Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Kompressor darf ausschließlich zur Drucklufter-

zeugung im Haus- und Hobbybereich verwendet
werden. – Unter Berücksichtigung der technischen
Daten und Sicherheitshinweise.
Die von dieser Maschine erzeugte Druckluft
ist nicht im Pharma-, Nahrungsmittel- oder
Krankenhausbereich verwendbar und darf nicht
zur Füllung von Tauchgas aschen verwendet
werden.
Der Kompressor muss in geeigneten Räumen
benutzt werden (gut belüftet, mit einer
Raumtemperatur zwischen +5° und +40°C), nie in
Präsenz von Staub, Säuren, Dämpfen, explosiven
oder entzündlichen Gasen.
Der Betrieb ist nur mit Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter (RCD max. Fehlerstrom 30mA)
zulässig.
Spannung überprüfen. Die auf dem Typenschild
angegebenen technischen Daten müssen mit der
Spannung des Stromnetzes übereinstimmen.
Den Stecker des Stromkabels an einer Steckdose mit
passender Form, Spannung und Frequenz anschließen, die den geltenden Vorschriften entspricht.
Verlängerungskabel dürfen nicht länger als 5 Meter
sein und müssen einen Kabelquerschnitt von mindestens 1,5 mm
Verlängerungskabeln mit unterschiedlicher Länge
und Querschnitt, sowie von Adaptern und Mehrfachsteckern wird abgeraten.
Vor Inbetriebnahme des Geräts überprüfen, dass das
Elektrokabel und/ oder die Steckdose nicht beschädigt sind.

aus den am Kompressor angeschlossenen Werkzeugen austretende Flüssigkeitsstrahl niemals auf den
Kompressor selbst gerichtet werden: Das Gerät steht
unter Spannung und es könnte zu Stromschlägen
oder Kurzschlüssen kommen.
Das Gerät nicht barfuß oder mit nassen Händen und
Füßen bedienen.
Nicht am Netzkabel ziehen, um den Stecker aus der
Steckdose zu ziehen oder um den Kompressor zu
bewegen.
Achtung: Bei einem Stromausfall und darauf folgender Rückkehr der Spannungsversorgung könnte
der Kompressor unvermittelt anlaufen.
Druckluft ist eine potentiell gefährliche
Energieform, deshalb muss bei Benutzung des
Kompressors und dessen Zubehör unbedingt
vorsichtig vorgegangen werden.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen
(einschließlich Kinder) mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder
mangels Erfahrung/ oder mangels Wissen benutzt
zu werden, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine für
ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder
erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu
benutzen ist.
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Weisen
Sie Kinder und unbefugte Personen an sich stets von
dem Gerät fern zu halten.
Betreiben Sie den Kompressor niemals unbeaufsichtigt.
Den Druckluft-/Flüssigkeitsstrahl niemals auf Per-
sonen, Tiere oder sich selbst richten.
Luftstrahl niemals an Körperö nungen halten, dies
kann tödliche Verletzungen verursachen!
Den Arbeitsbereich stets aufgeräumt halten.
Der laufende Kompressor muss auf einen stabilen
Untergrund gestellt werden.
Achtung! Der Kompressor darf nur mit den dazu-
gehörigen Rädern und Gummipu ern in Betrieb
genommen werden.
Während der Benutzung des Kompressors sollte eine
Schutzbrille getragen werden, um die Augen vor
Fremdkörpern zu schützen, die vom Druckluftstrahl
aufgewirbelt werden.
Bei Benutzung von pneumatischem Zubehör möglichst Unfallschutzkleidung tragen.
Zwischen dem Kompressor und dem Arbeitsbereich
immer einen Sicherheitsabstand von mindestens 4
Metern einhalten.
Achtung! Peitschender Druckluftschlauch beim Ö nen der Schnellkupplung! - Druckluftschlauch festhalten.
Den Kompressor immer nur am Handgri befördern.
Die Verwendung der Druckluft zu den verschiedenen
vorgesehenen Zwecken (Aufblasen, Pneumatikwerkzeuge, Lackieren, Waschen mit Reinigern nur auf Wasserbasis, Heften usw.) setzt die Kenntnis und die Befolgung der jeweiligen spezi schen Vorschriften.
Dieser Kompressor wurde für einen Intervallbetrieb
wie auf dem Schild der technischen Daten angegeben konstruiert (S3-25 bedeutet z. B. 2,5 Minuten Betrieb und 7,5 Minuten Stillstand), um einer
Überhitzung des Elektromotors vorzubeugen. Im Fall
einer Überhitzung schaltet sich die Wärmeschutzvorrichtung des Motors ein, die automatisch die
Stromzufuhr unterbricht. Ist die normale Betriebstemperatur wieder hergestellt, schaltet sich der Motor
automatisch wieder ein.
Achtung! Den Kompressor niemals über den Netzstecker Ein- bzw. ausschalten. Immer den EIN/AUSSchalter betätigen.
Lassen Sie den Kompressor nicht über Nacht eingeschaltet, das Gerät könnte zur Gefahrenquelle
werden.
Am Ende des Arbeitstages immer am Ein- /Ausschalter ausschalten, Kessel entleeren und den Kompressor
von der Stromzufuhr trennen.
Achtung: Wenn das Kondenswasser nicht entleert
wird, kann der Tank korrodieren. Dadurch wird sein
Fassungsvermögen eingeschränkt und die Sicherheit
beeinträchtigt.
Das Gerät nicht der Witterung (Regen, Sonne, Nebel,
Schnee) aussetzen.
Wenn der Kompressor im Außenbereich benützt wird,
muss er nach Gebrauch an einem überdachten Ort
oder in einem geschlossenen Raum verstaut werden.
Bei Regen oder schlechtem Wetter darf der Kompressor nicht im Außenbereich verwendet werden!
Keine ent ammbaren Gegenstände oder Gegenstände aus Nylon und Sto in die Nähe und/oder auf den
Kompressor stellen.

