Einleitung

Damit Sie an Ihrem neuen Gerät möglichst lange Freude haben, bitten wir Sie, die Betriebsanweisung und die beiliegenden Sicherheitshinweise vor Ingebrauchnahme sorgfältig durchzulesen. Ferner wird empfohlen, die Gebrauchsanweisung für den Fall aufzubewahren, dass Sie sich die Funktionen des Artikels später nochmals ins Gedächtnis rufen möchten.

Im Rahmen ständiger Produktweiterentwicklung behalten wir uns vor zur Verbesserung technische Änderungen umzusetzen.

Nachdrucke, auch auszugsweise, bedürfen der Genehmigung.

Bei diesem Dokument handelt es sich um die Originalbetriebsanweisung.

Gerätebeschreibung

Das Gehäuse besteht aus pulverbeschichtetem Stahlblech, mit integriertem Thermo-Überlastschutz.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Das Elektrodenschweißgerät GE 145 W ist für leichte Elektrodenschweißarbeiten und dünnere Materialstärken bis 4mm geeignet. Das Schweißgerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz geeignet.

Es dürfen mit dieser Maschine keine anderen Arbeiten verrichtet werden, als die Arbeiten, für die die Maschine gebaut ist und die in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben werden. Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus resultierende Schäden oder Verletzungen haftet der Hersteller nicht. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Gerät bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz konstruiert ist.

Anforderungen an den Bediener

Der Bediener muss vor Gebrauch des Gerätes aufmerksam die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.

Qualifikation

Außer einer ausführlichen Einweisung durch eine sachkundige Person ist keine spezielle Qualifikation für den Gebrauch des Gerätes notwendig.

Mindestalter

Das Gerät darf nur von Personen betrieben werden, die das

18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Eine Ausnahme stellt die Benutzung als Jugendlicher dar, wenn die Benutzung im Zuge einer Berufsausbildung zur Erreichung der Fertigkeit unter Aufsicht eines Ausbilders erfolgt.

Schulung

Die Benutzung des Gerätes bedarf lediglich einer entsprechenden Unterweisung. Eine spezielle Schulung ist nicht notwendig.

Wichtige grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise

Bevor Sie mit dem Gerät arbeiten, lesen Sie die nachstehenden Sicherheitsvorschriften und die Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch. Falls Sie das Gerät an andere Personen übergeben sollten, händigen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung bitte mit aus. Bewahren Sie die Bedienungsanleitung immer gut auf!

Verpackung: Ihr Gerät befindet sich zum Schutz vor Transportschäden in einer Verpackung. Verpackungen sind Rohstoffe und somit wiederverwendungsfähig oder können dem Rohstoffkreislauf zurückgeführt werden.

Bitte lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch und beachten Sie deren Hinweise. Machen Sie sich anhand dieser Gebrauchsanweisung mit dem Gerät, dem richtigen Gebrauch sowie den Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut. Bitte bewahren Sie die Hinweise für späteren Gebrauch sicher auf.

 Das Gerät darf nur von Personen bedient werden, die

die vorliegenden Anleitungen ausführlich gelesen und verstanden haben; das Gerät darf nicht von Personen bedient werden, die nicht angemessen eingewiesen sind oder sich in einem bedenklichen Gesundheitszustand befinden.

 Führen Sie vor jeder Benutzung eine Sichtprüfung des

Gerätes durch. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sicherheitsvorrichtungen beschädigt oder abgenutzt sind. Setzen Sie nie Sicherheitsvorrichtungen außer Kraft.

 Verwenden Sie das Gerät ausschließlich entsprechend

dem in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung angegebenen Verwendungszweck.

 Arbeiten Sie stets aufmerksam. Beobachten Sie Ihre

Arbeit. Gehen Sie vernünftig vor. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie unkonzentriert sind.

 Sie sind für die Sicherheit im Arbeitsbereich

verantwortlich.

 Lassen Sie das Gerät nie unbeaufsichtigt.  Sollten Sie die Arbeit unterbrechen, lagern Sie bitte

das Gerät an einem sicheren Ort.

 Benutzen Sie das Gerät nie bei Regen oder in

feuchter, nasser Umgebung.

 Schalten Sie das Gerät nicht ein, wenn es umgedreht

ist bzw. wenn es nicht in der Arbeitsstellung ist.

 Halten Sie das Gerät von anderen Personen,

insbesondere Kindern und auch von Haustieren fern. Lassen Sie andere Personen nicht das Werkzeug oder Kabel berühren,

 Ziehen Sie nach dem Gebrauch den Netzstecker und

überprüfen Sie die Maschine auf Beschädigung.

 Wenn Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen, bewahren Sie es

an einem trockenen und für Kinder unzugänglichen Ort auf.

 Die Netzspannung muss mit der Spannung

übereinstimmen, die auf dem Typenschild angegeben ist.

 Reparaturen dürfen nur von einem Elektrofachmann

durchgeführt werden.

 Vor Inbetriebnahme der Maschine und nach

irgendwelchem Aufprall, prüfen Sie das Gerät auf Anzeichen von Verschleiß oder Beschädigung, und lassen Sie notwendige Reparaturen durchführen.

