Einleitung
Damit Sie an Ihrem neuen Gerät möglichst lange Freude haben,
bitten wir Sie, die Betriebsanweisung und die beiliegenden
Sicherheitshinweise vor Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig
durchzulesen. Ferner wird empfohlen, die
Gebrauchsanweisung für den Fall aufzubewahren, dass Sie
sich die Funktionen des Artikels später nochmals ins
Gedächtnis rufen möchten.
Im Rahmen ständiger Produktweiterentwicklung behalten
wir uns vor zur Verbesserung technische Änderungen
umzusetzen.
Nachdrucke, auch auszugsweise, bedürfen der
Genehmigung.
Bei diesem Dokument handelt es sich um die
Originalbetriebsanweisung.
Lieferumfang
Nehmen Sie das Gerät aus der Transportverpackung und
prüfen Sie die Vollständigkeit und das Vorhandensein folgender
Teile:
• Hubtischwagen GHT 500
• Betriebsanweisung
Sollten Teile des Lieferumfangs fehlen oder beschädigt sein,
wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Händler.
Gerätebeschreibung
Stabile, pulverbeschichtete Ganzstahlkonstruktion. Schwere
Räder mit Leiselaufbeschichtung, 2 Räder drehbar mit
Feststellung, 2 Räder fest. Leichtgängige Lastanhebung mittels
Fußhebel, Lastabsenkung mittels Bautenzug. Fahrbügel
klappbar für platzsparende Aufbewahrung.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Es dürfen nur Lasten transportiert werden, die die maximale
Hublast nicht überschreiten. Es dürfen keine Personen oder
Tiere transportiert werden.
Es dürfen mit dieser Maschine keine anderen Arbeiten
verrichtet werden, als die Arbeiten, für die die Maschine gebaut
ist und die in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben werden.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus resultierende Schäden oder
Verletzungen haftet der Hersteller nicht. Bitte beachten Sie das
dieses Gerät bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen
Einsatz konstruiert sind.
Anforderungen an den Bediener
Der Bediener sollte vor Gebrauch des Gerätes aufmerksam die
Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.
Qualifikation
Außer einer ausführlichen Einweisung durch eine sachkundige
Person ist keine spezielle Qualifikation für den Gebrauch des
Gerätes notwendig.
Schulung
Die Benutzung des Gerätes bedarf lediglich einer entsprechenden
Unterweisung durch eine Sachkundige Person bzw. die
Bedienungsanleitung. Eine spezielle Schulung ist nicht notwendig.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung sorgfältig. Machen Sie sich mit
den Bedienelementen und dem richtigen Gebrauch des Gerätes
vertraut. Bewahren Sie die Betriebsanleitung für eine spätere
Verwendung sicher auf. Die an dem Gerät angebrachten Warnund Hinweisschilder geben wichtige Hinweise für einen
gefahrlosen Betrieb.
Sicheres Arbeiten
Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich in Ordnung!
Unordnung am Arbeitsplatz kann Unfälle zur Folge haben.

Dieses Gerät entspricht den einschlägigen
Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Reparaturen dürfen nur durch eine
Fachkraft ausgeführt werden, indem Originalersatzteile verwendet
werden, andernfalls können Unfälle für den Benutzer entstehen.
Kindern oder Personen die mit dem Gerät nicht vertraut sind und
Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten ist die Bedienung des Gerätes zu
untersagen.
Gerätespezifische Sicherheitshinweise
Der Hubtisch darf auf keinen Fall überlastet werden.
Personen dürfen weder transportiert werden noch den Tisch
betreten.
Achtung nicht mit Händen oder Füßen unter den Tisch geraten
(Quetschgefahr).
Sichern Sie den Wagen während des Beladens immer mit der
Bremse.
Verteilen Sie die Last gleichmäßig und sicher auf dem ganzen
Tisch.
Bewegen Sie den Wagen nicht während des Be- und Entladens.
Der Hubtisch ist nur auf glatten und ebenen Flächen einsetzbar,
versuchen Sie nicht über Schotter zu fahren oder Treppen zu
steigen.
Wenn möglich sollte das Gerät immer im abgesenkten Zustand

beladen werden, da das einbaute Überdruckventil nur während
des Hebens ansprechen kann. Sollte der Wagen im
ausgefahrenen Zustand überlastet werden, könnte dies zu
Schäden führen.
Bewegen Sie das Fahrzeug im beladenen Zustand stets
langsam und vorsichtig. Stöße können dazu führen, dass das
Überlastventil anspricht und die Last nach unten sackt.
Montage
Der Hubtischwagen wird fertig montiert geliefert.
Vor Inbetriebnahme
• Alle beweglichen Teile auf Verformung und
Verschmutzung überprüfen.
• Bremsen und Räder auf Funktion und Verschleiß
überprüfen.
• Hydrauliksystem auf Ölleckagen überprüfen.

Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich ausschließlich auf Mängel, die
auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen sind. Bei
Geltendmachung eines Mangels im Sinne der Gewährleistung ist
der original Kaufbeleg mit Verkaufdatum beizufügen. Von der
Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind unsachgemäße
Anwendungen, wie z. B. Überlastung des Gerätes,
Gewaltanwendung, Beschädigungen durch Fremdeinwirkung oder
durch Fremdkörper. Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchs- und
Aufbauanleitung und normaler Verschleiß sind ebenfalls von der
Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.
Verhalten im Notfall

Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend notwendigen Erste
Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern Sie schnellst möglich
qualifizierte ärztliche Hilfe an. Bewahren Sie den Verletzten vor
weiteren Schädigungen und stellen Sie diesen ruhig.
Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte immer ein
Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am Arbeitsplatz griffbereit
vorhanden sein. Dem Verbandskasten entnommenes
Material ist sofort wieder aufzufüllen.
Wenn Sie Hilfe anfordern, machen Sie folgende Angaben:

Entsorgung
Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den Piktogrammen
die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung aufgebracht sind. Eine
Beschreibung der einzelnen Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel
„Kennzeichnung“.
Entsorgung der Transportverpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die
Verpackungsmaterialien sind in der Regel nach
umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen
Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recycelbar.
Das Rückführen der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart
Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen.
Verpackungsteile (z.B. Folien, Styropor®) können für Kinder
gefährlich sein. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern auf und entsorgen Sie sie so schnell wie möglich.
Wartung
• Fetten Sie alle beweglichen Teile regelmäßig ein.
• Wechseln Sie das Hydrauliköl alle 12 Monate (z.B. HLP
46 (handelsüblich))
• Überprüfen Sie den Hubtischwagen vor jeder
Inbetriebnahme auf Verschleiß und defekte Teile.

The equipment cannot be used for works other than for which
the equipment has been designed and that are specified in the
Operating Instructions.
Any other use is a use in conflict with the designation. The
manufacturer will not be liable for any consequential damage
and injuries. Please be sure to know that the equipment has not
been designed for industrial purposes.
Operator requirements
The operator must carefully read the Operating Instructions
before using the equipment.
Qualification
No special qualification is necessary for using the equipment
apart from detailed instruction by an expert.
Training
Using the equipment only requires appropriate instructions by a
professional or reading the Operating Instructions. No special
training necessary.
General safety instructions
Read carefully these Operating Instructions. Familiarise with the
controls and proper use of the equipment. Keep the Operating
Instructions for future reference. The warning plates and labels
with instructions attached to the equipment provide important
information on safe operation.
Safe work
Keep the place of your work clean!
Any mess in the place of your work may result in injuries.
Consider the environment influences!
Do not expose the equipment to rain.
Do not use the equipment in a moist or wet environment.
Provide adequate lighting.
Keep other persons in a safe distance!
Keep other persons, especially children, in a safe distance from
the place of your work.
Store the equipment properly!
Equipment that is not being used must be kept in a dry and locked
place, inaccessible to children.
Use the right equipment!
Do not use the equipment for purposes for which it has not been
designed.
Take care of your equipment!
Comply with the servicing regulations and instructions.
Keep the handles dry, with no oil and grease.
Be careful!
Pay attention to what you are doing. Work reasonably. Do not use
the equipment when you are tired.
Have your equipment repaired by an expert only!
This equipment meets the applicable safety provisions. Any
repairs may only be executed by an expert, using original spare
parts; otherwise, the user could face a risk of injury.
Children and persons not familiarised with the equipment and
persons with limited physical, sensory and mental skills must not
use the equipment.
Equipment-specific safety instructions
In any case, the lift table must not be overloaded.
Persons must not be transported and climb the table.
Caution – hands and feet must not get under the table (risk of
getting jammed).
Secure the trolley with brake at all times.
Distribute the load evenly and safely along the entire table.
Do not move the trolley when loading and unloading.
The lift table may only be used on smooth and level surfaces. Do
not try to run over gravel or climb the stairs.
If possible, the equipment must always be loaded in a lowered
state as the inbuilt safety valve can only respond when lifting.
Damage may result if the trolley is loaded when lifted.
At all times, move the trolley slowly and carefully when loaded.
Impacts may result in safety valve response and subsequent load
collapsing.
Assembly
The mobile lift table is supplied in assembled state.
Before putting the equipment into operation
• Check all moving parts for any deformation and dirt.
• Check the brakes and wheel if functioning and if not
worn out.
• Check the hydraulic system for any oil leakage.

Starting: For controlled load lowering, pull slowly and carefully
out the control lever (pic. 1/C) in the guide handle.

Warranty
The warranty exclusively applies to material or manufacturing
defects. The original proof of purchase including the date of
purchase must be submitted when applying a claim in the warranty
period.
The warranty does not cover any unauthorised use such as machine
overload, violent use, damage by a foreign person or an undesirable
item. The failure to follow the Operating Instructions and assembly
instructions and common wear and tear are also excluded from the
warranty.
Behaviour in case of emergency
Provide necessary first aid treatment corresponding to the injury
nature and seek qualified medical help as soon as possible.
Protect the injured person from other injuries and calm him/her down.
In case of accident, first aid kit must always be available in the
place of your work in accordance with DIN 13164. Material taken
out of the first aid kit needs to be supplemented right away.

