INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES
Ce mode d’emploi contient des informations importantes pour l’installation an d’assurer une mise en service adéquate
et garantir la sécurité de fonctionnement de la QUICK LIFT. Le respect de la documentation réduit les risques et permet
d’allonger la durée de vie du produit. Le présent manuel contient un formulaire permettant d’attester des contrôles
réguliers de sécurité. Utilisez le formulaire «Contrôle régulier de sécurité» pour archiver les contrôles (Il est conseillé
de faire une copie du formulaire avant de le remplir pour la première fois.)
Installation et contrôle :
Les travaux assurant la sécurité et les contrôles de sécurité sont réservés exclusivement aux personnes spécialement
formées. Ces personnes sont désignées dans la présente documentation comme experts et/ou personnes habiletés.
LIMITATIONS DES RESPONSABILLITES
La QUICK LIFT est un pont élévateur hydraulique déplaçable conçue dans le respect des normes. Toutes les données et
les conseils indiqués dans ce mode d’emploi ont été recueillis en tenant compte de ses normes et règlements applicables
ainsi que de nos connaissances et expériences approfondies.

Le fabricant ne pourra être tenu responsable en cas de dommage matériel et corporel pouvant entrainer
la mort par :
• Non-respect du mode d’emploi
• Utilisation non conforme ou dangereuse
• Emploi de personnes non qualiées
• Transformation non autorisée sur la QUICK LIFT

UTILISATION CONFORME PRÉVUE
La QUICK LIFT est destinée à l’activité de réparation de véhicules de tourisme. Elle permet de lever des véhicules en
toute sécurité. La charge maximale de la QUICK LIFT est de 2500 kg.
L’utilisation de la QUICK LIFT est réservée aux personnes ayant lu et compris le mode d’emploi.
Il faut délimiter un périmètre de sécurité dans lequel personne ne devra s’y trouver durant l’opération de levage (2m
minimum autour du véhicule pour permettre de s’échapper en cas de besoin).
Le levage de personnes ou d’objets divers n’est pas autorisé. Personne ne doit se trouver à l’intérieur du véhicule à lever.
La QUICK LIFT doit être utilisée à l’intérieur d’un local de travail et protégée des intempéries (vents, pluie et température
négative).
La plage de température d’utilisation est comprise entre 5°C et 40°C maximum. En cas de stockage prolongé dans un
lieu où la température est inférieure à 0°C, prévoir au moins 12h avant de l’utiliser en l’entreposant sur le lieu de travail.
Ne pas utiliser dans des conditions d’humidité trop importantes.
Ce matériel est livré avec une prise 16 A de type CEE7/7 et ne doit être utilisé que sur une installation électrique monophasée 220 V (50 Hz).
Ne jamais soulever de charges sur un terrain en pente (>3°). Le sol doit être plat et susamment solide pour éviter
que la QUICK LIFT ne s’enfonce sous le poids de la charge (35kg/cm²). En aucun cas, il ne faudra placer la Quick Lift
sur une trappe de visite qui se trouverait sur le sol.
Il est interdit d’utiliser la QUICK LIFT sur un bateau/navire (problème de stabilité).
Nettoyer correctement la surface d’appui du véhicule et les patins caoutchouc de la QUICK LIFT avant chaque utilisation.

Enlever toutes taches de graisse et d’huile pouvant faire glisser le véhicule.
Les travaux en dessous du véhicule pendant la montée et la descente ne sont pas autorisés.
Le levage des véhicules doit s’eectuer uniquement au niveau des points de levage recommandés par les fabricants
automobiles. Attention à bien vérier que la QUICK LIFT ne vienne pas en contact de zones proches des capteurs de
déclenchement d’airbags durant et après la montée.
Ne pas placer les cales caoutchouc sur une zone avec garniture en plastique.
Prendre soin des câbles électriques ainsi que des tuyaux hydrauliques, ne pas les écraser ou marcher dessus.
En cas de choc violent sur les éléments porteurs et/ou structurels de la QUICK LIFT, il faut impérativement mettre le
produit hors service et contacter votre revendeur ou le fabricant an d’évaluer les dommages avant de la remettre en
service.
En cas de doute sur la résistance de la structure du véhicule (présence de rouille) - Ne pas lever de véhicule.
L’utilisation conforme comprend également la prise de connaissance du présent mode d’emploi et le respect de toutes
les consignes contenues, notamment des consignes de sécurité.
Faire respecter les normes de sécurité et de prévention des risques sur les lieux de travail du pays.