 Benutzen Sie nie Ersatz- und Zubehörteile, die vom

Hersteller nicht vorgesehen oder empfohlen sind.

 Benutzen Sie die Maschine nur bei Tageslicht oder mit

ausreichender künstlicher Beleuchtung.

 Achten Sie darauf, dass andere Gegenstände keinen

Kurzschluss an den Kontakten des Geräts verursachen.

 Verlegen Sie alle Leitungen so, dass keine Stolpergefahr

entsteht und eine Beschädigung des Kabels ausgeschlossen ist!

 Legen Sie während der gesamten Zeit der Ausführung

der Arbeiten die der jeweiligen Umgebung angemessene Schutzkleidung an und treffen Sie der Umgebung angemessene Vorkehrungen zum Unfallschutz.

 Zweckentfremden Sie nicht das Kabel. Tragen Sie das

Werkzeug nicht am Kabel und benützen Sie es nicht, um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Schützen Sie das Kabel vor Hitze, Öl und scharfen Kanten.

 Pflegen Sie Ihre Werkzeuge mit Sorgfalt. Halten Sie

Ihre Werkzeuge sauber, um gut und sicher zu arbeiten. Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Stecker und das Kabel und lassen Sie dieses bei Beschädigung von einem anerkannten Fachmann erneuern. Kontrollieren Sie Verlängerungskabel regelmäßig und ersetzen Sie beschädigte Kabel durch einen Fachmann.

 Wenn das Gerät oder das Anschlusskabel sichtbare

Beschädigungen aufweist, darf das Gerät nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.

 Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung dieses Geräts

beschädigt wird, muss sie durch den Hersteller oder einen Elektrofachmann ersetzt werden.

 Reparaturen an diesem Gerät dürfen nur von einem

Elektrofachmann durchgeführt werden. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren entstehen.

 Für die Zubehörteile gelten dieselben Vorschriften.

Einflüsse und Überspannungen.

 Veränderungen am Gerät  Verwendung für andere als die in der Anleitung

beschriebenen Zwecke. Beachten Sie unbedingt sämtliche



Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise

 Immer Schutzhandschuhe tragen.  Geeignete Kleider anziehen; Kunststoffkleidung ist zu

vermeiden.

 Solide Schutzschuhe tragen.  Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Schweißräume immer

gut durchlüftet werden, sodass die Bildung von schädlichem Rauch und Giftgasen vermieden wird.

 Nicht in feuchten Räumen ohne zweckmäßige

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen gegen elektrische Entladungen schweißen.

 Nach dem Schweißen muss die Elektrode von der

Elektrodenzange entfernt werden, sodass die ungewünschte Lichtbogen-Bildung vermieden wird.

 Wenn das Gerät in Betrieb ist, darf die Elektrodenzange

nicht auf die Schweißmaschine und auch nicht auf andere elektrische Geräte gelegt werden, da die Sicherheitsvorrichtung bei Erdung beschädigt oder unterbrochen werden kann.

 Weder die Elektrode noch irgendein anderer metallener

Gegenstand - der mit der Elektrode in Kontakt ist, darf vor Ende des Schweißens berührt werden.

 Prüfen Sie, dass keine unbezogenen Kabel, (hier

besonders die Kontakte des Versorgungskabels), vorhanden sind. Die Kabel, die eine ungenügende Isolierung aufweisen, müssen umgehend durch vorschriftsmäßige Kabel der gleichen Größe ersetzt werden.

 Bei Nichtgebrauch des Gerätes bitte die Stromversorgung

unterbrechen.

 Das Gerät kann je nach Netzcharakteristiken am

Versorgungspunkt Auswirkungen auf die Versorgung anderer Teilnehmer verursachen. Im Zweifelsfall bitte Rat bei der zuständigen Stelle für elektrische Energie einholen.

Montage und Erstinbetriebnahme Abb. 2

Handgriff (Abb. 2):

Befestigen Sie den Tragegriff am Gerät indem Sie die zwei Schrauben durch den Griff stecken und mittels eines Schraubendrehers ausreichend festziehen.

 Prüfen Sie, dass der Stromanschluss ausreichend

abgesichert ist (16 A)

 Schützen Sie sich mit der vorgeschriebenen Kleidung

siehe Abb. 3:

1. Schweißhelm

 Sorgen Sie dafür, dass sich keine weiteren Personen im

Arbeitsbereich bzw. Gefahrenbereich aufhalten.

 Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine brennbaren

Materialien im Arbeitsbereich befinden.

Bedienung

 Man kann mit dem Gerät ab einer Raumtemperatur von

20 °C schweißen, ohne dass die Thermoschutzvorrichtung einschaltet, für eine n von Bezugselektroden; und für eine n Bezugselektrodenanzahl, ab warmem Zustand, ohne dass die Thermoschutzvorrichtung einschaltet.

 Die Massenzange muss so mit dem zu schweißenden

Stück verbunden werden, dass ein guter Kontakt entsteht. Die Berührungspunkte sollen gut gereinigt werden, so dass kein Schmierfett, Rost oder sonstige Unsauberkeiten vorhanden sind, die die Schweißleistung vermindern würden.

