To select the USB device connected to the TV, pre ss the SO URCE bu tton on the re mote an d use t he keys to select USB and press the OK button.

Note1:Only *.jpg and *.mp3 files will work, oth er file t ypes ar e not gua ranteed an d may not .

Note 2. Apple iPhones and iPods are not compatible with your TV.

Note 3. When connecting any device to the USB connection, keep the USB cable length as short as possible.

Ins ert th e plug of t he earphone into the headphone socket on the TV. The TV speakers are now muted. Alt ernat ively you ca n also pl ug in ext ernal s peake rs if required.

Opt ion 8

S/P DIF is a di gital a udio connection used to connect audio equipment, for example home theatres and other digital HiFi systems over short distances. The signal is transmitted over eit her a coaxial cable with RCA connectors. Mak e sure th at both T V and the d evice are swi tched o ff before connect ing. Connect the AV cables (not supplied) from the S /PDIF s ocket o n the TV to t he Home Theat er sou nd system or digital Hi Fi syste m etc.

Insert Batteries Into the Remote Control

1. Remove the battery cover.

2. Inserting the 2 AAA 1.5V batteries making sure the polarity(+ or -) of the batteries matches the polarity marks inside the unit

3. Mount the battery cover. Replace with new batteries when the TV set begins to show the following symptoms: Operation is unsteady or erratic. Sometimes the TV set does not function with Remote Control Unit.

Remark:

1) Alkaline Battery Recommeded.

2) Remove batteries when they are exhausted or if the remote control is not to be used for long time.

Teletext is an information system broadcast by certain channels which can be consulted like a newspaper. It also offers access to subtitles for viewers with hearing problems or who are not familiar with the transmission language(cable networks, satellite channels, etc.)

You will obtain :

This is used to call or exit teletext modes. The summary appears with a list of items that can be accessed. Each item has a corresponding 3 di git page num ber. If th e chann el sele cted do es not broadcast teletext, theindication 100 w ill be di splayed and th e screen will remain blan k (in thi s case, exit teletext and select another channel).

Enter the number of the page required using the 0 to 9 up/down. Example: page 120, enter 120. The number is displayed top left, the counter tur ns and then the page is displayed. Repeat this operation to view another page. If the counte r continues to s earch, this mean s that the page is not transmitted. Select another number.

Coloured a re as are disp layed at the bot tom of the scree n. The 4 coloured keys are used to access the items or corresponding pages. The coloured areas flash when the item or the page is not yet available.

This returns to the contents page (usually page 100).

Cer tain page s contain sub-page s which a re automatically disp layed successively. This key is used to stop or resume sub-page acquisi tion. The indication appears top left.

HOM E or Shop m odes

1. Home Mode is an energy-saving Mode. Home Mode is recommended for normal viewing setting and is set as default during manufacturer.

Shop Mode is an option for retailers for advertising or product presentation. Shop Mode has a brigh ter image than Home Mode,also it can pop up a pop menu e very 30 seconds.

1). Press the MENU button and then press the▼▲ buttons to select the CHANNEL menu and then press the OK button.

2). Press the▼▲ buttons to select DTV Manual Tuning and then press the OK button,if you select Air in Auto Scan, you will enter DVB-T manual scan menu.

3). The DTV M anual Tuning screen will pop up. Press the ◀▶ buttons to select the desired UHF channel or press the OK button then input channel number. Select Start to commence the search of that channel. When the signal has been tuned, the picture and signal strength will be displayed on the screen.

4). Press the MENU button to return back to the main menu.

5). Press the EXIT button to exit the menu.

2). The CADTV Manual Tuning screen will pop up. Press the▼▲◀▶buttons to select(Frequency /Symbol (ks/s/QAM Type QAM) press Start to comm ence the search of that channel. When the signal has been tuned, the picture and signal strength will be displayed on the screen.

3). Press the MENU button to return back to t he main menu.

4). Press the EXIT button to exit the menu.

1.I f after 4 hours from switch on and no changes have bee n made to t he TV, for ex ample n o chann el or vol ume changes,the TV will start the automatic power down sequence. And pop-up window will appear on screen.