Par ailleurs, cela comprend également l’obligation d’eectuer tous les travaux d’inspection et de maintenance à intervalles réguliers.
En cas d’utilisation non conforme du pont élévateur, la sécurité opérationnelle de la QUICK LIFT n’est pas assurée.
Les dommages corporels et matériels, également sur les véhicules, causés par une utilisation non conforme de l’appareil
ne sont en aucun cas imputables au fabricant, mais à l’opérateur qui manipule la QUICK LIFT.
La QUICK LIFT ne doit pas être utilisée dans une atmosphère potentiellement explosive et il est déconseillé de travailler
à côté d’une source de chaleur. La QUICK LIFT n’a pas été conçue pour être utilisé en cabine de peinture.
Il est interdit d’utiliser des pièces de rechange autres que celles d’origine certiée par le fabricant.
Assurez-vous que votre QUICK LIFT est dans l’une des deux positions verrouillées avant de commencer à travailler
autour ou en dessous. Assurez-vous également que la commande laire ne puisse pas être manipulée par des personnes
non autorisées.
À la n d’une séance de travail, ramener le véhicule au sol pour éviter de faire travailler le QUICK LIFT à pleine charge
pendant une longue période.
EMBALLAGE ET DÉCHARGEMENT
Dans une pochette contenue dans l’emballage du groupe hydraulique se trouve le mode d’emploi et de contrôle de la
QUICK LIFT. À la livraison, vérier l’absence de dommage externe dû au transport. En cas de dommage visible, laisser
la marchandise et l’emballage en l’état. N’utiliser pas la marchandise et mettez-vous directement en relation avec votre
revendeur. A défaut il faut émettre une réserve adressée au transporteur.
Le déchargement peut se faire soit avec deux personnes équipées de gants et de chaussures de sécurité ou au moyen
d’un chariot élévateur à fourche.
PROTECTION INDIVIDUELLE
L’opérateur devra être équipé conformément aux normes de prévention de risques du travail applicable dans son pays
et devra adopter toutes les mesures nécessaires pour maintenir la sécurité sur son poste de travail. Pendant les manœuvres, l’opérateur doit veiller à sa propre sécurité ainsi que celle des personnes et objets autour de lui. Il doit prendre
en compte toutes les recommandations décrites dans cette notice.

L’huile hydraulique est un produit dangereux en cas de projection dans les yeux ou en
cas de contact avec le sang. Dans ce cas, il faut contacter votre médecin immédiatement. Ne jamais passer sa main pour vérier une fuite hydraulique : risque de coupure
et de contamination dans le sang pouvant entrainer le décès.
MISE EN SERVICE
Munissez-vous des protections nécessaires : paire de lunettes, chaussures de sécurité et gants.
Étape 1 : Disposer sur le sol les deux rampes parallèlement en alignant les exibles hydrauliques.
Les rampes se ressemblent beaucoup mais elles ne sont pas interchangeables. La sécu-

rité mécanique doit toujours se trouver à l’extérieur et les rampes dirigées dans le
même sens.

Étape 2 : Disposer le groupe hydraulique à une distance d’au moins 2 mètres des rampes sans le brancher électrique-
ment. Fixer les tuyaux hydrauliques longs sur le groupe hydraulique (peut importe le sens). Ne pas trop serrer, l’étanchéité se fait automatiquement avec la portée conique des raccords.