Anzahl

 Das Gerät ist mit einem Hauptschalter, mit einer gelben

Signallampe, mit einer Thermoschutzvorrichtung und mit einem dreihörnigen Handrad, welches den Schweißstrom reguliert, ausgestattet. Die Regulierung muss unter Berücksichtigung der Schweißstromwerte in Bezug auf den Elektrodendurchmesser durchgeführt werden.

Achtung: Lampe leuchtet nur bei

Überlastung/Überhitzung

Die Schweißmaschine ist mit einer Thermoschutzvorrichtung ausgestattet, welche die Stromversorgung für das Schweißverfahren automatisch unterbricht. Sobald die Innentemperatur wieder auf einen für den korrekten Betrieb passenden Wert gesunken ist, läuft der Schweißapparat automatisch wieder an.

Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung

Die Schweißzone soll rost- und lackfrei sein. Die Elektrode wird je nach Art des Materials gewählt. Wir empfehlen anfangs die Elektrode und die Stromstärke an einem Abfallstück auszuprobieren. Setzen Sie die Elektroden in einem Abstand von ca. 2 cm über dem Ausgangspunkt an. Benutzen Sie grundsätzlich ein Schweißschutzschild, Schweißhandschuhe und entsprechende Schutzkleidung. Berühren Sie das Stück leicht streifend mit der Elektrode.

Die genaue Länge des Flammbogens ist ausschlaggebend, da die Stromstärke und die Spannung sich ändern. Die falsche Stromstärke verschlechtert sowohl die Schweißnaht als auch den Widerstand selbst. Die Winkelstellung der Elektrode in Bezug auf das zu bearbeitende Stück sollte zwischen 70 und 80 Grad in Vorwärtsrichtung betragen. Ein übermäßiger Winkel bewirkt das Abgleiten der Schlacke unter das Saummaterial. Wenn der Winkel zu klein ist, schwankt und spritzt der Flammbogen. In beiden Fällen zeigt sich die Naht porös und geschwächt.

Der Schweißer sollte versuchen, die Bogenlänge konstant zu halten. Da sich die Elektroden abnutzen, muß man sich laufen nähern. Am Ende der Schweißnaht empfielt es sich die Elektrode in Richtung Naht zu entfernen, um die Bildung eines porösens Kraters zu vermeiden.

Gewährleistung

Die Gewährleistungszeit beträgt 12 Monate bei gewerblicher Nutzung, 24 Monate für Verbraucher und beginnt mit dem Zeitpunkt des Kaufs des Gerätes.

Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich ausschließlich auf Mängel, die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen sind. Bei Geltendmachung eines Mangels im Sinne der Gewährleistung ist der Kaufbeleg - der das Verkaufsdatum auszuweisen hat - mit Verkaufsdatum beizufügen.

Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind unsachgemäße Nutzung, wie z. B. Überlastung des Gerätes, Gewaltanwendung, Beschädigungen durch Fremdeinwirkung, Fremdkörper, sowie Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchs- und Aufbauanleitung und normaler Verschleiß.

Verhalten im Notfall

Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend notwendigen Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern Sie schnellst möglich qualifizierte ärztliche Hilfe an. Bewahren Sie den Verletzten vor weiteren Schädigungen und stellen Sie diesen ruhig.

Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte immer ein Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am Arbeitsplatz griffbereit vorhanden sein. Dem Verbandskasten entnommenes Material ist sofort wieder aufzufüllen. Wenn Sie Hilfe anfordern, machen Sie folgende Angaben:

Entsorgung

Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den Piktogrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung der einzelnen Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel „Kennzeichnung“.

Entsorgung der Transportverpackung Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind in der Regel nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recycelbar. Das Rückführen der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Verpackungsteile (z.B. Folien, Styropor®) können für Kinder gefährlich sein. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr! Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf und entsorgen Sie sie so schnell wie möglich.

Längeres Einatmen der Schweißgase kann gesundheitsschädlich sein.

Arbeiten Sie mit einer Absaugung. Arbeiten Sie in einer gut belüfteten Umgebung. Vermeiden Sie das direkte Einatmen der Gase.

 Feuer oder Explosion:

Leichtentzündliche Materialien können in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Schweißplatzes Feuer fangen.

Nicht in der Nähe von leicht entzündlichen Materialien schweißen.

Öl-, Kraftstoff oder Gasbehälter können beim Schweißen explodieren

Behälter jeglicher Art müssen vollständig abgelassen, gereinigt und gut durchlüftet sein. Behälter dürfen nur vom ausgebildeten Fachmann geschweißt werden.

 Nachlässiger Gebrauch persönlicher

Use as designated

The GE 145 W electrode welding machine is suitable for light electrode welding and smaller material thickness up to 4 mm. The welding machine is not suitable for industrial purposes.

The machine cannot be used for works other than for which the machine has been designed and that are specified in the Operating Instructions.

Any other use is a use in conflict with the designation. The manufacturer will not be liable for any consequential damage and injuries. Please be sure to know that the machine has not been designed for industrial purposes.