After 150 seconds the TV will automatically switch to standby. To override the automatic shutdown press any but ton on th e remote con trol.

recordings. If your storage device is not compatible, you

will be asked to format it. Press the Index Button to enter the PVR Setting Menu Device List to format your device.

WARNING

When formatting the USB device it will delete all the files stored on the USB device.

If you have set a timed recording, your TV will automatically

turn on when the program is set to record and will

automatically turn off after the recording is complete.

During a timed recording however the picture and volume

will be mute (there will be no display), however the unit

will be on. You can press the STANDBY Button to tur n the

Trouble Shooting

My TV does not display the picture on my laptop / PC when connected.

I have connected my PC/Laptop to the TV and get a picture but no sound. Why ?

The picture is not auto resizing when changing channels.

I have just plugged in a DVD player or another item into my TV and it doesn't work.

Most PC's and laptops when connected with a VGA Plug (the blue 15 pin plug on your PC or laptop) require you to press some buttons on your key board to get a picture on a TV or other external display. This is usually the F7 (Dell) or F4 (HP / Samsung) or F5 (Toshiba). On laptops, you have to press the “Fn” key at the same time as the “F” key.

The VGA cable only carries the video or picture information. You need to connect a separate cable connected to the earphone socket (3.5mm jack) on you PC/Laptop to the 3.5m (PC Audio IN) socket on your TV. You will need to select “PC” using the Source button on your remote. Alternatively connect your PC/Laptop using a HDMI cable if you PC/Laptop has a HDMI connector. HDMI is both audio and video.

Check that the TV picture Aspect Ratio is set to 'Auto' on all inputs ATV, DTV, SCART, HDMI 1, 2 etc. To set the aspect ratio, (Auto, 4:3 or 16:9). Press Source button start at ATV and repeat the sequence below for all input sources ATV, DTV, SCART, HDMI 1 and 2 as each input source is controlled separately. Press TV Menu button Press Right Arrow to access Picture sub menu Press Down Arrow to select Aspect Ratio Select Auto Press Exit Repeat for all input sources.

This is applicable to any item of equipment plugged to the TV

1. Turn both TV & DVD player off (plugs out of the wall socket, not standby).

2. Turn off any equipment connected to the SCART socket.

3. Disconnect the SCART plug from the TV.

4. Plug in and turn TV on

5. Plug in and turn DVD player on

6. Select HDMI from Source Menu

7. Press play on DVD player and check movie plays ok NOTE: The SCART socket has priority over HDMI and it is important that the equipment connected to the SCART socket on the TV is switched OFF (not in standby). Please follow this information. If the advice works and the DVD player wor ks, the TV is OK it is just a bit confused. Probably HDMI plugs have been removed and plugged back in when the TV is switched on. Never remove or plug in HDMI cables or any digital equipment with the equipment switched on. Always switch off all equipment when unplugging or connecting any digital equipment.

If you are receiving your TV signal by satellite, check your dish has no t moved fo llowi ng high w inds, or tha t the sig nal is blocked by trees. Trees can be a prob lem as th e TV s ignal c an chan ge depending if a tre e betwe en the sa tellite di sh and satellite is in bare or in full leaf.

Missing channels

TV Aerials

Digital terrestrial television (Freeview) comes to your TV via an aerial, The old aerial that was good for analogue TV may not w ork wel l for digi tal so ma y need up gradi ng. If you a re gett ing som e but not a ll of the d igita l chann els on DT V (Freeview) for example you get BBC1, BBC2, Channel 4 ,bu t not IT V or Chan nel 5, th is is usu ally be cause your a erial i s a nar row ban d type, a nd need s to be change d to a wide b and typ e.