Étape 3 : Le réservoir du groupe hydraulique est vide. Il doit être rempli d’huile hydraulique ou de liquide de trans-
mission automatique avant de commencer son utilisation. Les uides approuvés sont des huiles hydrauliques à usage
général ou des huiles de transmission automatique synthétique indice de viscosité de 32 cSt à 40°C.
Retirer le bouchon du réservoir et remplissez-le avec 3,5L d’huile maximum à l’aide d’un entonnoir propre. Vérier le
niveau et ajuster si besoin.

Étape 4 : Raccorder à l’aide des raccords rapides le groupe hydraulique aux deux rampes.
Étape 5 : Retourner les 2 rampes et brancher le groupe hydraulique électriquement sur une prise 220V monophasée.

ESPACE DE SÉCURITÉ
Pour atteindre une sécurité optimale, il est recommandé de dénir une zone dans laquelle d’autres
objets ou murs seront à une certaine distance (2m minimum). Toutes les manœuvres de descente, de
sortie, de stationnement doivent être eectuées avec la meilleure attention possible de la part de
l’opérateur. Dans la zone dénie, il ne doit y avoir personne. An de garantir la sécurité de l’opérateur,
le boitier de commande doit être situé à une distance qui permet une voie d’échappement en cas
d’urgence.
MISE EN MARCHE
Une fois l’outil sorti de son emballage, assemblé et positionné au sol, eectuez un essai à vide an de vérier le bon
fonctionnement général de la QUICK LIFT.
Il existe deux positions pour verrouiller la hauteur de la QUICK LIFT que nous appellerons dans la suite de la notice
hauteur 1 et hauteur 2 (hauteur maxi).

Avant toute chose, il ne faut jamais lever la QUICK LIFT à vide (sans charge) dans la
butée maximum (au-delà de la hauteur 2). Les rampes pourraient se coincer et ne plus
redescendre. Elles ont été conçues pour supporter une charge durant le levage. Si cela
vous arrive veuillez vous reporter au paragraphe « Anomalies, causes, remèdes ».

Munissez-vous des protections nécessaires : paire de lunettes, chaussures de sécurité et gants.
1/ MISE EN MARCHE À VIDE :
Raccorder le cordon secteur du groupe hydraulique à une prise 220 V monophasée.
2/ VÉRIFICATION DE LA MONTÉE : utilisez la télécommande laire
a. Appuyer sur le bouton « UP » (monter) jusqu’à ce que la QUICK LIFT monte de quelques centimètres (5 à 10 cm
maxi).
b. Vérier visuellement qu’il n’y ait pas de fuite hydraulique au niveau de toutes les connexions hydrauliques (vérins,
exibles, raccords, groupe hydraulique). Si vous constatez une légère fuite, il faut resserrer la connectique jusqu’à ce
qu’il n’y ait plus de fuite. Si vous constatez une grosse fuite, appuyer immédiatement sur « DN » (descendre) jusqu’à
faire redescendre la QUICK LIFT au sol. Resserrer la connectique fermement et refaites passer le test jusqu’à ce qu’il
n’y ait plus de fuite.
Nous conseillons d’intercaler un carton entre le sol et la QUICK LIFT et même au niveau
des connexions rapides an d’identier plus facilement des éventuelles fuites lors de la
première mise en route.

Soyez méticuleux lorsque vous appliquez une patte étanche ou du téon sur de la
connectique hydraulique. Veillez à ne pas polluer ou obstruer le circuit hydraulique.
Il y a des ltres qui pourraient se boucher et empêcher le bon fonctionnement de la
QUICK LIFT.

3/ VÉRIFICATION DU SYSTÈME DE SÉCURITÉ À LA HAUTEUR 1 :
Appuyer de nouveau sur «UP» (monter) et dépasser la hauteur 1 de quelques centimètres de manière à ce que les
sécurités des 2 rampes dépassent le bloc de verrouillage de la hauteur 1.