Operator requirements

The operator must carefully read the Operating Instructions before using the machine.

Qualification

No special qualification is necessary for using the machine apart from detailed instruction by an expert.

Minimum age

The machine can only be operated by persons over 18 years of age. An exception includes youngsters operating the machine within their professional education to achieve necessary skills under trainer's supervision.

Training

Using the machine only requires appropriate instructions by a professional or reading the Operating Instructions. No special training necessary.

Important basic safety instructions

Before you start working with the appliance please read carefully the following safety regulations and Operating Instructions. If any other person is to handle the appliance provide him/her with the Operating Instructions. Keep the Operating Instructions for future reference!

Package: The appliance has been put in a package to prevent any damage during transport. Packages are raw materials so they can be reused or recycled.

Please read carefully the Operating Instructions and follow them. Use these Operating Instructions to get acquainted with the appliance, its corresponding use and safety instructions. Keep the Instructions for future reference.

 The cable reel can only be operated by persons who

have thoroughly read and understood these Operating Instructions. The cable reel must not be operated by persons not sufficiently instructed or not in a good health state.

 Inspect the appliance visually before each use. Do not

use the appliance if any safety device is damaged or worn out. Never remove any safety device.

 Use the appliance only for the purpose specified in

these Operating Instructions.

 Be always careful when working. Watch your activity.

Proceed carefully. Do not use the cable reel if you are not concentrated.

 Safety in the workplace is your responsibility.  Never leave the appliance unattended.  Put the appliance to a safe place if you need to

interrupt your work.

 Do not use the appliance when raining or in a humid or

wet environment

 Never spray water on the cable reel or submerge it to

any liquid.

 Do not use electric tools near flammable liquids or

gases.

 Do not switch the appliance on if turned over or not in

the operating position.

 Keep the appliance out of reach of other persons,

especially children and pets.

 Do not let other persons touch the appliance or cable.  After you finish working with the appliance, pull the

plug out of socket and check if the appliance is not damaged.

 If the appliance is not used store it to a dry place

inaccessible to children.

 The system voltage must correspond to the voltage

specified on the type label.

 Any repairs can only be executed by an electrician.  Before putting the appliance into operation and after

any impact check it for any wear-out or damage and have necessary repairs executed.

 Never use spare parts and accessories not

recommended by the producer.

 Use the appliance only in broad daylight or under

sufficient artificial lighting.

 Make sure no item causes short-circuit on appliance

contacts.

 Lay all cables in a manner to prevent risk of trip and to

eliminate cable damage!

 Wear protective clothing suitable for the given

environment the whole time you work and take suitable preventive measures to prevent accidents.

 Do not use the cable for any other purpose than

specified. Do not wear the cable by its cable and do not use the cable for pulling the plug out of socket. Protect the cable against excessive temperatures, oil and sharp edges.

 Be very careful of your appliance. Keep it clean so that

working with it is fine and safe. Regularly check the plug and cable and have them repaired by an authorised specialist if damaged. Regularly check the extension cables and have any damaged cable replaced by a specialist.

 Extension cables to be used outdoors only. For

outdoor work, use extension cables adequately marked and approved for that purpose (within 20 m 1.5 mm², 20-50 m  2.5 mm²)

 Unplug the appliance

 Persons unable to operate the appliance due to

their physical, sensory or mental abilities or their inexperience or lack of knowledge must not operate it.

 If the appliance, feeder cable or steel cable show

any sign of visible damage the appliance must not be put into operation.

needs to be replaced by the producer or an electrician.

 Repairs of the appliance can only be executed by

an electrician. There might be significant risks as a result of unauthorised repairs.

 The same regulations apply for accessories. Güde GmbH & Co. KG does not answer for damages

caused by:  Appliance damage by mechanical influences and

overloading.

 Any changes to the appliance.  Use for any other purpose than that described in

the Operating Instructions.

 Unconditionally follow all safety instructions to

prevent accidents and damage.

Important safety Instructions

 Always wear gloves of insulation fabric.  Wear suitable clothing, avoid any clothing of synthetic

material.

 Wear heady-duty insulating shoes.  Make sure that working area is properly ventilated to

prevent accumulation of harmful fumes and toxic smoke

 Never work in wet places without efficient safety

measures against electrical discharges

 After the work, the electrode has to be taken from the

electrode tongs to prevent undesired arc formation.

 The welding machine should not be used or stored in

rain.

 If the unit is in operation, the electrode tongs should not

be put on the unit or other electric appliances as the safety device may get damaged or disconnected when grounded.

 Do not touch the electrode or another metal object in

contact with the electrode while welding is in progress

 Check that all cables are coated (mainly the contacts

with the power cable). The cables with insufficient insulation should be immediately replaced with the same size cables meeting the regulations.

 Disconnect the unit from the source where not used.  The unit may influence supply of other units according to

characteristics of the mains. Seek advice from an authority responsible for the power supply whenever in doubt.

 Make sure that no other persons stay in working or

hazardous area.

Operation

 The unit may be used at a room temperature from 20°C

without the thermal protection being put on with the number of reference electrodes n

; and nh from warm

condition without switching the thermal protection on.

