Overview/Überblick/概述
Note
Before any operation is performed, please read the operation instructions and precautions carefully
to minimize the possibility of accidents. The Note, Caution, Warning and Danger items in other
manuals do not cover all safety precautions that should be followed. They are only the supplements
to the safety precautions for operations as a whole.
When installing / operating the product, the precautions and special safety instructions provided with
the products must be followed in full.

The symbols in this manual are shown in the following table. They are used to remind the reader of
the safety precautions during equipment installation and maintenance.
Die in diesem Handbuch verwendeten Symbole sind in der folgenden Tabelle dargestellt. Diese
Symbole sollen das Personal während der Installation und Instandhaltung der Ausrüstung an die
Wichtigkeit der im Handbuch aufgeführten Sicherheitsvorschriften erinnern.

You must read all of the installation instructions in the Installation Guide supplied with
your equipment and the following safety instructions before installation or operation.

Warning:
DC mains input: the DC input shall be separated from AC mains by reinforced
insulation or double insulation according to IEC 60950-1.
Warnung:
DC-Stromnetz-Eingang: der DC-Eingang muss vom Wechselstromnetz durch eine
verstärkte Isolierung oder Doppelisolierung entsprechend IEC 60950-1 getrennt sein.
警告：当设备由外部DC电源供电时：DC供电电源和AC电网之间的绝缘等级必须满足IEC60950-1

Warning:
For SELV DC input: the DC power source shall comply with the Safety Extra-Low
Voltage (SELV) requirements of IEC 60950-1.

Warning:
Before an ac power cable is either plugged in to or removed from a unit, the ac power
source supplying this cable must be switched off.

von dieser abgezogen wird, muss die Wechselstromquelle, die dieses Kabel speist,
ausgeschaltet werden.

Caution:
To ensure the equipment is mounted on the wall firmly, please use a screw at least
4.2 mm diameter and the screw head at least 8 mm diameter.
Achtung:
Um das Gerät an der Wand zu befestigen, benutzen Sie Nagel mit einem
Mindestdurchmesser von 4.2 mm. Der Durchmesser der Nagelkappe muss mindestens 8 mm
betragen.

Warning:
When installing the product on the wall you must choose a suitable fixing.

When mounting the product on a wall, do not mount it with ventilation holes facing up

The power cord set must be approved for the country where it is used.

U.S.A. and
Canada
• The cord set must be UL approved and CSA certified
• The minimum specification for the flexible cord is:
• No. 18 AWG
• Type SV / SVT or SJ / SJT or SPT-2
• 3 conductor.
• The cord set must have a rated current carrying capacity of at least
10A.
• The attachment plug must be an earth-grounding type with a NEMA
5-15P (15A, 125V) or NEMA 6-15P (15A, 250V) configuration
United Kingdom
• The supply plug must comply with BS1363 (3-pin, 13A) and be fitted
with a 13A fuse that complies with BS1362
• The mains cord must <HAR> or <BASEC> marked and be of type
H03VVF3G1.0 (minimum).
Europe
• The supply plug must comply with CEE 7/7 (“SCHUKO”)
• The mains cord must <HAR> or <BASEC> marked and be of type
H05VVF3G1.0 (minimum)
Denmark
• The supply plug must comply with section 107-2-D1, standard
DK2-1a or DK2-5a.
Switzerland
• The supply plug must comply with SEV/ASE 1011
中国

The appliance coupler (the connector to the unit and not the connector to the wall plug) must have a
configuration for mating with an EN 60320 / IEC 320 C8 appliance inlet.