4/ DESCENDRE LES RAMPES AU SOL:
a. Appuyer sur « UP » (monter) pour faire monter de 2-3cm la QUICK LIFT puis lever avec votre main ou votre pied les
barres de blocage de sécurité an que la came de déverrouillage puisse venir en contact avec le sol lorsque celle-ci est
reposée.
b. Assurez-vous que les 2 cames de déverrouillage reposent bien sur le sol avant d’appuyer sur « DN » (descendre).
c. Appuyer sur « DN » (descendre) jusqu’à ce que la QUICK LIFT soit revenue en position initiale.

INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
Avant de soulever un véhicule, s’assurer que le frein à main est desserré, que le véhicule est laissé au point mort. Les roues au décollage du sol ont besoin d’être libres.
Dans le cas contraire, il y a risque que la charge glisse au niveau des patins caoutchouc
et entrainer une situation dangereuse et instable.
Une fois l’outil bien positionné sous le véhicule veuillez à respecter certaines règles :
• Vérier que personne ou objet encombrant ne soit dans la zone de sécurité (2 m minimum tout autour du véhicule).
• Vérier que les rampes sont positionnées au niveau des points de prises données par les constructeurs automobiles.
Respecter la répartition de chargement avec au maximum 2/3 sur l’avant des rampes et au maximum 1/3 sur l’arrière.
En cas de doute, demandez l’avis d’un spécialiste.
• Ne soulever aucune charge directement avec les rampes. Il faut toujours utiliser les cales de caoutchouc livrées avec
dans les plateaux prévus à cette eet.
• Le centre de gravité du véhicule à lever doit se trouver à mi-chemin entre les cales en caoutchouc et centré entre les
rampes.

• Il est important de s’assurer que les rampes soient parallèles l’une par rapport à l’autre et alignées à l’avant et à
l’arrière avant de soulever le véhicule. Le fait de ne pas faire cette vérication pourrait entrainer une instabilité du
véhicule et conduire à une situation dangereuse.

Il existe deux cas spéciaux lors du levage de véhicule avec la QUICK LIFT, vous devez en être conscient :
Cas 1 :
Ne déployez pas les 2 rampes à pleine hauteur à vide. Une façon de se familiariser avec l’utilisation de votre QUICK
LIFT est de soulever et d’abaisser les rampes plusieurs fois sans mettre de charge dessus (sans véhicule). Les cadres
peuvent se bloquer à pleine hauteur quand il n’y a pas de charge et si vous forcez les 2 barres de sécurité au-delà de la
hauteur 2 simultanément. Si cela vous arrive, contactez votre revendeur ou le fabricant.

Cas 2 :
N’essayez pas de lever un véhicule s’il n’y a aucun espace de déploiement au-dessus des rampes. Votre QUICK LIFT a
besoin d’un espace de quelques centimètres entre les cales et votre voiture pour que la pression augmente progressivement et lève le véhicule. Elle ne pourra pas lever de véhicule dans certains cas. Ce n’est pas un problème de fonctionnement. Ce cas peut être problématique si par exemple vous levez un véhicule et qu’une fois levé vous retiriez les roues
et que vous rameniez la QUICK LIFT en position initiale (au sol). Lorsque vous voudrez remonter le véhicule, la QUICK
LIFT n’y arrivera pas. Dans ce cas contactez votre revendeur ou le fabricant pour obtenir une assistance.
Veuillez à ne jamais descendre en dessous de la hauteur 1 si le véhicule a les roues enlevées. Et vériez que les 2
barres de verrouillage soient verrouillées si le véhicule était amené à rester longtemps dans cette position.