 The earthing tongs need to be connected with the piece

to be welded in a way providing for a good contact. The touch points should be cleaned so that no grease or other impurities that could adversely affect the welding output are present.

 The unit has a main switch, yellow light indicator,

thermal protection and a hand wheel to control the welding current. The control is done with regard to welding current value and electrode diameter.

Caution: The indicators will light at overloading

only.

Thermal protection is provided on the unit to switch off the welding current supply automatically as soon as the inner temperature. As it drops to a value of correct operation, the unit switches on again.

Step-by-step Instructions

The welding area should be free of any rust and varnish. The electrode is selected by the type of material. It is recommended to test the electrode and the current intensity on scrap at the beginning. Place the electrode ca 2 cm above the starting point. Always use a welding shield, welder’s gloves and protective clothing. Touch the piece and slightly pull the electrode.

Precise length of the arc is critical as the current and voltage intensity varies. Poor intensity of current makes both the weld and resistance worse. The electrode angle support should be 70-80 degree forward with regard to the piece worked. Too big angle makes the slag slide under the edging material. If the angle is too small, the arc will fluctuate and splash. In either of the cases the wells is porous and weakened

The slag should not be removed before the weld gets cooled. Continue welding of an interrupted weld after the slag is removed.

The welder should try to keep the arc length constant. As the electrode gets worn, it should typically get nearer. It is recommended to remove the electrode in the direction of the weld to avoid forming a porous crater.

Behaviour in case of emergency

Provide necessary first aid treatment corresponding to the injury nature and seek qualified medical help as soon as possible. Protect the injured person from other injuries and calm him/her down.

In case of accident, first aid kit must always be available in the place of your work in accordance with DIN 13164. Material taken out of the first aid kit needs to be supplemented right away. Please provide the following details if help is needed:

Disposal

Transport package disposal The package protects the machine against damage during transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending on their environmental friendliness and disposal method and can therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal costs. Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation! Keep parts of the package away from children and dispose them as soon as possible.

Transport und Lagerung

When storing, it is necessary that the appliance is

put to a dry place, inaccessible to children and unauthorised persons. Clean the appliance thoroughly before longer putting out of operation. The unit should be stored at a dry place inaccessible to unauthorised persons. Make sure that it is unplugged. Remember that also the electrodes should be stored at a dry place.

Inspections and Maintenance

Only a unit maintained and cared for on a regular basis may be a serviceable aid. Insufficient maintenance and care may result in emergencies and unforeseen accidents.

Before every start of work:

 Check the unit function. Do not work with a defective

unit.

 Check the cable for damage and replace it with a cable

of the same quality if necessary.

Utilisation en conformité avec la destination

La soudeuse à électrodes GE 145 W convient au soudage à électrode léger et les épaisseurs de matériel jusqu’à 4 mm. La soudeuse ne convient pas à l’utilisation industrielle.

Consignes générales de sécurité

Avant de commencer à travailler avec l’appareil, lisez attentivement les consignes de sécurité indiquées cidessous et le mode d’emploi. Si vous passez l’appareil à d’autres personnes, veuillez lui transmettre également le mode d’emploi. Conservez bien le mode d’emploi !

 Maintenez le dispositif à une distance de sécurité

 Interdisez aux autres personnes de toucher l’appareil

 Après l’utilisation, retirez la fiche de la prise et vérifiez

si l’appareil n’est pas endommagé.

 Si vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil, rangez-le dans un

endroit sec, hors de portée des enfants.

 La tension du secteur doit correspondre à la tension

indiquée sur la plaque signalétique.

 Les réparations doivent être confiées à un électricien.  Avant la mise en marche et après tout choc, contrôlez

si l’appareil n’est pas usé ou endommagé et faites le réparer.

 N’utilisez pas le câble dans un autre but. Ne portez pas

l’appareil par le câble et n’utilisez pas le câble pour retirer la fiche de la prise. Protégez le câble des températures excessives et des bords tranchants.

 Prenez soin de votre appareil. Maintenez le propre

pour une utilisation correcte et sûre. Contrôlez régulièrement la fiche et le câble et en cas d’endommagement, faites réparer le câble par un spécialiste agréé. Contrôlez régulièrement les rallonges et faites remplacez les câbles endommagés par un spécialiste.

 Rallonges pour l’utilisation extérieure. Utilisez à

l’extérieur seulement des rallonges prévues à cet effet et marquées de façon adéquate (jusqu‘à 20 m 1,5 mm², 20-50 m  2,5 mm²)

 En cas d’endommagement du câble d’alimentation

de cet appareil, il est nécessaire de le faire remplacer immédiatement par le fabricant ou un électricien qualifié.

 Les réparations de cet appareil doivent être confiées

uniquement à un électricien qualifié. Une réparation non compétente peut engendrer des dommages conséquents.

Consignes de sécurité importantes

 Portez toujours des gants en matière isolante.  Portez une tenue adéquate, évitez des vêtements en

matières synthétiques.

 Portez des chaussures solides isolantes.  Assurez-vous que le local où vous allez souder est bien

ventilé, ne permettant pas l’accumulation de fumée et de gaz toxiques.

