Elektrischer Seilzug GSZ 300/600

Der nachstehend beschriebene Seilzug wurde ausschließlich zum Anheben von festen Lasten bis 600 kg (mit Umlenkrolle) konzipiert und kann bei allen im Haushalt oder in der Freizeit anfallenden Arbeiten eingesetzt werden.

Es dürfen mit dieser Maschine keine anderen Arbeiten verrichtet werden, als die Arbeiten, für die die Maschine gebaut ist und die in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben werden.

Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus resultierende Schäden oder Verletzungen haftet der Hersteller nicht. Bitte beachten Sie das dieses Gerät bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz konstruiert sind.

Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise

• Der Seilzug muss vor der Aufnahme der

• Der Motor zum Antrieb des Seilzugs ist nicht mit einem

Motorschutzschalter ausgerüstet. Der Motor darf daher im Fall von Schwierigkeiten beim Anheben nicht überlastet werden; kontrollieren Sie in diesem Fall, dass die anzuhebende Last nicht die zulässige Tragfähigkeit des Seilzugs übersteigt und dass kein Abfall der Netzspannung vorliegt.

• Um im Fall einer drohenden Gefahr rechtzeitig eingreifen

zu können, muss der Bediener den Seilzug von einer Position aus bedienen, von der aus der gesamte Arbeitsbereich überwacht werden kann.

Beschädigte Schalter müssen bei einer Kundendienstwerkstatt ersetzt werden. Benützen Sie keine Werkzeuge, bei denen sich der Schalter nicht ein- bzw. ausschalten läßt.

Der Elektromotor des Seilhebezuges ist mit einem Thermoschalter gegen Überlastung geschützt. Bei Ansprechen des Thermoschalters bleibt der Seilhebezug stehen. Erst nach einer Abkühlpause (ca. 5 Minuten) kann der Seilhebezug wieder betrieben werden.

Achtung: Der Seilzug ist nicht für den gewerblichen Betrieb bzw. Dauerbetrieb geeignet und kann daher nach einigen Betriebszyklen abschalten. Bei gewerblicher Nutzung unterliegt das Gerät, laut Betriebssicherheitsverordnung, einer Prüfung vor der Erstinbetriebnahme durch einen Sachverständigen.

(Garantie- und Sicherheitsverlust).

• Setzen Sie den Hebezug nicht unnötigerweise der

Witterung, Sonneneinstrahlung, Staub und Kälte aus.

•

Jeder Aufenthalt oder Durchgang von Personen unter, oder in unmittelbarer Nähe, schwebenden Lasten ist ausdrücklich verboten.

• Ihr elektrischer Seilzug ist mit einem Not-AusSchalter ausgestattet. Im Notfall roten Not-AusSchalter drücken!! Um Sperre des Not-AusSchalters zu lösen, eine Viertelumdrehung im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

•

Achtung:

Der Seilzug verfügt über eine Endabschaltung, die den Motor bei nur 3 verbleibenen Wicklungen auf der Trommel stoppt.

Unzulässiger Betrieb

Folgende Anwendungen sind verboten!

1. Anheben mit nicht vertikalem Zugseil

2. Versuch des Anhebens von mit dem Boden verbundenen Lasten

3. Anheben von Lasten, ausserhalb der Schwerpunktachse angehakt sind.

4. Pendeln der schwebenden Last im Versuch, die Last außerhalb der Achse des Seilzugs zu bringen

5. An- oder Absenkung der Last, wenn innerhalb der Aufbzw. Abstiegsbahn Hindernissen gleichwelcher Art vorhanden sind

6. Verlassen des Seilzugs im Zustand mit schwebenden Lasten

7. Betrieb des Seilzugs von einer Stelle aus, in der sich die Last nicht vollständig im Sichtfeld des Bedieners befindet

8. Anheben von Personen

Anheben von Lasten mit einem Gewicht, das die max. zulässige Tragfähigkeit des Seilzugs übersteigt.

Benutzung des Seilzugs in nicht einwandfreiem Zustand

Kontinuierlicher Betrieb: Halten Sie sich an die vom Hersteller angegebenen Arbeitszyklen, um eine vorschriftsmäßige Funktion des Motors zu gewährleisten.

Einsatz des Hub-Endschalters zur normalen Abschaltung des Hebevorgangs.

Um eine anormale Abwicklung des Seils von der Trommel auszuschließen, darf der Haken und die Hakenflasche nicht auf dem Boden aufliegen

Anheben der Last mit Umlenkrolle

Beim Betrieb des Seilzuges mit Umlenkrolle (n) ist die Endabschaltung außer Funktion! Achten Sie darauf, dass die Umlenkrolle nicht näher als 20 cm an den Seilzug herangefahren wird.

1. Öffnen Sie die Umlenkrolle.

2. Legen Sie das Seil an die Laufrolle.

3. Schrauben Sie die Umlenkrolle (n) wieder zusammen

und ziehen Sie die Schrauben fest an.

4. Schlagen Sie die anzuhebende Last am Lasthaken an.

Entsorgung

Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den Piktogrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung der einzelnen Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel „Kennzeichnung“.

Entsorgung der Transportverpackung Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind in der Regel nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recycelbar. Das Rückführen der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Verpackungsteile (z.B. Folien, Styropor®) können für Kinder gefährlich sein. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr! Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf und entsorgen Sie sie so schnell wie möglich.