Faulty Leads and Cables

Che ck your T V. Are t he lead s at the ba ck - to the m ains, t he aeri al, the set- top box, t he vide o or DVD pl ayer or r ecorde r properly connected? SCART leads are known to work loose over time an d can res ult in bo th audi o and vid eo (pic ture) problems. Either left or right or both audio is missing and the colours are poor or muddy looking. Push the SCART plugs firmly in, this should fix the problem. HDMI plugs need to be pushed in firmly; it's only the last millim etre tha t the con tacts m ake. Typi cally t he blac k plast ic part of the HDMI plug should be very close or touching the body of the TV or component. When plugging in any HDMI cables you may experience problems if the HD MI cabl es are pl ugged i n when th e TV o r the other component is switched on. Always switch off both the TV and the c ompon ent you ar e plugg ing in. I f you have checked the plugs and sockets, switch off the TV and whatever you have plugged in to the TV and then switch them on again.

If you connect your PC or Laptop to the TV using a VGA ( 15 pin Su b D) cabl e there i s no audi o, you nee d to conn ect a separate audio cable to the TV from the PC or laptop.

Unnatural Colours and Flesh Tones

Unnatural flesh tones and other colours could present another probl em even i n a new HDT V. Thi s is due to t he TV picture settings, which are optimized for a showr oom enviro nment. Fix th is by cha nging t he pict ure mod e to natu ral in the picture menu. For more precision, try manually setting the colour, contrast and brightness options in the picture menu.

White Outlines

White outlines around objects and people generally appear either if the TV sharpness is set to very high, or if your television set uses some edge-enhancement processing technology. Go to the picture menu and adjust the sharpness till the white outline disappears. If edge-enhancement is enabled, try to disable it using the service menu.

Choppy Video

At times the video might become choppy. When this happens, check whether the signal is strong enough. If the signal is strong the problem is with the cable operator. If the signal strength is weak, try boosting the signal strength with the help of an amplifier.

When connecting PC's or laptops to the TV, the picture may not fill the screen. Check the display settings on your PC or laptop (Windows > Star t > Contro l Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Displ ay resolution. On your TV select:- TV Menu > Pict ure > Settings and then try AUTO, ZOOM1 or ZOOM2 for the best display.

USB Connection

The USB connection will work with *.jpg (photo) and *.mp3 (music) file s. Please no te the TV d oes not reco gnize Ap ple iPhone, or iPod's connected to the USB connector on the TV. 02 INTRODUZIONE

ATTENZIONE

Non alterare mai alcun componente all'interno della TV o nessun altro controllo di regolazione non descritto in questo manuale. Tutte le TV LED sono apparecchiature elettroniche ad alta tensione. Quando si toglie la polvere o qualsiasi goccia d'acqua dallo SCHERMO o dalla STRUTTURA o intorno a pulsanti o connettori, il cavo di alimentazione deve essere rimosso dalla presa di alimentazione. Pulire la TV con un panno morbido, asciutto e senza polvere. Durante i temporali, scollegare il cavo di alimentazione e l'antenna per prevenire il danneggiamento della TV e di qualsiasi altro dispositivo collegato ad essa. Tutte le riparazioni a questa TV devono essere effettuate solo da personale qualificato per l'assistenza della TV.

INTRODUZIONE

Istruzioni di assemblaggio della base di sostegno

1. Inserire il perno di supporto della base nella base nella direzione indicata dalla freccia e quindi stringere con una vite.

NOTE DI INSTALLAZIONE

Posizionate il televisore in una stanza dove la luce non colpisca direttamente lo schermo.

L'oscurità totale o i riflessi sullo schermo possono causare affaticamento oculare. Si

raccomanda un'illuminazione indiretta e soffusa per una visione confortevole.

Nota: si prega di non ruotare questo TV.

Lasciate abbastanza spazio tra il televisore e il muro per permettere la ventilazione.

Evitate luoghi eccessivamente caldi per prevenire eventuali danni al cabinet o guasto

prematuro dei componenti.

2. Inserire il supporto di montaggio nel coperchio nella direzione indicata dalla freccia e quindi stringere con una vite.

LINEE GUIDA PER L'INSTALLAZIONE A MURO

Questo televisore può essere montato a muro come segue:

1.Posizionate il televisore LED LCD su una superficie stabile. Posizionate un panno morbido sulla parte anteriore dello schermo per proteggerlo da qualunque danno.