Rampes en position de levage :
Lors de l’élévation et de l’abaissement des véhicules, laisser toujours vos rampes en position verrouillée à l’aide des
barres de blocage. Tous les élévateurs sur le marché, y compris la QUICK LIFT, ne sont pas conçus pour maintenir leur
charge complète, sauf s’ils sont placés en position verrouillée.
Pour déployer les rampes Quick Lift et lever un véhicule :
a. Vérier que le frein à main du véhicule est désactivé et qu’il n’y ait pas de vitesse enclenchée avant de procéder au
déploiement des rampes (veuillez vous reporter au manuel du véhicule dans certains cas pour trouver la procédure).
b. Insérer les cales en caoutchouc sur les rampes et dans les zones prévues à cet eet.
c. Appuyez et maintenez la touche « UP » (monter) enfoncée sur la télécommande. Les rampes commencent à se
déployer.
d. Juste avant que les cales en caoutchouc entrent en contact avec le châssis du véhicule, relâcher le bouton « UP »
(monter).
e. Vérier les endroits où les cales en caoutchouc vont venir en contact avec le châssis du véhicule. Si nécessaire, ajuster
les cales de levage en caoutchouc aux points de prise sous caisse (préconisation constructeur) sans qu’il y ait contact,
il faut garder 10 à 20 mm entre la cale en caoutchouc et le point de prise sous le véhicule.
f. Appuyer sur le bouton « UP » (monter) de la commande laire. Le véhicule quitte le sol, n’arrêtez pas le déploiement
des rampes tant que la première position de verrouillage ne soit atteinte. Ne laissez jamais un véhicule surélevé, sauf si
les 2 barres de sécurité sont en position verrouillée.
g. Tester la stabilité du véhicule : si cela n’est pas le cas, il faut ramener le véhicule au sol immédiatement en appuyant
sur « DN » (descendre) et vérier la cause avant de relever le véhicule.
h. Surélever le véhicule soit au niveau de la hauteur 1 de verrouillage ou de la hauteur 2. Lorsque vous aurez atteint
la position de verrouillage souhaitée, appuyer sur « DN » (descendre) de la télécommande pour abaisser et amener les
2 rampes en position verrouillées.
i. Assurez-vous que les 2 rampes sont bien en position verrouillée et que toutes les cales en caoutchouc sont bien en
contact avec le véhicule.
j. Une fois ces 2 points vériés, faites un test de stabilité an de vérier que la voiture est stable.
k. Ranger la télécommande an qu’elle ne soit pas utilisée par erreur.
l. C’est après ces 3 tests que vous pourrez travailler autour et dessous le véhicule en sécurité.

Le fabricant n’assumera aucune responsabilité civile ni pénale en cas de dommages
causés à des personnes, si l’opérateur ne respecte pas les recommandations ci-dessus.
Ne jamais se mettre autour ou dessous la QUICK LIFT si vous étiez amené à enlever un
objet lourd dans le véhicule (moteur, boite de vitesse…). Le véhicule pourrait se placer en déséquilibre et faire basculer la QUICK LIFT. Ne prenez aucun risque, toujours
se trouver hors de la zone de sécurité (2m minimum) durant une manœuvre monter/
descendre.

Les rampes sont équipées de roues directionnelles
qui se déplacent de l’avant vers l’arrière et de gauche à droite.
Descente :
Avant de réaliser la manœuvre de descente, veuillez vérier qu’il n’y ait ni personne ni
obstacle dans le périmètre de sécurité. Vérier également qu’il n’y ait pas d’obstacle
dans les rampes, que les tuyaux hydrauliques et le l de la télécommande ne viennent
pas entraver la descente des rampes. Positionnez-vous de manière à avoir une vue
d’ensemble de la situation et pouvoir agir rapidement en cas de problème.
Positionnez-vous hors du périmètre de sécurité et appuyez sur le bouton « UP » de la télécommande laire de manière à
faire monter de 2-3 cm les rampes. Sans aller sous le véhicule, avec une main ou le pied, lever les barres de verrouillage
de manière à ce que les 2 cames reposent au sol.
Appuyer sur « DN » (descendre) jusqu’à ce que les rampes reviennent en position initiale. Veuillez être attentif à chaque