Anforderungen an den Bediener

Der Bediener sollte vor Gebrauch des Gerätes aufmerksam die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.

Qualifikation

Außer einer ausführlichen Einweisung durch eine sachkundige Person ist keine spezielle Qualifikation für den Gebrauch des Gerätes notwendig.

Mindestalter

Das Gerät darf nur von Personen betrieben werden, die das

16. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Eine Ausnahme stellt die Benutzung als Jugendlicher dar, wenn die Benutzung im Zuge einer Berufsausbildung zur Erreichung der Fertigkeit unter Aufsicht eines Ausbilders erfolgt.

Schulung

Die Benutzung des Gerätes bedarf lediglich einer entsprechenden Unterweisung durch eine Sachkundige Person bzw. die Bedienungsanleitung. Eine spezielle Schulung ist nicht notwendig.

Transport und Lagerung

Bei der Einlagerung ist zu beachten, dass das Gerät an einem trockenen, für Kinder und Unbefugte unzugängigen Ort aufbewahrt wird. Reinigen Sie das Gerät vor längerer Nichtbenutzung gründlich.

Zusammenbau und Vorbereitungen

Installation

• Vergewissern Sie sich beim Auspacken des Seilzuges,

dass alle zur Lieferung gehörenden Komponenten

vorhanden sind, und kontrollieren Sie den einwandfreien

Zustand des Seilzuges und aller Zubehörteile. Um einen

Ausschluß aus den Garantieleistungen zu verhindern,

müssen mögliche Reklamationen unmittelbar nach dem

Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung gemeldet werden.

• Lesen Sie die mit dem Seilzug mitgelieferte

Bedienungsanweisungen (das vorliegende Handbuch)

ausführlich durch, und gehen Sie bei der Installation des

Seilzuges genau nach den nachstehend aufgeführten

Angaben vor.

• Das tragende Teil, an dem der Seilzug befestigt werden soll, muss mindestens das doppelte der zu erwartenden Last aufnehmen können (Wir empfehlen, sich Rat von einem Fachmann zu holen).

• Die Montage des Seilhebezuges erfolgt vorzugsweise an einem Stahlrohrausleger. Das verwendete Stahlrohr muss einen Durchmesser von 43 mm und eine Wandstärke von min. 3 mm besitzen.

• Der Ausleger muss fest in einer Wand verankert sein. Die Verankerung ist entsprechend stabil auszuführen, um die auftretenden Kräfte tragen zu können.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät immer waagerecht und niemals schräg befestigt wird.

• Hängen Sie den Lasthaken (d) bei Verwendung der Umlenkrolle in die Hakenhalterung (j) des Trägergehäuses (o) ein.

Inbetriebnahme des Elektrischen Seilzuges

Befolgen Sie zur Inbetriebnahme des Elektrischen Seilzuges unbedingt den grafisch dargestellten Ablauf am Anfang der Bedienungsanleitung.

Schritt 1

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Netzspannung mit der Spannung auf dem Typenschild des Seilhebezuges übereinstimmt

Schritt 2

Überprüfen Sie das Stahlseil und alle Sicherheitseinrichtungen des Seilzugs.

Schritt 3

Prüfen Sie ob der Seilzug ordnungsgemäß installiert ist und der max. zu hebenden Last standhält.

Schritt 4

Sichern Sie die Last gegen Wegkippen und Pendeln und Prüfen Sie die Tragelemente.

Schritt 5

Heben Sie die Last senkrecht und kontrolliert an.

Wartung und Pflege

1. Achtung – Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag! Trennen Sie vor jeder Reinigung und Pflege das Gerät vom Netz. Achtung – Gefahr von Geräteschäden! Reinigen Sie das Gerät niemals unter fließendem Wasser oder gar im Spülwasser. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel oder harten Gegenstände, da diese das Gerät beschädigen können. Reinigen Sie das Gerät gelegentlich mit einem feuchten Tuch.

2. Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig das Stahlseil (m) in seiner gesamten Länge auf Beschädigungen sowie die Funktionsfähigkeit des Endabschalters (e) (Seilwinde hochziehen lassen, bis das Abschaltgewicht (l) den Abschaltbügel (c) betätigt).

3. Ist das Stahlseil (m) beschädigt (geknickt, oder zersplissen, siehe Abb.3), ist es gegen ein OriginalErsatzteil auszutauschen. Bei der Seilmontage darf keinesfalls das Abschaltgewicht (l) vergessen werden, um eine sichere Endabschaltung zu gewährleisten.

4. Behandeln Sie das Lager der Umlenkrolle (n) regelmäßig mit etwas Öl.

5. Prüfen Sie die Leichtgängigkeit aller mechanischen Bauteile der Winde in ausgeschaltetem Zustand des Gerätes.

6. Das Gerät muß mindestens einmal jährlich durch einen Sachkundigen geprüft werden. Das Ergebnis der Prüfung ist in ein Prüfbuch einzutragen.

7. Reinigen und fetten Sie das Stahlseil monatlich.

The cable winch given below has been exclusively designed for lifting fixed loads up to 600 kg (including guide pulley) and can be used for any housework or in free time.

The appliance cannot be used for works other than for which the appliance has been designed and that are specified in the Operating Instructions. Any other use will be considered a use in conflict with the designation. The manufacturer will not be liable for any consequential damage and injuries. Please be sure to know that the appliance has not been designed for industrial purposes.