3. Utilizzate le quattro viti fornite per fissare il televisore su un braccio di sostegno a muro (non incluso) attraverso i quattro fori standard VESA sul retro del televisore.

2. Rimuovete le viti dalla parte inferiore del televisore, dove la base si collega al televisore, e rimuovete il sostegno (Conservatelo per un uso futuro).

Installate le batterie nel telecomando

1. Rimuovete il coperchio delle batterie.

2. Inserite le 2 AAA da 1.5V assicurandovi che la polarità (+ o -) delle batterie corrisponda alla polarità segnata all'interno dell'unità.

3. Riposizionate il coperchio delle batterie. Sostituite le batterie quando il televisore mostra i seguenti sintomi: L'operatività è instabile o casuale. A volte il televisore non funziona con il telecomando.

Il Televideo è un sistema di informazioni trasmesso da certi canali che può essere consultato come un quotidiano. Offre anche l'accesso ai sottotitoli per gli spettatori con problemi di udito o che non hanno familiarità con il linguaggio della trasmissione (reti via cavo, canali via satellite etc.)

Si us a per att ivare o uscire dalla modalità TELEVIDEO Il sommario appare con una lista di oggetti accessibili. Ogni oggetto ha un numero di pagina corrispondente a tre cifre. Inserite il numero della pagina richiesta utilizzando i tasti numerici o Su e Giù. Esempio: pagina 120, inserite 120. Se il contatore continua a cercare, significa che quella pagina non è trasmessa. Selezionate un altro numero.

Modalità CASA o NEGOZIO

1. La modalità Casa è una modalità di r isparmio energetico. La modalità Casa è raccomandata per impostazioni di visualizzazione normali ed è impostata come predefinita dal produttore.

2.La modalità Negozio è un'opzione per i rivenditori per pubblicità o presentazione dei prodotti.La modalità Negozio ha un'immagine più luminosa della modalità Casa e possono essere visualizzati dei POP menu ogni 30 secondi.

3.È possibile commutare tra modalità Casa e Negozio, a scelta. Se si è scelto la modalità Negozio il TV imposterà HDMI1 come sorgente, e si potrà premere il tasto OK per uscire dal menu POP.

2). Premere i tasti ◄► per selezionare AIR/Cavo significa DVB-T/DVB-C.

Nota

In UK per visualizzare la TV via cavo, è necessario collegare al TV l’appropriato set top box dell’emittente del TV via cavo.

Se si è selezionato DVB-C, si selezionare la modalità Completa o Rapida di scansione. È possibile anche selezionare la modalità di scansione automatica. Solo DT V+ATV o DT V, o solo ATV.

3). La sintonizzazione dei canali inizia. Questa operazione può richiedere fino a 6 minuti. Il display mostrerà il progresso della sintonizzazione e il numero di canali trovati.

4). Se si vuole saltare la sintonizzazione DTV, premere il pulsante MENU per interrompere la sintonizzazione in corso. Si passerà direttamente alla sintonizzazione ATV.

5). Dopo il completamento della sintonizzazione, i canali sono organizzati in un ordine preimpostato. Se si desidera saltare canali, modificare l'ordine preimpostato o rinominare i canali, selezionare Programme Edit (Modifica programma) nel menu Channel (Canale).

Tutti i canali inclusi ATV, DTV e Radio possono essere sintonizzati in un'unica volta, se il tipo di sintonia è DTV+ATV. Tutti i canali salvati verranno cancellati dopo la sintonizzazione automatica. Dopo la sintonizzazione automatica, il televisore passerà al primo canale DTV.

2).Apparirà la schermata di Sintonizzazione manuale CADTV. Premere i pulsanti ◄►▼▲ per selezionare (Frequenza/Simbolo (ks/s/QAM tipo QAM) premere il pulsante Start per iniziare la ricerca di tale canale. 7). Aggiornamento software (USB)

Premere i tasti ▲ o ▼ per selezionare Aggiornamento software (USB) nel menu Channel. Quindi premere il tasto OK per aggiornare il software usando una USB. 1.S e dopo 4 or e dall'accensione e non son o state e ffettuat e modifiche alla TV, ad esempio non è sta to cambiato alcun canale o modificato il volume, la TV inizierà la sequenza di spegnimento. E una finestra di pop-up apparirà sullo schermo. Dop o 150 sec ondi la T V passe rà automat icame nte in stand-by. Per uscire dallo spegnimento automatico premere qualsiasi tasto sul telecomando.