 Ne soudez pas dans des endroits humides sans prendre

des mesures contre les décharges électriques.

 Pour éviter la formation d’un arc électrique indésirable

après la soudure, il est nécessaire de retirer l’électrode de la torche.

 N’utilisez pas l’appareil et ne le stockez pas sous la

pluie.

 Si le poste à souder fonctionne, il est interdit de poser la

torche sur le poste à souder ou sur d’autres appareils électrique, car la mise à la terre peut provoquer l’endommagement ou la rupture du dispositif de sécurité.

 Pendant la soudure, ne touchez ni l’électrode ni autres

objets métalliques en contact avec l’électrode.

 Contrôlez si tous les câbles sont correctement revêtus

(en particulier les contacts du câble d’alimentation). Les câbles avec isolation insuffisante doivent être immédiatement remplacés par des câbles de même taille, répondant aux règles.

 Si vous n’utilisez pas le poste à souder, débranchez-le

du secteur.

 À cause de certaines caractéristiques du secteur, le

poste à souder peut influencer l’alimentation en courant d’autres utilisateurs à l’endroit d’alimentation. En cas de doutes, veuillez consulter la situation avec le fournisseur d’énergie électrique correspondant.

Poignée (Fig. 2):

Fixez la poignée de transport à l’appareil en passant les vis par les orifices prévus à cet effet et en les serrant suffisamment.

 Veillez à ce que personne ne se trouve à proximité

immédiate du lieu de travail ou de la zone dangereuse.

 Veillez à retirer tout matériel inflammable de la zone de

travail.

Manipulation

 Le poste à souder permet de souder à partir de la

température ambiante de 20 °C, sans provoquer l’enclenchement de la protection thermique, et ce pour un nombre n

d’électrodes de référence; de l’état chaud,

il est possible de souder sans enclenchement de la protection thermique pour un nombre d’électrodes de référence n

 La pince de masse doit être raccordée au matériel à

souder de façon à créer un bon contact. Les points de contact doivent être correctement nettoyés de façon à supprimer toute trace de graisse, corrosion ou impuretés pouvant réduire la puissance de soudage.

 Le poste à souder est équipé d’un interrupteur principal,

d’une ampoule de signalisation jaune, d’un dispositif de protection thermique et d’un bouton manuel triangulaire pour la régulation du courant de soudage. La régulation doit être effectuée en tenant compte du diamètre des électrodes en question.

ATTENTION: L’ampoule s’allume uniquement en

cas de surcharge/surchauffe.

Le poste à souder est équipé d’un dispositif de protection thermique coupant automatiquement l’arrivée de courant de soudage. Dès que la température intérieure retombe à la valeur adéquate pour le fonctionnement, le poste à souder redémarre automatiquement.

Notice étape par étape

La zone de soudage doit être exempte de toute trace de peinture ou de corrosion. Choisissez l’électrode en fonction du type de matériau à souder. Il est recommandé de tester au départ l’électrode et la puissance de courant sur un morceau de scorie. Mettez l’écran de protection, placez l’électrode à une distance d’environ 2 cm au-dessus du point de départ et passez légèrement l’électrode sur le matériau à souder.

La longueur précise de la flamme de l’arc est déterminante, car la puissance du jet et la tension varient. Une valeur incorrecte altère la soudure et la résistance elle-même. L’électrode devrait être inclinée par rapport au matériau soudé dans un angle d’environ 70 à 80° en avant. Une inclinaison trop importante engendre le glissement de la scorie sous le bord du matériau. Si l’angle est trop petit, la flamme de l’arc vacille et gicle. Dans les deux cas, la soudure est poreuse et affaiblie.

Il est interdit de retirer la scorie avant le refroidissement de la soudure. Lors du soudage d’une soudure intermittente, continuez seulement après le retrait de la scorie.

Le soudeur devrait essayer de maintenir la longueur constante de l’arc. En raison de l’usure des électrodes, il est nécessaire de se rapprocher progressivement. Garantie

Liquidation

Les consignes de liquidation résultent des pictogrammes indiqués sur l’appareil ou sur l’emballage. La description des significations individuelles se trouve dans le chapitre « Indications sur l’appareil ».

Liquidation de l’emballage de transport L’emballage protège l’appareil de l’endommagement lors du transport. En général, le matériel d’emballage est choisi de façon à ce qu’il réponde aux règles de protection de l’environnement et de liquidation des déchets, par conséquent, il peut être recyclé. La remise de l’emballage dans le circuit de matières permet d’économiser des matières premières et de réduire les déchets. Des parties de l’emballage (telles que films, styropore) peuvent être dangereux pour les enfants. Danger d’étouffement! Rangez les parties de l’emballage hors de portée des enfants et liquidez-les le plus rapidement possible.

Použití v souladu s určením

Elektrodová svářečka GE 145 W je vhodná pro lehké elektrodové svařování a menší tloušťky materiálu do 4 mm. Svářečka není vhodná pro průmyslové použití.