The guarantee solely covers inadequacies caused by material defect or manufacturing defect. Original payment voucher with the sales date needs to be submitted for any claim in the guarantee period.

The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised use such as appliance overloading, use of violence, damage as a result of any unauthorised interference or caused by foreign items. Failing to follow the operating and assembly instructions and common wear are also not included in the guarantee.

Important basic safety instructions

Before you start working with the appliance please read carefully the following safety regulations and Operating Instructions. If any other person is to handle the appliance provide him/her with the Operating Instructions. Keep the Operating Instructions for future reference!

Package: The appliance has been put in a package to prevent any damage during transport. Packages are raw materials so they can be reused or recycled.

Please read carefully the Operating Instructions and follow them. Use these Operating Instructions to get acquainted with the appliance, its corresponding use and safety instructions. Keep the Instructions for future reference.

• The cable reel can only be operated by persons who have thoroughly read and understood these Operating Instructions. The cable reel must not be operated by persons not sufficiently instructed or not in a good health state.

• Inspect the appliance visually before each use. Do not use the appliance if any safety device is damaged or worn out. Never remove any safety device.

• Use the appliance only for the purpose specified in these Operating Instructions.

• Be always careful when working. Watch your activity. Proceed carefully. Do not use the cable reel if you are not concentrated.

• Safety in the workplace is your responsibility.

• Never leave the appliance unattended.

• Put the appliance to a safe place if you need to

interrupt your work.

• Do not use the appliance when raining or in a humid or wet environment

• Never spray water on the cable reel or submerge it to any liquid.

• Do not use electric tools near flammable liquids or gases.

• Do not switch the appliance on if turned over or not in the operating position.

• Keep the appliance out of reach of other persons, especially children and pets.

• Do not let other persons touch the appliance or cable.

• After you finish working with the appliance, pull the

plug out of socket and check if the appliance is not damaged.

• If the appliance is not used store it to a dry place inaccessible to children.

• The system voltage must correspond to the voltage specified on the type label.

• Any repairs can only be executed by an electrician.

• Before putting the appliance into operation and after

any impact check it for any wear-out or damage and have necessary repairs executed.

• Never use spare parts and accessories not recommended by the producer.

• Use the appliance only in broad daylight or under sufficient artificial lighting.

• Make sure no item causes short-circuit on appliance contacts.

• Lay all cables in a manner to prevent risk of trip and to eliminate cable damage!

• Wear protective clothing suitable for the given environment the whole time you work and take suitable preventive measures to prevent accidents.

• Do not use the cable for any other purpose than specified. Do not wear the cable by its cable and do not use the cable for pulling the plug out of socket. Protect the cable against excessive temperatures, oil and sharp edges.

• Be very careful of your appliance. Keep it clean so that working with it is fine and safe. Regularly check the plug and cable and have them repaired by an authorised specialist if damaged. Regularly check the extension cables and have any damaged cable replaced by a specialist.

• Extension cables to be used outdoors only. For outdoor work, use extension cables adequately marked and approved for that purpose (within 20 m ∅1.5 mm², 20-50 m ∅ 2.5 mm²)

• Persons unable to operate the appliance due to their physical, sensory or mental abilities or their inexperience or lack of knowledge must not operate it.

• If the appliance, feeder cable or steel cable show any sign of visible damage the appliance must not be put into operation.

• If the feeder cable of the appliance is damaged it needs to be replaced by the producer or an electrician.

• Repairs of the appliance can only be executed by an electrician. There might be significant risks as a result of unauthorised repairs.

• The same regulations apply for accessories.

• Unconditionally follow all safety instructions to prevent accidents and damage.

Important safety instructions

• The cable winch must be checked before starting work if all components are working perfectly. In particular, check the perfect state of the snap hooks preventing any unintentional release of the lifting hook from slings (ropes, rings, transportation eyes, etc.).

• The cable reel can only be used for lifting of burdens

whose weight does not exceed the maximum load capacity specified by the producer in technical data and on the type label of the cable reel.

• Burdens fixed in conflict with regulations that could fall down must not be lifted.

• No persons – except for the operator – may stay under

• All lifting work is only allowed when appropriate fixing elements (cables, rings, transport loops, etc.) are used and when in accordance with appropriate provisions and standards valid in the workplace.

• The reel metal cable must not be used for burden fixing.

• Putting the cable reel into operation is only allowed with a

perfectly balanced cable.

• The cable reel cannot be left unattended with burdens lifted up.

• The load capacity of bearing structures must be checked before you start working with the cable reel.

• Check the cables for any wear-out before you start working with the cable reel; if there are any signs of wearout the cables need to be replaced with new ones whose characteristics must correspond to the maximum allowed load capacity of the cable reel. Cables only need to be replaced with original spare cables.

• If you face any problems with working of the cable reel please contact your authorised dealer and refrain from any improvisation work.

• The cable reel engine drive is not fitted with an engine protection circuit-breaker. The engine therefore cannot be overloaded when there are any problems with lifting; in such a case check whether the lifted burden does not exceed the allowed load capacity of the cable reel and whether the system voltage has not dropped.

• To be able to intervene in time in case of any imminent danger, the operating staff must operate the cable reel from a suitable place to control the entire workplace.

• Make sure the cable reel cable is always twined around the drum at least thrice when working.

• The cable reel must not be changed anyhow; use only devices supplied with the cable reel for lifting.