2. Per annullare lo spegnimento automatico, nel menu Opzioni selezionare Stand-by automatico (4 ore). Lo sch ermo de lla TV ri torna a l menu Op zioni e l 'opzione Spegnimento automatico (4 ore) sarà visualizzata. Spegnimento automatico (4 ore) OFF

Per ritornare allo spegnimento automatico dopo 4 ore, ripetere quanto riportato in precedenza usando il tasto freccia per selezionare SÌ. Nel menu di sistema File PVR, è possibile config urare il disco USB per PVR.

Ripristina impostazioni di fabbrica

Premere i tasti ▼ o ▲ per selezionare Ripristina impostazioni di fabbrica e premere il tasto OK per accedere alla prima configurazione. Una volta confermato, tutte le impostazioni saranno annullate. Deve essere utilizzato se si verificano problemi con la TV.

Nota

Ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica cancellerà tutti i pro grammi e le password.

6.MENU BLOCCO

Il sesto elemento del menu è il MENU LOCK, che permette di bloccare il sistema, impostare una password, bloccare i programmi e impostare il controllo parentale. Una volta attivato il blocco del sistema, non sarà più possibile cercare i canali o modificare i programmi.

7.Menu EPG (Guida elettronica alla programmazione)

Il menu EPG (Guida elettronica alla programmazione) fornisce informazioni dettagliate in merito al programma trasmesso. Premere il tasto EPG e appare un Menu con le informazioni relative al programma in merito al canale che si sta visualizzando. Si potrà vedere fino a sette giorni di informazioni dei programmi. Per visualizzare il giorno successivo o più utilizzare i tasti ▲ o ▼ per evidenziare la data e premere i tasti ◄ o ► per scorrere attraverso le date disponibili.

Per vedere cosa sarà trasmesso dopo il programma corrente,

premere il tasto giallo (Schedule). Premerlo (Service) di

nuovo per ritornare. Per visualizzare un canale diverso,

utilizzare i tasti ▲ o ▼ per evidenziare il canale e quindi

premere i tasti ◄ o ►. Per uscire dal menu EPG, premere

il tasto EPG o EXIT.

Nota

Fare riferimento alla parte bassa della schermata EPG per le

Registrare

In modalità EPG, premere il tasto rosso sul telecomando

per selezionare un programma da registrare. Si accederà

ATTENZIONE

Reminder(tasto blu)

Nel menu EPG, premere il tasto BLU per impostare un reminder del programma. Sarà visualizzato il menu Reminder seguente ed è possibile utilizzare i tasti ◄ o ► per impostare i dettagli di reminder del programma. Si potrà impostare il remainder a Una volta, Quotidiano o Settimanale.

Riprodurre la registrazione:

Il programma registrato sulla "USB" sarà salvato nella cartella "Registrazione USB" sul dispositivo.

1)È possibile riprodurlo nel Menu Impostazione PVR e nel s ottomenu File Manager.

2)È p ossib ile riprodurlo nella sorgente USB e nella cartella filmato.

1.Le dimensioni di memorizzazione su USB possono essere tra 128MB e 500GB, ma per uso pratico si raccomanda da 2GB a 500GB.

2.I l video può diventare pixellato quando la frequenza video è troppo bassa. Ciò può essere causato dal collegamento di un cavo prolunga USB invece di collegare direttamente la USB alla TV.

3.N on tutt i i dispo sitiv i USB sono compatibili. Di seguito una lista di unità USB raccomandate. I mod elli ch e non son o riportati nella lista possono essere compatibili, ma non è garantito il loro funzionamento. Registrazione DTV

Per registrare il programma che si sta guardando, premere il tasto REC e un'icona rossa REC apparirà sullo schermo. Il tempo/durata di registrazione e il tempo di registrazione restante saranno visualizzati nel menu seguente.