einer Prüfung vor Erstinbetriebnahme durch einen
Sachverständigen. Diese Prüfung muss durch den

Achtung! Für den Einbau in automatische Anlagen,
sind geeignete Alarm bzw. Sicherheitseinrichtungen
für den Fall eines Stromausfalls oder einer Fehlfunktion oder evtl. Ausfall des Kompressors zu installieren.
(z.B. Fütterungsanlagen etc.)
Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Maschinen und Werkzeuge
sicher an einem trockenen Ort, außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
Betrieb bei niedrigeren
Temperaturen
Bei niedrigen Temperaturen unter 5° C kann es zu Anlaufschwierigkeiten kommen, die sich lediglich durch
Brummen des Elektromotors bemerkbar machen. In
diesem Fall muss das Gerät sofort wieder abgeschaltet werden und in einer wärmeren Umgebung ein
Ölwechsel ( 5W30 ) vorgenommen werden.
Betrieb von Druckluft-Werkzeugen
Um einen einwandfreien und zuverlässigen Betrieb
von rotierenden und schlagenden Druckluftwerkeugen wie zB. Schlagschrauber, Tacker oder Nagler usw
zu gewährleisten, muss die Druckluft zwingend über
einen Öler oder eine Wartungseinheit ge ltert bzw
mit Öl versorgt werden. Tipp 41086
Zum Lackieren sollte in jedem Fall ein Filterwasserabscheider verwendet werden. Tipp 41089
Zur Auswahl von geeigneten Druckluftwerkzeugen ist
unbedingt der Luftverbrauch des Werkzeugs und die
e ektive Liefermenge des Kompressors zu beachten.