• Use the lifting devices supplied with the cable reel only in a manner described in these Operating Instructions. Do not use these devices for any other appliance or purpose.

• Do not use an adhesive tape or any other tools for connecting the feeder cable to the extension cable.

• Make sure the electric characteristics of the network for cable reel connection correspond to the values specified on the engine type label.

• When an extension cable is used, make sure that the cable with the plug and socket correspond to the cable reel input.

•

The steel cable needs to be checked for any damage each time you put it into operation. It is strictly prohibited to use the cable reel when the cable is damaged (pic. 3)

• Lifting of persons inadmissible.

• Disorder in the workplace can cause accidents.

• Protect against electric shock. Prevent your body from

coming into contact with earthed parts.

• Check whether your appliance is not damaged. Carefully inspect safety devices if not faulty or working improperly before further use of the appliance. Check whether functions of movable parts are all right, whether not clogged or damaged. All parts must be installed correctly so that all appliance conditions were guaranteed. Any damaged protective device and part must be professionally repaired or replaced in a customer service

centre unless provided otherwise in the Operating Instructions. Damaged switches must be replaced in a customer service centre. Do not use devices whose switches cannot be on or off.

•

The cable reel electric motor is protected with a thermal fuse. When the thermal fuse responses, the cable reel stops. The cable reel can be used again only after cooled down (app. 5 minutes).

•

Caution: The cable winch is not suitable for industrial or continuous operation and it may get switched off after several operating cycles. When used for industrial purposes, the appliance must be checked by an expert before being put into operation for the first time in accordance with the applicable operating safety regulations.

• Have any damaged part immediately replaced.

• Never take part in any repair (guarantee expiry and risk

taking).

• Do not unnecessarily expose the cable reel to climatic

influences, solar radiation, dust or low temperatures.

•

It is explicitly prohibited that persons stayed or walked under or in the immediate vicinity of the hung burdens.

• Your electric cable reel is fitted with a safety switch. Press the red safety switch in case of emergency!! If you want to release the safety switch blocking then turn it by quarter of a turn clockwise.

•

Attention:

The cable reel has a limit switch that stops the engine if the drum is just twined around thrice.

Inadmissible operation

The following manners of use are prohibited!

1. Lifting when cable is not hanging vertically.

2. Trying to lift burdens connected to earth.

3. Lifting of burdens hung outside of axis of gravity.

4. Swinging with the hung burden when trying to get the burden outside of the reel axis.

5. Burden lifting or sinking if there are any obstacles in the burden lifting or sinking path.

6. Leaving the reel with a hung burden unattended.

7. Operating the reel from a place where the entire burden is not in the visual field of the operating staff

8. Lifting of people

Lifting of burdens with a weight exceeding the maximum allowed load of the reel.

Using the cable reel in any other than faultless condition.

Continuous operation: Observe the cycles of operation specified by the producer to ensure proper engine work.

Using the lifting limit switch for common lifting process switch-off.

To eliminate abnormal cable unreeling from the drum, the hook and hook block must not touch the floor.

Burden lifting with a haul-back block

The limit switch does not work when the cable reel is operated with a haul-back block! Make sure the haulback block does not arrive to the cable reel nearer than 20 cm.

1. Unscrew the haul-back block.

2. Put cable to the haul-back block.

3. Screw the haul-back block together again and tighten

the screws.

4. Tie the lifted burden to the burden hook.

Disposal

The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the appliance or its package. The description of the meanings can be found in the “Marking“ section.

Transport package disposal The package protects the appliance against damage during transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending on their environmental friendliness and disposal method and can therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal costs. Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation! Keep parts of packages away from children and dispose them as soon as possible.

Handling requirements

The operating staff must carefully read the Operating Instructions before using the appliance.

Qualification

Apart from the detailed instruction by a professional no special qualification is necessary for using the appliance.

Minimum age

Only persons over 16 years of age can work with the appliance. An exception includes youngsters if they work within their professional education the purpose of which is to obtain knowledge supervised by a trainer.

Training

Using the appliance only requires corresponding training by a professional or following of the Operating Instructions. No special training is necessary.

Transport and storing

When storing, it is necessary that the appliance is

put to a dry place, inaccessible to children and

unauthorised persons. Clean the appliance thoroughly before longer putting out of operation.

Assembly and preparation

Installation

• When unpacking your cable reel, make sure the supply includes all parts and check the state of the reel and accessories if not faulty. To ensure guarantee validity, any claim needs to be reported immediately after your product is supplied.

• Please read thoroughly the Operating Instructions supplied with the cable reel (this manual) and proceed exactly according to the specified information when installing the cable reel.

• The structural part the cable reel is to be fixed to must be able to bear at least the double value of the expected burden (consultation with an expert recommended).

• The cable reel is especially mounted to a steel tubular bail arm. The used steel tube must have a diameter of 43 mm and its wall must be min. 3 mm thick.

• The bail arm must be firmly anchored in the wall. Anchoring must be stable to stand up to generated forces.

• Make sure the appliance is always fixed horizontally and never awry.

• If a haul-back block is used hang the burden hook (d) to the hook holder (j) and bracket (o).

Putting the electric cable reel into operation

Step 1

Make sure the system voltage corresponds to the voltage on the type label of the cable reel.

Step 2

Check the steel cable and all safety devices of the cable reel.