Per nascondere o richiamare il menu, premere nuovamente il tasto REC. Per interrompere la registrazione, premere il tasto Stop o spostare il cursore per selezionare l'opzione Stop quando il menu in alto è visualizzato e quindi seguire la guida pop-up. È possibile anche accedere al Menu Lettore multimediale per visualizzare i programmi registrati in modalità Filmato.

9.Time Shift

Premere il tasto II per mettere iin pausa il programma che s i sta gua rdand o per attiva re la fun zione Time Sh ift. Verrà visualizzato il menu seguente. Questo menu sparirà dopo alcuni secondi.

3)Blocco volume predefinito

Premere il tasto "◄/►" per configurare il volume a: "Off": Il volume del sistema non sarà impostato a "Default volume" "AC Ctrl": Il volume del sistema sarà impostato a "Default volume", quando manca l'alimentazione CA. Il volume iniziale è il valore predefinito, se la TV dallo stato "off" passa allo stato "on". Ciò non si applica se la TV è in modalità Stand-by. "AC/RC Ctrl": Il volume del sistema sarà impostato a "Default volume" quando si spegne la TV. Il volume iniziale è il valore predefinito, se la TV dallo stato "off" passa allo stato "on", ma anche dallo stato "standby" a "on". Il valore predefinito è "Off".

4)Volume predefinito

Premere il tasto "◄/►" per configurare il volume predefinito in modalità hotel. Il volume iniziale è 20.

5)Accensione sistema

Premere il tasto "◄/►" per selezionare il comportamento di accensione del sistema tra: "Standby": la TV passa sempre in Standby dopo che l'alimentazione è attivata. "On": la TV sarà sempre accesa dopo che

l'alimentazione è attivata. "Last Status": la TV registrerà lo stato del sistema ("On" o "Standby"). Quando l'alimentazione CA è attiva, la TV entrerà nello stesso stato di quanto è stata spenta. Lo stato predefinito è "Standby".

6)Schermata menu OSD

Premere il tasto “◀/▶" per disattivare / attivare il menu OSD. Selezione "On": Il menu di configurazione OSD appare sullo schermo. Selezione "Off": Il menu di configurazione OSD non è attivo e non appare sullo schermo. Lo stato predefinito è "On". Nota: Quando la schermata del menu OSD è "Off", premere “ +1001" sul telecomando per

7)Blocco tasto accensione

Premere il tasto “◀/▶" per configurare il tasto di accensione bloccato o meno. Le selezioni sono: "Off": Non c'è il blocco del tasto di accensione. 10)Blocco sorgente

Blocca la sorgente di ingresso in base alla selezione "Default Source". Le opzioni sono "off" e "on". Il valore predefinito è "Off". Se "default source" è selezionato su "TV" e "Source Lock" è "on", "Default Channel" tornerà alle impostazioni del programma dopo il riavvio.

RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI

Risoluzione dei problemi

La mia TV non visualizza l'immagine sul laptop / PC quando collegato.

Ho collegato il mio PC/Laptop alla TV e ho l'immagine ma non l'audio. Perché?

L'immagine non si ridimensiona automaticamente quando si cambiano i canali.

Ho collegato un lettore DVD o un altro dispositivo alla mia TV e non funziona.

La maggior parte dei PC e laptop quando collegati con uno spinotto VGA (lo spinotto blu a 15 pin sul proprio PC o laptop) richiede la pressione di alcuni pulsanti sulla propria tastiera per ottenere l'immagine su un TV o altro display esterno. Solitamente è il ta sto F7 (Dell) o F4 (HP / Samsung) o F5 ( Toshiba). Sui laptop, è necessario premere il tasto “Fn” contemporaneamente al tasto “F”.