CONTRÔLES ET MAINTENANCE
Les contrôles et les travaux de maintenance sont à eectuer par le personnel habilité aux intervalles de maintenance
indiqués dans ce manuel. Il est nécessaire de respecter les points suivants an de garantir une longue durée de vie et
une bonne utilisation de la QUICK LIFT.
• Couper l’alimentation de votre Quick Lift avant d’eectuer toute maintenance.
• Seules des pièces de rechange d’origine doivent être utilisées «Pièces de rechange»
• Les intervalles de maintenance recommandés doivent être respectés «Tableau maintenance»
• Lors de travaux de maintenance qui ne sont pas présentés ou indiqués dans le mode d’emploi, contactez votre distributeur et/ou le fabricant.
Nettoyez la QUICK LIFT au moins une fois par semaine an d’éliminer toutes les poussières et les salissures qui pourraient dégrader le bon fonctionnement du produit sur
le long terme. Utiliser des chions autonettoyants. Ne pas utiliser d’eau ni de liquides
inammables ou corrosifs.

Inspecter visuellement votre QUICK LIFT avant chaque utilisation. Ne l’utilisez pas si
vous détecter des dommages ou une usure importante.
N’eectuer les travaux de maintenance que lorsque la QUICK LIFT est levée, verrouillée et sans charge.
Pour débrancher les raccords rapides hydrauliques assurez-vous que la QUICK LIFT soit
totalement au sol comme le schéma ci-dessous. Dans le cas contraire il y aura une fuite
hydraulique au moment de la déconnexion.
Si vous sentez une résistance importante en voulant déconnecter un raccord hydraulique, cela signie qu’il reste de la pression. Appuyer sur «DN» (descendre) de la télécommande pour vous assurer que qu’il n’y ait plus de pression dans le circuit et que les
deux rampes sont bien au sol.
Contrôler, nettoyer et lubrier toutes les pièces mobiles, notamment les axes et les surfaces de glissement
des barres de verrouillage.

Eectuez un procès-verbal de l’état de la QUICK LIFT en copie et joignez-le au mode d’emploi.
Le contrôle régulier de sécurité doit être eectué par une personne habilitée. Il est recommandé d’eectuer la maintenance simultanément.
POINT DE CONTROLE ET DE LUBRIFICATION
Tous les axes d’articulation sont munis d’un petit trou permettant la lubrication avec une huile type SAE 90 (huile
uide). Les 6 points de lubrication par rampe sont indiqués ci-contre.
Il faut contrôler que les écrous des axes sont correctement serrés (les écrous sont munis de frein pour éviter tout
desserrage).
ANOMALIES, CAUSES, REMÈDES
Avertissement du système d’alimentation Hydraulique : Le non-respect de ces précautions peut entrainer des blessures graves et, dans de rares cas, le décès.
Tous les connecteurs doivent être correctement montés ensemble avant d’utiliser la
Quick Lift ou d’appliquer une pression.
N’essayez jamais de connecter ou de débrancher les coupleurs pendant que l’équipement est en fonctionnement ou si le système hydraulique est sous pression.
Munissez-vous des protections (lunette, gants et chaussures de sécurité) lorsque vous
manipulez la Quick Lift.
Si du uide hydraulique entre en contact avec les yeux, pénètre dans la circulation sanguine ou est avalé, consulter immédiatement un médecin.
Prenez toutes les précautions pour éviter que des poussières ou débris divers n’entrent
dans le circuit hydraulique.

rencontré ne gure pas dans le tableau ci-dessous, cessez d’utiliser l’outil et contactez immédiatement votre revendeur
ou le fabricant pour connaître la démarche à suivre.

soit pas pincé ou écrasé.
Vérier que l’électrovanne est bien active (molette or en position