Step 3

Check whether the cable reel is installed properly and is able to hold the max. lifted burden.

Step 4

Secure the burden against turnover and swinging and check the supporting members.

Step 5

Lift the burden vertically and control it.

Maintenance and treatment

1. Attention – threat to life by electric shock! Disconnect the appliance before each cleaning and treatment. Attention – risk of appliance damage! Never clean the appliance under running water or rinse water. Do not use aggressive cleaning means or hard items for cleaning as they could damage the appliance. Occasionally wipe the appliance with a moist cloth.

2. Regularly check the steel cable (m) in its entire length for any damage and whether the limit switch (e) is not faulty (lift the reel up until the tension weight (l) activates the tension clamp (c)).

3. If the steel cable (m) is damaged (broken or tattered, see pic. 3) then replace it with an original spare cable. When installing the cable, you must not in any case forget the tension weight (l) so that safe tension in the end position was ensured.

4. Regularly grease the haul-back block bearing (n) with little oil.

5. When the appliance is switched off check the mobility of all mechanical construction parts of the reel.

6. A specialist must check the appliance at least once a year. The test result needs to be recorded in the Check Book.

7. Clean the steel cable and grease it with oil once a month.

Le treuil à câble décrit ci-dessous a été conçu exclusivement pour lever des charges rigides jusqu’à 600 kg (avec poulie de guidage) et peut être utilisé pour tout travail à la maison ou pendant le temps libre.

Il est interdit d’utiliser cet appareil pour d’autres travaux que ceux pour lesquels il a été conçu et qui sont décrits dans le mode d’emploi. Toute autre utilisation sera considérée comme contraire à la destination. Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages et blessures consécutifs à une telle utilisation. Notez que cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour une utilisation industrielle.

Avant de commencer à travailler avec l’appareil, lisez attentivement les consignes de sécurité indiquées cidessous et le mode d’emploi. Si vous passez l’appareil à d’autres personnes, veuillez lui transmettre également le mode d’emploi. Conservez bien le mode d’emploi !

Emballage: L’appareil est emballé pour le protéger des dommages lors du transport. Les emballages sont des matières premières pouvant être recyclées, vous pouvez donc les déposer dans un centre de ramassage.

Veuillez lire attentivement ce mode d’emploi et respectez toutes les consignes y indiquées. Utilisez le mode d’emploi pour vous familiariser avec son utilisation correcte et les consignes de sécurité. Conservez le mode d’emploi pour une utilisation ultérieure.

• Le treuil à câble peut être utilisé uniquement par des

personnes ayant lu en détail et compris le mode d’emploi. Le treuil à câble ne doit pas être manipulé par des personnes insuffisamment formées ou dont l’état de santé ne le permet pas.

• Contrôlez visuellement l’appareil avant chaque

utilisation. N’utilisez pas l’appareil si les dispositifs de sécurité sont usés ou endommagés. Ne mettez jamais les dispositifs de sécurité hors service.

• Utilisez l’appareil uniquement à des fins indiquées

dans le mode d’emploi.

• Soyez attentifs. Surveillez votre travail. Procédez avec

prudence. N’utilisez pas le treuil à câble si vous n’êtes pas concentré.

• N’utilisez pas le câble dans un autre but. Ne portez pas l’appareil par le câble et n’utilisez pas le câble pour retirer la fiche de la prise. Protégez le câble des températures excessives et des bords tranchants.

• Prenez soin de votre appareil. Maintenez le propre pour une utilisation correcte et sûre. Contrôlez régulièrement la fiche et le câble et en cas d’endommagement, faites réparer le câble par un spécialiste agréé. Le moteur électrique du treuil à câble est protégé par un fusible thermique. En cas de réaction du fusible thermique, le treuil à câble reste arrêté. Sa réutilisation est possible après le refroidissement (environ 5 minutes).

Attention: Le treuil à câble ne convient pas à l‘activité industrielle ou continue, il peut s’arrêter après quelques cycles de travail. Conformément à l’arrêté sur la sécurité de service, lors de l’utilisation industrielle, l’appareil doit être contrôlé par un spécialiste avant la première mise en marche.

Levage de la charge avec la poulie de renvoi

Lors du fonctionnement du treuil à câble avec la (les) poulie(s) de renvoi, l’interrupteur de fin de course ne fonctionne pas ! Veillez à ce que la poulie de renvoi n’approche pas le treuil à câble à plus de 20 cm.

1. Démontez la poulie de renvoi.

2. Insérez le câble dans la poulie de renvoi.

3. Rassemblez la (les) poulie(s) de renvoi et serrez les

vis.

4. Fixez la charge levée au crochet pour charges.

Liquidation

Les consignes de liquidation résultent des pictogrammes indiqués sur l’appareil ou sur l’emballage. La description des significations individuelles se trouve dans le chapitre « Indications sur l’appareil ».

Liquidation de l’emballage de transport L’emballage protège l’appareil de l’endommagement lors du transport. En général, le matériel d’emballage est choisi de façon à ce qu’il réponde aux règles de protection de l’environnement et de liquidation des déchets, par conséquent, il peut être recyclé. La remise de l’emballage dans le circuit de matières permet d’économiser des matières premières et de réduire les déchets. Des parties de l’emballage (telles que films, styropore) peuvent être dangereux pour les enfants.