Il cavo VGA traspor ta solo le informazioni video o immagini. È necessario collegare un cavo separato collegato alla presa cuffia (jack 3,5 mm) sul pro prio PC/Laptop alla presa da 3,5 mm (PC Audio IN) sulla propria TV. È necessario selezionare "PC" usando il pulsante Source sul proprio telecomando. In alternativa, collegare il proprio PC/Laptop usando un cavo HDMI se il proprio PC/Laptop ha un connettore HDMI. HDMI è sia audio sia video.

Verificare il rapporto di aspetto dell'immagine della TV sia impostato su 'Auto' per tutti gli ingressi ATV, DTV, SCART, HDMI 1, 2 ecc. Per impostare il rapporto di aspetto (Auto, 4:3 o 16:9). Premendo il pulsante Source si parte da ATV e ripetere la sequenza seguente per tutte le sorgenti di ingresso ATV, DTV, SCART, HDMI 1 e 2 in qu anto ogni sorg ente di ingres so è controllata separatamente. Premere il pulsante menu TV Premere la freccia Destra per accedere al sottomenu Picture Premere la freccia Giù per selezionare Aspect Ratio Selezionare Auto Premere Exit Ripetere per tutte le sorgenti di ingresso.

Ciò vale per qualsiasi dispositivo collegato alla TV.

1.S pegnere TV e DVD (staccare la presa a parete, non in standby).

2.Spegnere qualsiasi dispositivo collegato alla presa SCART.

3.Scollegare lo spinotto SCART dalla TV.

4.Collegare e accendere la TV

5.Collegare e accendere il DVD

6.Selezionare HDMI dal menu Source

7.Premere play sul lettore DVD e verificare che l'immagine sia riprodotta correttamente NOTA: La presa S CART ha prior ità su quella HDMI ed è importante che il dispositivo collegato alla presa SCART della TV sia spento (non in standby). Osservare queste istruzioni. Se il dispositivo funziona e il lettore DVD funziona, la TV è OK è solo un po' confusa. Probabilmente gli spinotti HDMI sono stati rimossi e ricolle gati mentre la TV era accesa. Non r imuovere o collegare mai i cavi HDMI o qualsiasi altro dispositivo digitale con il dispositivo acceso. Spegnere sempre tutti i dispositivi quando si scollega o collega un qualsiasi dispositivo digitale.

Individuazione dei problemi della TV digitale e possibili soluzioni

Imm agine s grana ta

Im esempio tipico di problema di ricezione include l'immagine sgranata (pix ilati on) o imm agine congelata, a v olte si p resen ta anche tintinnio o stridio o abb assam ento di s uono o NESSUNA ricezione.

L'immagine può sgranarsi a caus a di riduzi one del s egnal e video d igitale. L a riduz ione di s egnal e può verifi carsi a c ausa di p roble mi dov uti a seg nali de boli (s e veda Ant enne TV ) o se si è co llega ti via ca vo a un segnale cavo debole. Se il problema è il se gnale debole, utilizzare un amplificatore per rafforzare il segnale. Un tecnico pu ò aiuta re nell 'inst allaz ione di u n ampli ficat ore in li nea o di un p reamplificatore. Ciò rafforzerà la potenza del segnale e riso lverà i l problema d ei pixel.

Se si s ta rice vendo u n segna le TV via s atellite, c ontro llare c he la parabo la non si s ia spos tata a ca usa del forte vento o c he il segnal e non sia ostacolato da alberi. Gli alberi possono costituire un pro blema i n quant o il segn ale TV pu ò cambi are a sec onda se u n albero tra la parabola e il sat ellite è spog lio o pie no di fogl ie.

Canali mancanti

Può essere che ci siano canali mancanti o si sta r iceven do da una r egion e sbagl iata. A vol te i servizi interattivi (pulsante rosso) non funzionano. Ciò è c ausat o solit ament e da un seg nale debole, si veda Antenne TV.