Purgez les vérins (procédure p.9).
Contactez votre revendeur ou le fabricant. Vous avez besoin d’une
assistance.
Le bouton rouge de la commande a été activé. Faites 1/4 de tour avec
le bouton pour désactiver le bouton arrêt.
Vériez que le poids du véhicule n’est pas > 2500kg.
Vériez que votre véhicule ait ses roues.
Il doit y avoir un espace minimum de 20 mm entre les points de prise
du véhicule et les cales en caoutchouc. Pour un véhicule de 2500kg il
faudra plusieurs centimètres (une dizaine).
Vérier que les rampes soient en position verrouillée. Vous ne devez
jamais laisser les rampes en charge sans avoir au préalable verrouillé
les barres de sécurité.
Vérier que la commande mécanique (molette or) de l’électrovanne
est bien activée. Elle doit être en position basse. Si elle est en position haute cela signie que le circuit est ouvert et que l’huile retourne
automatiquement dans le réservoir (il n’y a donc plus de pression
dans le circuit).

MISE HORS SERVICE
Tout engin qui semble endommagé de quelque façon que ce soit, qui ne fonctionne pas normalement, ou auquel il
manque des pièces devra être mis immédiatement hors service en retirant le cordon secteur de la prise électrique. Ne
l’utilisez pas si vous remarquez que des pièces sont cassées, pliées, ssurées ou endommagées.
MISE AU REBUT
La QUICK LIFT doit être mis au rebut conformément aux directives actuelles relatives à l’environnement et à la mise
au rebut du pays dans lequel il se trouve.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
La garantie couvre tout défaut ou vice de fabrication pendant 2 ans, à compter de la date d’achat (pièces et main
d’œuvre). La garantie exclut les incidents dus à un mauvais usage, chute, démontage ou toute autre avarie due au
transport. La garantie ne couvre pas l’usure normale des pièces si l’entretien n’est pas tenu à jour. Seules les pièces de
rechange provenant de chez le fabricant doivent être utilisées pour eectuer une réparation sur la QUICK LIFT.
Les caractéristiques de charge limite sont indiquées sur les étiquettes apposées sur le bâti. L’utilisateur ne doit pas retirer, salir, ni dégrader ces étiquettes. La garantie sera automatiquement résiliée en cas de falsication de ces étiquettes.
Contactez le revendeur ou le fabricant pour vous en procurer des nouvelles si besoin.
En cas de panne, retournez l’appareil à votre distributeur, en y joignant :
- un justicatif d’achat daté (ticket de sortie de caisse, facture…)

Thank you for choosing GYS In order to obtain maximum satisfaction from your QUICK LIFT lifting platform and for
your safety, please read these operating instructions carefully before rst use and keep them in a safe place for future
reference.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
These operating instructions contain important information for installation in order to ensure proper commissioning and
operational safety of the QUICK LIFT. Complying with the documentation reduces risks and extends the life of the product. This manual contains a form to certify regular security checks. Use the «Regular Security Check» form to archive
the checks. (It is advisable to make a copy of the form before lling it in for the rst time.)
Installation and control:
Safety work and safety checks are reserved exclusively for specially trained persons. These persons are referred to in
this documentation as experts and/or skilled persons.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The QUICK LIFT is a movable hydraulic lift designed in compliance with standards. All data and advice in this manual
have been collected in accordance with its applicable standards and regulations and our extensive knowledge and experience.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible in case of material and physical damage that could lead to
death by:
• Non-compliance with the operating instructions
• Improper or dangerous use
• Use by unskilled persons
• Unauthorized modication of the product
• Insucient maintenance