Transport et stockage

Veillez lors du stockage à ce que l’appareil soit

placé dans un endroit sec, non accessible aux enfants et personnes non autorisées. Si vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil pendant une longue durée, nettoyez-le soigneusement.

Montage et préparations

Installation

• Veillez lors du déballage du treuil à câble que le colis contient toutes les pièces et contrôlez l’état parfait du treuil et des accessoires. Pour conserver la validité de la garantie, il est nécessaire de signaler toute réclamation éventuelle immédiatement après la livraison.

• Lisez attentivement les consignes fournies avec le treuil à câble (ce mode d’emploi) et procédez lors de l’installation précisément selon les données indiquées.

• La partie portante, sur laquelle doit être fixée le treuil à câble, doit être capable de supporter au minimum le double de la charge prévue (il est recommandé de prendre conseil auprès d’un spécialiste).

• Le treuil à câble doit être monté sur un bras tubulaire oscillant en acier. Le diamètre du tube en acier utilisé doit s’élever à 43 mm et l‘épaisseur de sa paroi à 3 mm au minimum.

• Le bras oscillant doit être ancré correctement dans le mur. L’ancrage doit être stable pour résister aux forces créées.

• Veillez à ce que l’appareil soit fixé de façon horizontale, jamais de travers.

• Si vous utilisez la poulie de renvoi, accrochez le crochez à charges (d) dans le support à crochet (j) de la console (o).

Mise en marche du treuil à câble électrique

Étape 1

Contrôlez si la tension du secteur correspond à la tension figurant sur la plaque signalétique du treuil à câble.

Étape 2

Contrôlez le câble d’acier et tous les dispositifs de sécurité du treuil à câble.

Étape 3

Contrôlez si le treuil à câble est correctement installé et peut supporter la charge levée.

Étape 4

Protégez la charge contre le basculement et l’oscillation et contrôlez les éléments portants.

Étape 5

Levez la charge verticalement et sous contrôle.

À présent, le treuil à câble électrique est prêt à l’emploi !

Entretien et soins

1. Attention – danger d’électrocution ! Avant tous nettoyage et soins, débranchez l’appareil du secteur. Attention – risque d’endommagement de l’appareil ! Ne nettoyez jamais l’appareil sous un courant d’eau. N’utilisez pas pour le nettoyage des produits de nettoyage agressifs ou des objets durs pouvant endommager l’appareil. Nettoyez l’appareil de temps en temps à l’aide d’un chiffon humide.

2. Contrôlez régulièrement l’état du câble d’acier (m) sur toute sa longueur ainsi que le fonctionnement de l’interrupteur de fin de course (e) (laissez le treuil monter jusqu’à ce que le poids d’arrêt (l) active l’étrier de tension (c)).

3. Si le câble d’acier (m) est endommagé (fissuré ou effiloché, voir fig. 3), remplacez-le par un câble d’origine. Lors du montage du câble, il ne faut surtout pas oublier le poids de tension (l), pour assurer la tension correcte dans la position finale.

4. Graissez régulièrement le roulement de la poulie de renvoi (n) avec une petite quantité d’huile.

5. Lorsque l’appareil est arrêté, contrôlez la mobilité de toutes les pièces de construction mécaniques du treuil.

6. L’appareil doit être contrôlé au minimum une fois par an par un spécialiste. Les résultats de l’examen doivent être inscrits dans un livre de contrôle.

7. Nettoyez et graissez le câble d’acier une fois par mois.

Lanový naviják popsaný v následujícím textu byl koncipován výhradně pro zvedání pevných břemen do 600 kg (s vratnou kladkou) a lze jej používat pro všechny práce prováděné v domácnosti nebo ve volném čase.

S tímto strojem nelze vykonávat jiné práce, než pro jaké byl tento stroj zkonstruován a jež jsou popsány v návodu k obsluze. Každé jiné použití je považováno za použití v rozporu s určením. Za následné škody a úrazy výrobce neručí. Dbejte prosím na to, že tento přístroj není konstruován pro průmyslové použití.

Záruka

Záruka se vztahuje výlučně na vady materiálu nebo výrobní vady. Při uplatňování reklamace v záruční době přiložte originální doklad o koupi s datem koupě. Ze záruky je vyloučeno neodborné použití jako např. přetížení přístroje, násilné použití, poškození cizí osobou nebo cizím předmětem. Nedodržení návodu k použití a návodu k montáži a normální opotřebení je rovněž vyloučeno ze záruky.

• Lanový naviják smí obsluhovat pouze osoby, které si

podrobně přečetly a pochopily tento návod k obsluze. Lanový naviják nesmí obsluhovat osoby, které nebyly dostatečně poučeny nebo nejsou v dobrém zdravotním stavu.

• Před každým použitím přístroj vizuálně zkontrolujte.

• Pokud přístroj, napájecí kabel či ocelové lano vykazují viditelné poškození, přístroj nesmí být uveden do provozu.

• Je-li poškozen napájecí kabel tohoto přístroje, musí jej vyměnit výrobce nebo elektrikář.

• Opravy na tomto přístroji smí provádět jen elektrikář. V důsledku neodborných oprav mohou vznikat značná rizika.

• Pro příslušenství platí tytéž předpisy.

Důležité bezpečnostní pokyny

• U lanového navijáku je nutno před zahájením prací zkontrolovat bezvadnou funkci všech jeho součástí. Zejména zkontrolujte bezvadný stav karabin, které brání neúmyslnému odpojení háku pro zvedání břemene od prostředků pro zavěšení břemene (lana, kroužky, přepravní oka atd.).