S tímto strojem nelze vykonávat jiné práce, než pro jaké byl tento stroj zkonstruován a jež jsou popsány v návodu k obsluze.

Každé jiné použití je použití v rozporu s určením. Za následné škody a úrazy výrobce neručí. Dbejte prosím na to, že tento přístroj není konstruován pro průmyslové použití.

Požadavky na obsluhu

Obsluha si musí před použitím přístroje pozorně přečíst návod k obsluze.

Kvalifikace

Kromě podrobného poučení odborníkem není pro používání přístroje nutná žádná speciální kvalifikace.

Minimální věk

Na přístroji smí pracovat jen osoby, jež dosáhly 18 let. Výjimku představuje využití mladistvých, pokud se toto děje během profesního vzdělávání za účelem dosažení dovednosti pod dohledem školitele

Školení

Používání přístroje vyžaduje pouze odpovídající poučení odborníkem resp. návodem k obsluze. Speciální školení není nutné.

Důležité základní bezpečnostní pokyny

Než začnete pracovat s přístrojem, přečtěte si pozorně následující bezpečnostní pokyny a návod k obsluze. Pokud máte přístroj předat jiným osobám, předejte jim prosím i návod k obsluze. Návod k obsluze vždy dobře uschovejte!

 Všechny kabely pokládejte tak, aby nevzniklo nebezpečí

klopýtnutí a bylo vyloučeno poškození kabelu!

 Po celou dobu provádění prací noste pro dané

prostředí vhodný ochranný oděv a přijměte pro dané

prostředí vhodná preventivní opatření pro prevenci nehod.

 Kabel nepoužívejte k jinému než předepsanému účelu.

Přístroj nenoste za kabel a kabel nepoužívejte ani k tomu, abyste vytáhli zástrčku ze zásuvky. Kabel chraňte před nadměrnými teplotami, olejem a ostrými hranami.

 O svůj přístroj se pečlivě starejte. Udržujte jej v čistotě,

aby se s ním dalo dobře a bezpečně pracovat. Pravidelně kontrolujte zástrčku a kabel a v případě poškození nechte kabel vyměnit autorizovaným odborníkem. Kontrolujte pravidelně prodlužovací kabely a poškozené kabely nechte vyměnit odborníkem.

Důležité bezpečnostní pokyny

 Noste vždy ochranné rukavice.  Noste vhodný oděv; vyvarujte se oblečení ze syntetických

materiálů.

 Noste pevnou ochrannou obuv.  Ujistěte se, že prostor, ve kterém budete svařovat, je

dobře větraný a nebude se v něm hromadit kouř a jedovaté plyny.

 Nesvařujte ve vlhkých prostorách bez provedení účelných

opatření proti elektrickým výbojům.

 Po svařování je nutno elektrodu vyjmout z kleští, aby se

zabránilo vytvoření nežádoucího elektrického oblouku.

 Je-li svářečka v provozu, nesmí se kleště elektrody

pokládat na svářečku ani na jiné elektrické přístroje, neboť při uzemnění může dojít k poškození nebo přerušení bezpečnostního zařízení.

 Během svařování se nedotýkejte elektrody ani jiných

kovových předmětů, které jsou v kontaktu s elektrodou.

 Zkontrolujte, zda jsou všechny kabely správně potažené

(zde zejména kontakty přívodního kabelu). Kabely s nedostatečnou izolací je nutno ihned nahradit kabely stejné veliko

 Pokud svářečku nepoužíváte, odpojte ji ze sítě.  Svářečka může mít při určitých charakteristikách sítě

v místě napájení vliv na přívod proudu ostatním uživatelům. V případě pochyb situaci konzultujte s příslušným dodavatelem elektrické energie.

Rukojeť na nošení připevníte k přístroji tak, že rukojetí prostrčíte dva šrouby a pomocí šroubováku je dostatečně utáhnete.

Obsluha

 Svářečkou lze svářet od teploty prostředí 20 °C, aniž by

došlo k sepnutí tepelné ochrany, a to pro počet n referenčních elektrod; z teplého stavu lze svářet bez sepnutí tepelné ochrany pro počet referenčních elektrod n

 Ukostřovací kleště musí být se svařovaným materiálem

spojeny tak, aby vznikl dobrý kontakt. Body dotyku je třeba dobře očistit tak, aby na nich nebyly stopy tuků, rzi nebo nečistot, které by mohly zhoršit svářecí výkon.

 Svářečka je vybavena hlavním vypínačem, žlutou

signální žárovkou, zařízením tepelné ochrany a třírohým ručním kolečkem pro regulaci svářecího proudu. Regulaci je třeba provádět s ohledem na hodnoty svářecího proudu ve vztahu k průměru elektrod.

Pozor: Žárovka svítí pouze při přetížení /přehřátí

Svářečka je vybavena zařízením tepelné ochrany, které automaticky přeruší přívod proudu pro sváření. Jakmile vnitřní teplota klesne opět na hodnotu vhodnou pro provoz, svářečka se automaticky nastartuje.