Disposal

The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the
machine or its package. The description of the meanings can be
found in the “Marking“ section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the machine against damage during
transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending on
their environmental friendliness and disposal method and can
therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material
circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal costs.
Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be dangerous to
children. Risk of suffocation! Keep parts of the package away
from children and dispose them as soon as possible.
Servicing
• At regular intervals, lubricate all moving metal parts
with fat.
• Hydraulic oil to be changed every 12 months (e.g. HLP
46) (commonly for sale)
• Check the mobile lift table for any wear and defective
components whenever it is to be put into operation.
Transport
Put the table to the lowest position and tilt the guide
handle down (pic. 2).
By this, GHT 500 may be folded down to save space and
transported.
Caution: the brake must always be closed during transport.

Consignes de sécurité spécifiques pour l’appareil
Ne surchargez en aucun cas la table élévatrice.
Il est interdit de transporter des personnes sur la table, personne ne
doit monter sur la table.
Attention – ne pas mettre les mains et les pieds sous la table (risque
de coincement).
Pendant le chargement, bloquez le chariot avec le frein.
Répartissez uniformément et sûrement la charge sur toute la table.
Ne bougez pas le chariot pendant le chargement et le déchargement.
La table élévatrice peut être utilisée uniquement sur des surfaces
lisses et droites, n’essayez pas de rouler sur le gravier ou de monter
des marches.
Dans la mesure du possible, la table doit toujours être chargée en
position descendue, car la soupape de surpression peut réagir
uniquement lors du levage. Le chargement du chariot en position
levée peut engendrer des dommages.
Déplacez lentement et prudemment le chariot chargé. Les chocs
peuvent provoquer la réaction de la soupape de surpression et la
chute de la charge.
Montage
La table élévatrice mobile est livrée montée.

Liquidation

Les consignes de liquidation résultent des pictogrammes indiqués
sur l’appareil ou sur l’emballage. La description des significations
individuelles se trouve dans le chapitre « Indications sur
l’appareil ».
Liquidation de l’emballage de transport
L’emballage protège l’appareil de l’endommagement lors du
transport. En général, le matériel d’emballage est choisi de façon
à ce qu’il réponde aux règles de protection de l’environnement et
de liquidation des déchets, par conséquent, il peut être recyclé.
La remise de l’emballage dans le circuit de matières permet
d’économiser des matières premières et de réduire les déchets.
Des parties de l’emballage (telles que films, styropore) peuvent
être dangereux pour les enfants. Danger d’étouffement !
Rangez les parties de l’emballage hors de portée des enfants et
liquidez-les le plus rapidement possible.

Bezpečnostní pokyny specifické pro přístroj

Vozík zajistěte během nakládky vždy brzdou.
Náklad rozdělte rovnoměrně a bezpečně po celém stole.
Během nakládky a vykládky vozíkem nepohybujte.
Zdvihací stůl lze použít jen na hladkých a rovných plochách,
nepokoušejte se přejíždět štěrk nebo stoupat po schodech.
Pokud možno musí být přístroj nakládán vždy ve spuštěném stavu,
neboť zabudovaný přetlakový ventil může zareagovat jen při
zdvihání. Je-li vozík nakládán ve zvednutém stavu, může to mít za
následek škody.
Vozíkem v naloženém stavu pohybujte vždy pomalu a opatrně.
Nárazy mohou vést k tomu, že zareaguje přetlakový ventil a
náklad se zřítí dolů.

Záruka
Záruka se vztahuje výlučně na vady materiálu nebo výrobní vady.
Při uplatňování reklamace v záruční době přiložte originální doklad o
koupi s datem koupě. Ze záruky je vyloučeno neodborné použití jako
např. přetížení přístroje, násilné použití, poškození cizí osobou nebo
cizím předmětem. Nedodržení návodu k použití a návodu k montáži
a normální opotřebení je rovněž vyloučeno ze záruky.
Chování v případě nouze
Zaveďte úrazu odpovídající potřebnou první pomoc a vyzvěte co

Likvidace
Pokyny pro likvidaci vyplývají z piktogramů umístěných na přístroji

Likvidace přepravního obalu
Obal chrání přístroj před poškozením při přepravě. Obalové
materiály jsou zvoleny zpravidla podle jejich šetrnosti vůči životnímu
prostředí a způsobu likvidace a lze je proto recyklovat. Vrácení obalu
do oběhu materiálu šetří suroviny a snižuje náklady na likvidaci
odpadů. Části obalu (např. fólie, Styropor®) mohou být nebezpečné
pro děti. Existuje riziko udušení! Části obalu uschovejte mimo
dosah dětí, a co nejrychleji zlikvidujte.