• Lanový naviják je dovoleno používat pouze ke zvedání břemen, jejichž hmotnost nepřekračuje maximální nosnost uváděnou výrobcem v technických údajích a na typovém štítku lanového navijáku.

• Břemena upevněná v rozporu s předpisy, která by mohla

spadnout na zem, se nesmějí zvedat.

− Břemeno předpisově připevněte.

− Břemena se smí zvedat zásadně jen ve svislé

poloze! Nikdy netahejte a nezvedejte šikmo!

• Pod břemenem a v nebezpečné oblasti se nesmí, kromě obsluhy, zdržovat žádné osoby. Je třeba dodržet minimální vzdálenost 10 m od zvednutého břemene.

• Veškeré zvedání je dovoleno pouze s použitím příslušných upevňovacích prvků (lana, kroužky, přepravní oka atd.) a v souladu s příslušnými ustanoveními a normami platnými na pracovišti.

• Kovové lano navijáku se nesmí používat k upevňování břemen.

• Uvedení lanového navijáku do provozu je přípustné pouze s perfektně vyrovnaným lanem.

• Lanový naviják není dovoleno nechávat bez dozoru se zvednutými břemeny.

• Před zahájením prací s lanovým navijákem je nutno zkontrolovat únosnost nosných struktur.

• Před zahájením práce s lanovým navijákem zkontrolujte lana z hlediska opotřebení; při známkách opotřebení musí být tato lana nahrazena novými, jejichž vlastnosti musí odpovídat max. přípustné nosnosti lanového navijáku. Lana musí být nahrazena jen originálními náhradními lany.

• V

problémů s fungováním lanového navijáku se

případě obraťte na Vašeho autorizovaného prodejce a vyvarujte se jakékoliv improvizace.

• Motor pro pohon lanového navijáku není vybaven motorovým jističem. Motor proto není dovoleno v případě potíží při zvedání přetěžovat; v tom případě zkontrolujte, zda zvedané břemeno nepřekračuje přípustnou nosnost lanového navijáku a zda nedošlo k poklesu síťového napětí.

• Abyste mohli v případě hrozícího nebezpečí včas zasáhnout, musí obsluha lanový naviják obsluhovat z vhodného místa, aby mohla kontrolovat celý pracovní prostor.

Dbejte na to, aby se lano navíjelo na buben vždy

• Ujistěte se, zda je lano lanového navijáku během práce ovinuto kolem bubnu vždy minimálně třikrát.

• Lanový naviják nesmí být žádným způsobem měněn; ke zvedání používejte výhradně zařízení dodaná společně s lanovým navijákem.

• Zařízení ke zvedání dodaná společně s lanovým navijákem používejte výhradně způsobem popsaným v této příručce. Tato zařízení nepoužívejte pro jiné přístroje ani k jiným účelům.

• Při připojování napájecího kabelu k prodlužovacímu kabelu nepoužívejte lepicí pásku ani jiné pomůcky.

• Ujistěte se, zda se elektrické charakteristiky sítě pro připojení lanového navijáku shodují s hodnotami uvedenými na typovém štítku motoru.

• Při použití prodlužovacího kabelu se ujistěte, že kabel spolu se zástrčkou a zdířkou odpovídá příkonu lanového navijáku.

Před každým uvedením do provozu je ocelové lano třeba zkontrolovat z hlediska případného poškození. Je striktně zakázáno používat lanový naviják s poškozeným lanem (obr. 3)

• Zvedání osob je nepřípustné.

• Nepořádek na pracovišti může mít za následek úraz.

• Chraňte se před úderem elektrickým proudem.

Zabraňte kontaktu těla s uzemněnými částmi.

• Zkontrolujte, zda není Váš přístroj poškozen. Před dalším použitím přístroje pečlivě zkontrolujte bezpečnostní zařízení z hlediska jejich bezvadné a řádné funkce. Zkontrolujte, zda je v pořádku funkce pohyblivých částí, zda neváznou či nejsou poškozené. Všechny části musí být správně namontovány, aby byly zaručeny všechny podmínky přístroje. Poškozená ochranná zařízení a části musí být odborně opraveny či vyměněny v zákaznickém servisu, pokud není v

návodech k provozu uvedeno jinak. Poškozené spínače musí být vyměněny v zákaznickém servisu. Nepoužívejte přístroje, jejichž spínače nelze zapnout resp. vypnout.

Elektromotor lanového navijáku je chráněn tepelnou pojistkou. Při zareagování tepelné pojistky zůstane lanový naviják stát. Až po vychladnutí (cca 5 minut) lze lanový naviják opět používat.

•

Pozor: Lanový naviják není vhodný pro dlouhodobý provoz a může se proto po několika provozních cyklech vypnout. Při průmyslovém použití podléhá přístroj, podle výnosu o provozní bezpečnosti, odborné kontrole před prvním uvedením do provozu.

• Poškozené části nechte ihned vyměnit.

• Nepodílejte se nikdy osobně na opravách (ztráta

záruky a bezpečnosti).

• Lanový naviják nevystavujte zbytečně povětrnostním

vlivům, slunečnímu záření, prachu ani nízkým teplotám.

•

Je výslovně zakázáno, aby se pod nebo v bezprostřední blízkosti zavěšených břemen někdo zdržoval či procházel.