Antenne TV

La tv digitale terrestre (in chiaro) arriva alla vostra TV via antenna, le antenne vecchie che erano buone per la TV analogica possono non funzionare bene per il digitale ed è qui ndi nec essar io sost ituir le. Se si s tanno r icevendo a lcuni m a non tut ti i cana li digi tali su lla DTV (in chiaro) ad esempio si riceve BBC1, BBC2, Channel 4, ma non I TV o Cha nnel 5, c iò soli tamen te è dovu to al fat to che l'ant enna è di ti po a banda stretta, ed è neces sario q uindi s ostit uirla c on una a ba nda larga.

Spi notti e c avi dif ettosi

Controllare la TV. Sono gli spinotti sul retro collegati corretta mente al la corr ente, a ll'anten na, al se t top box, a l video registratore, al let tore DV D o al registratore? Si sa che gli spinotti SCART si allentano con il tempo e po ssono c ompor tare prob lemi si a con l'audi o sia con il video (immagine). Il canale sinistro o des tro, o ent rambi i c anali a udio, so no sile nziat i e i color i sono sc arsi o po co chia ri. Premere gli spinotti SCART in modo fermo, ciò può risolvere il problema.

Gli spinotti HDMI devono essere inseriti fermamente; è l'ul timo mi llime tro che c rea il co ntatto . Solit ament e la part e in plas tica ne ra dello spinotto HDMI deve essere molto vicina o tocc are qua si il cor po dell a TV o d el disp ositi vo collega to.

Quando si collega un qualsiasi cavo HDMI possono verificarsi proble mi se i cav i HDMI so no coll egati q uando l a TV o a ltro dispo sitivo è acceso. Spegnere sempre sia la TV sia il dispositivo collegato. Se si devono collegare gli spinotti e le pres e, spegnere la TV e ricollegare e ria ccendere.

Ho collegato il mio PC alla TV. Non c'è audio.

Se si è c olleg ato il PC o i l laptop alla T V usando un cavo VGA (15 pin Sub D) non c'è audio, è nec essar io coll egare un cavo aud io separato alla TV dal PC o lapto p.

Colori non naturali e toni ca rne

Toni ca rne non n atura li e altr i color i posso no rapp resen tare un altr o problema a nche co n una nuova HDT V. Ciò è do vuto alle impostazioni dell'immagine TV che sono ottimizzate per ambiente sho wroom . Risol vere il pr oblem a modif icand o la moda lità immagine a nat urale n el menu d ell'i mmagine. Pe r maggi ore prec ision e, cerc are di impos tare ma nualm ente le op zioni d i color e, con trasto e lum inosità nel menu dell'immagine.

Bordi bianchi

I bordi bianchi intorno agli oggetti e alle persone solitamente compaiono se la nitidezza della TV è imp ostat a troppo alt a o se la TV utilizza una tecnologia avanzata di miglioramento del bordo. Andare al m enu del l'imm agine e regolare la nitidezza fino a qua ndo il bordo bianco non scompare. Se il miglioramento del bordo è abili tato, ce rcare di dis abili tarlo u tiliz zando i l menu Se rvice.

Video instabile

A volte il video può diventare instabile. Quando ciò avviene, veri ficar e che il se gnale s ia abba stanz a forte. Se il s egnal e è forte , il pro blema è c on il cavo . Se la pot enza de l segnale è debole, cercare di rafforzare la potenza del segnale con l'aiuto di un amplificatore.

L'immagine non si adatta allo schermo.

Quando si collega il PC o il lapt op alla T V, l'immagine può non adattarsi allo schermo. Controllare le impostazio ni del di splay s ul pro prio PC o laptop (Windows > Sta rt > Pannello di controllo > Aspetto e pers onali zzazi one > Imp ostaz ioni sc hermo ) e selez ionare la migliore risoluzione. Sulla TV selezionare: Menu TV > Pic ture > Settings e qui ndi provare AUTO, ZO OM1 o ZOO M2 per la m iglio re visualizzazione.

Collegamento USB

La connessione USB funziona solo con file *.jpg (foto) e *.mp3 (mu sica) . Si noti che la TV non riconosce iPhone o iPod Ap ple col legat i al connettore USB sulla TV. La TV può riprodurre altri file, ma a causa di pi ù formati fi le dive rsi, no n si garanti sce che q uesti a ltri fi le funzionino.