Anforderungen an den Bediener
Der Bediener muss vor Gebrauch des Gerätes
aufmerksam die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und
verstanden haben.
Quali kation: Außer einer ausführlichen Einweisung
durch eine sachkundige Person ist keine spezielle Quali kation für den Gebrauch des Gerätes notwendig.
Mindestalter: Das Gerät darf nur von Personen betrieben werden, die das 16. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.
Eine Ausnahme stellt die Benutzung als Jugendlicher
dar, wenn die Benutzung im Zuge einer Berufsausbildung zur Erreichung der Fertigkeit unter Aufsicht
eines Ausbilders erfolgt.
Schulung: Die Benutzung des Gerätes bedarf lediglich
einer entsprechenden Unterweisung durch eine
Sachkundige Person bzw. die Bedienungsanleitung.
Eine spezielle Schulung ist nicht notwendig.
Verhalten im Notfall
Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend notwendigen Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern
Sie schnellst möglich quali zierte ärztliche Hilfe an.
Bewahren Sie den Verletzten vor weiteren Schädigungen und stellen Sie diesen ruhig. Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte immer ein Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am Arbeitsplatz gri bereit
vorhanden sein. Dem Verbandskasten entnommenes
Material ist sofort wieder aufzufüllen.

Vor Durchführung jeglicher Arbeiten am

Speci ed Conditions Of Use
The compressor can only be used for the production of
compressed air to be used at home and by handymen.
– Respecting technical data and safety precautions.
The compressed air produced by the
compressor cannot not be used for pharmaceutical, food or medical purposes or to ll the air
bottles of scuba divers.
The compressor must be used in a suitable
environment (well ventilated with an ambient
temperature of between +5°C and +40°C) and
never in places with dust, acids, vapors, explosive
or ammable gases.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated
for normal use. Not observing general regulations
in force and instructions from this manual does not
make the manufacturer liable for damages.
Check the voltage. Technical data given on the type
label must correspond with electric network voltage.
Insert the plug of the electrical cable in a socket of
suitable shape, voltage and frequency complying
with current regulations.
Use extension cables with a maximum length of 5
meters and with a cable cross-section of not less than

Operation at lower temperatures
At lower temperatures, below 5°C, problems may
be experienced when starting. They are manifested
by growling of the electric motor. In such a case, the
appliance must be immediately switched o and oil
(5W30) changed in warmer conditions.
To guarantee perfect and reliable operation of the
rotary and percussive pneumatic tools such as impact
wrenches, staplers or nailers, etc., the compressed air
must be supplied ltered - with oil via the lubricator

Requirements for operating sta
The operating sta must carefully read the Operating Instructions before using the appliance.
Quali cation: Apart from the detailed instructions by
a professional, no special quali cation is necessary
for appliance using.
Minimum age: Persons over 16 years of age can only
work on the appliance. An exception includes youngsters trained in order to reach knowledge under supervision of the trainer during occupational education.
Training: Using the appliance only requires corresponding training by a professional or the Operating
Instructions. No special training is necessary.

Emergency procedure
Conduct a rst-aid procedure adequate to the injury
and summon quali ed medical attendance as quickly

ATTENTION ! Électrocution! Il existe un
risque d’électrocution!
Le fonctionnement est autorisé uniquement
avec un disjoncteur di érentiel (RCD courant de
défaut maximal 30mA ).
Contrôlez la tension. Les caractéristiques techniques gurant sur la plaque signalétique doivent correspondre à la tension du secteur électrique.
Brancher la che du câble électrique dans une prisecompatible en termes de forme, de tension et de
fréquence, conformément aux normes en vigueur.
Utiliser des rallonges du câble électrique d’une longueur maximum de 5 mètres et ayant une section du
câble non inférieure à 1,5 mm. L’utilisation de rallonges de longueur et section di érentes, d’adaptateurs
et de prises multiples, est fortement déconseillée.
Avant de mettre l‘appareil en marche, contrôlez si le
câble électrique et/ou la che ne sont pas endommagés.
Dans le but d‘éviter des risques d‘accident, il est
nécessaire de faire remplacer un câble d‘alimentation
endommagé par le fabricant. Ne réparez jamais
l‘appareil vous-même.