• Váš elektrický lanový naviják je vybaven nouzovým vypínačem. V případě nouze stiskněte červený nouzový vypínač!! Chcete-li povolit zablokování nouzového vypínače, otočte jej o čtvrt otáčky ve směru hodinových ručiček.

•

Pozor: Lanový naviják má koncový spínač, který

motor zastaví tehdy, pokud je buben již jen třikrát omotán.

Nepřípustný provoz

Tyto způsoby použití jsou zakázány!

1. Zvedání, když lano nevisí svisle.

2. Pokus o zvednutí břemen spojených se zemí

3. Zvedání břemen zavěšených mimo těžištní osu.

4. Kývání zavěšeným břemenem při pokusu dostat břemeno mimo osu navijáku.

5. Zvedání nebo spouštění břemene, jsou-li na dráze spouštění či klesání překážky jakéhokoliv druhu.

6. Opuštění navijáku se zavěšeným břemenem.

7. Provozování navijáku z místa, kde není celé břemeno v zorném poli obsluhujícího

8. Zvedání osob

Zvedání břemen o hmotnosti, která překračuje maximálně přípustnou nosnost navijáku.

Používání lanového navijáku v jiném než bezvadném stavu.

Nepřetržitý provoz: Dodržujte pracovní cykly uvedené výrobcem, abyste zajistili řádnou funkci motoru.

Používání koncového spínače pro zvedání k normálnímu vypnutí procesu zvedání.

Abyste vyloučili nenormální odvíjení lana z bubnu, nesmí hák ani kladnice s hákem doléhat na podlahu

Zvedání břemene s vratnou kladkou

Při provozu lanového navijáku s vratnou(ými) kladkou(ami) je koncový spínač nefunkční! Dbejte na to, aby vratná kladka nepřijela k lanovému navijáku blíž než 20 cm.

1. Rozšroubujte vratnou kladku.

2. Do vratné kladky vložte lano.

3. Vratnou(é) kladku(y) opět sešroubujte a utáhněte

šrouby.

4. Zvedané břemeno přivažte k břemenovému háku.

Likvidace

Pokyny pro likvidaci vyplývají z piktogramů umístěných na přístroji resp. obalu. Popis jednotlivých významů najdete v kapitole „Označení“.

Likvidace přepravního obalu Obal chrání přístroj před poškozením při přepravě. Obalové materiály jsou zvoleny zpravidla podle jejich šetrnosti vůči životnímu prostředí a způsobu likvidace a lze je proto recyklovat. Vrácení obalu do oběhu materiálu šetří suroviny a snižuje náklady na likvidaci odpadů. Části obalu (např. fólie, styropor®) mohou být nebezpečné pro děti. Existuje riziko udušení! Části obalu uschovejte mimo dosah dětí a co nejrychleji zlikvidujte.

Požadavky na obsluhu

Obsluha si musí před použitím přístroje pozorně přečíst návod k obsluze.

Kvalifikace

Kromě podrobného poučení odborníkem není pro používání přístroje nutná žádná speciální kvalifikace.

Minimální věk

Na přístroji smí pracovat jen osoby, jež dosáhly 18 let. Výjimku představuje využití mladistvých, pokud se toto děje během profesního vzdělávání za účelem dosažení dovednosti pod dohledem školitele.

Školení

Používání přístroje vyžaduje pouze odpovídající poučení odborníkem resp. návodem k obsluze. Speciální školení není nutné.

Přeprava a skladování

Při uskladnění je třeba dbát, aby byl přístroj uložen

na suchém místě, nepřístupném pro děti a nepovolané osoby. Pokud přístroj nebudete dlouhodobě používat, důkladně jej vyčistěte.

Montáž a přípravy

Instalace

• Při vybalování lanového navijáku se ujistěte, že dodávka

obsahuje všechny součásti, a zkontrolujte bezvadný stav navijáku i příslušenství. Abyste zachovali platnost záruky, je nutno případnou reklamaci nahlásit neprodleně po dodání.

• Podrobně si pročtěte pokyny k obsluze dodané spolu

s lanovým navijákem (tuto příručku), a při instalaci lanového navijáku postupujte přesně podle níže uvedených údajů.

• Nosná část, na které má být připevněn lanový naviják,

musí být schopna unést minimálně dvojnásobek očekávaného břemene (Doporučujeme se poradit s odborníkem).

• Lanový naviják se montuje především na ocelové

trubkové výkyvné rameno. Použitá ocelová trubka musí mít průměr 43 mm a tloušťku stěny min. 3 mm.

• Výkyvné rameno musí být pevně ukotveno ve zdi.

Ukotvení musí být stabilní, aby odolávalo vznikajícím silám.

• Dbejte na to, aby byl přístroj připevněn vždy vodorovně

a nikdy ne křivě.

• Pokud používáte vratnou kladku, zavěste břemenový

Uvedení elektrického lanového navijáku do provozu

Krok 1

Ujistěte se, zda se síťové napětí shoduje s napětím na typovém štítku lanového navijáku.

Krok 2

Zkontrolujte ocelové lano a všechna bezpečnostní zařízení lanového navijáku.

Krok 3

Zkontrolujte, zda je lanový naviják řádně nainstalován a udrží max. zvedané břemeno.

Krok 4

Břemeno zajistěte proti překlopení a kývání a zkontrolujte nosné prvky.