Návod krok za krokem

Zóna sváření má být beze stop nátěru a rzi. Elektrodu zvolte podle druhu svářeného materiálu. Doporučujeme na začátku elektrodu i sílu proudu vyzkoušet na kousku odpadu. Elektrody nasaďte do vzdálenosti cca 2 cm nad výchozí bod. Zásadně používejte ochranný štít, svářečské rukavice a odpovídající ochranný oděv. Elektrodou lehce přejíždějte po svařovaném materiálu.

Přesná délka plamene oblouku je rozhodující, neboť síla proudu a napětí se mění. Špatná síla proudu zhoršuje svar i samotný odpor. Elektroda by měla být vzhledem ke svářenému materiálu nakloněna v úhlu cca 70 až 80° dopředu. Nadměrný náklon způsobí sklouznutí strusky pod okrajový materiál. Je-li úhel příliš malý, plamen oblouku se míhá a vystřikuje. V obou případech je svár porézní a zeslabený.

Struska se nesmí odstraňovat, dokud není svar zchlazený. Při sváření přerušovaného svaru pokračujte až po odstranění strusky.

Svářeč by se měl pokusit udržet konstantní délku oblouku. Protože dochází k opotřebení elektrod, je třeba se průběžně přibližovat. Na konci svaru doporučujeme oddalovat elektrodu ve směru svaru, aby nedošlo k vytvoření porézního kráteru.

Záruka

Záruční doba činí 12 měsíců při průmyslovém použití, 24 měsíců pro spotřebitele a začíná dnem nákupu přístroje.

Záruka se vztahuje výhradně na nedostatky způsobené vadou materiálu nebo výrobní vadou. Při reklamaci v záruční době je třeba přiložit originální doklad o koupi s datem prodeje.

Do záruky nespadá neodborné použití jako např. přetížení přístroje, použití násilí, poškození cizím zásahem nebo cizími předměty, nedodržení návodu k použití a montáži a normální opotřebení.

Chování v případě nouze

Zaveďte úrazu odpovídající potřebnou první pomoc a vyzvěte co možná nejrychleji kvalifikovanou lékařskou pomoc. Chraňte zraněného před dalšími úrazy a uklidněte jej.

Kvůli případné nehodě musí být na pracovišti vždy po ruce lékárnička první pomoci dle DIN 13164. Materiál, který si z lékárničky vezmete, je třeba ihned doplnit. Pokud požadujete pomoc, uveďte tyto údaje:

Likvidace

Pokyny pro likvidaci vyplývají z piktogramů umístěných na přístroji resp. obalu. Popis jednotlivých významů najdete v kapitole „Označení“.

Likvidace přepravního obalu Obal chrání přístroj před poškozením při přepravě. Obalové materiály jsou zvoleny zpravidla podle jejich šetrnosti vůči životnímu prostředí a způsobu likvidace a lze je proto recyklovat. Vrácení obalu do oběhu materiálu šetří suroviny a snižuje náklady na likvidaci odpadů. Části obalu (např. fólie, Styropor®) mohou být nebezpečné pro děti. Existuje riziko udušení! Části obalu uschovejte mimo dosah dětí, a co nejrychleji zlikvidujte.

Přímý pohled do světelného oblouku může vážně poškodit oči.

Pracujte jen se svářecím štítem.

4. Ohrožení materiály a jinými látkami:  Kontakt, vdechnutí:

Dlouhodobější vdechování svářecích plynů může být zdraví škodlivé.

Pracujte s odsáváním. Pracujte v dobře větraném prostředí. Zabraňte přímému vdechování plynů.

 Požár nebo exploze:

Vysoce hořlavé materiály se mohou v bezprostředním okolí svářecího pracoviště vznítit.

Nesvařujte v blízkosti vysoce hořlavých materiálů.

Olej, palivo nebo plynová nádrž mohou při svařování explodovat.

Nádoby jakéhokoliv typu musí být kompletně vyprázdněny, vyčištěny a dobře vyvětrány. Nádoby smí svařovat jen vyškolený odborník.

5. Zanedbání ergonomických zásad:  Nedbalé používání osobních ochranných

pomůcek: Svařování bez předepsaných ochranných pomůcek poškozuje zdraví.

Pro svařování používejte vhodné ochranné pomůcky.

Přeprava a skladování

Při uskladnění je třeba dbát na to, aby byl přístroj uložen na suchém místě, kam nemají přístup děti a nepovolané osoby. Pokud nebudete přístroj delší

dobu používat, důkladně jej vyčistěte. Dbejte na to, aby byl přístroj odpojen ze sítě. Myslete na to, že i elektrody musí být uskladněny v suchu.

Prohlídky a údržba

Jen pravidelně udržovaný a ošetřovaný přístroj může být uspokojivou pomůckou. Nedostatečná údržba a péče může vést k nepředvídaným nehodám a úrazům.

Před každým začátkem práce:

Použitie v súlade s určením

Elektródová zváračka GE 145 W je vhodná na ľahké elektródové zváranie a menšie hrúbky materiálu do 4 mm. Zváračka nie je vhodná na priemyselné použitie.

S týmto prístrojom nie je možné vykonávať iné práce, než na aké bol tento prístroj skonštruovaný a ktoré sú opísané v návode na obsluhu.