INTENDED INTENDED USE
The QUICK LIFT is designed for the repair of passenger vehicles. It allows vehicles to be lifted safely. The maximum
load of the QUICK LIFT is 2500 kg.
The QUICK LIFT may only be used by persons who have read and understood the operating instructions.
A safety perimeter must be dened in which no one must be present during the lifting operation (minimum 2m around
the vehicle to allow escape if necessary).
The lifting of persons or other objects is not allowed. No one must be inside the vehicle to be lifted.
The QUICK LIFT must be used inside a work room and protected from bad weather (IP 54, wind, rain and negative
temperature).
The operating temperature range is between 5°C and 40°C maximum. In case of prolonged storage in a place where
the temperature is below 0°C, allow at least 12 hours before use by storing it in the workplace.
Do not use in excessively humid conditions.
This equipment is delivered with a 16 A CEE7/7 type plug and must only be used on a single-phase 220 V (50 Hz)
Never lift loads on sloping ground (>3°). The oor must be at and strong enough to prevent the QUICK LIFT from sinking under the weight of the load (35kg/cm²). Under no circumstances should the Quick Lift be placed on an inspection
hatch on the oor.
It is forbidden to use the QUICK LIFT on a boat/vessel (stability problem).
Thoroughly clean the supporting surface of the vehicle and the rubber pads of the QUICK LIFT before each use.
Remove any grease and oil stains that may cause the vehicle to slide.
Work underneath the vehicle during ascent and descent is not permitted.

Vehicles should only be lifted at the lifting points recommended by the car manufacturers. Make sure that the QUICK
LIFT does not come into contact with areas close to the airbag activation sensors during and after the climb.
Do not place the rubber spacers on an area with plastic lining.
Take care of electrical cables and hydraulic hoses, do not crush them or step on them.
In the event of a violent impact on the load-bearing and/or structural elements of the QUICK LIFT, it is imperative to take
the product out of service and contact your dealer or the manufacturer in order to assess the damage before putting it
back into service.
In case of doubt about the strength of the vehicle structure (presence of rust) - Do not lift the vehicle.
Intended use also includes familiarising yourself with these operating instructions and complying with all the instructions
contained therein, in particular the safety instructions.
Enforce safety and risk prevention standards in the country’s workplaces.
In addition, this also includes the obligation to carry out all inspection and maintenance work at regular intervals.
In the event of improper use of the lift, the operational safety of the QUICK LIFT is not guaranteed.

Damage to persons and property, also on vehicles, caused by improper use of the device is in no way the responsibility
of the manufacturer, but of the operator handling the QUICK LIFT.
QUICK LIFT must not be used in a potentially explosive atmosphere and it is not recommended to work next to a heat
source. The QUICK LIFT was not designed for use in a spray booth.
It is forbidden to use spare parts other than original parts certied by the manufacturer.
Make sure that your QUICK LIFT is in one of the two locked positions before you start working around or underneath.
Also make sure that the wired control unit cannot be manipulated by unauthorized persons.
At the end of a work session, return the vehicle to the ground to avoid operating the QUICK LIFT with a full load for a
long period of time.
PACKAGING AND UNLOADING
In a pocket in the hydraulic power pack, you will nd the QUICK LIFT operating and testing instructions. On delivery,
check for external transport damage. In case of visible damage, leave the goods and packaging as they are. Do not use
the goods and contact your dealer directly. Failing this, a reservation must be made to the carrier.
Unloading can be done either with two people wearing gloves and safety shoes or by means of a forklift truck.
INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION
The operator must be equipped in accordance with the occupational risk prevention standards applicable in his country
and must adopt all necessary measures to maintain safety at his workstation. During manoeuvres, the operator must
ensure his own safety and that of the people and objects around him. The operator must take into consideration all the
recommendations quoted in this manual.
Hydraulic uid is dangerous if splashed in the eyes or if it comes into contact with
blood. In this case, contact your doctor immediately. Never reach over your hand to
check for a hydraulic leak: risk of cut and contamination in the bloodstream that could
lead to death.

Step 1 : Lay the two booms on the ground parallel by aligning the hydraulic hoses.
The ramps are very similar but they are not interchangeable.. The mechanical safety

Step 2 : Place the hydraulic power pack at least 2 meters away from the ramps without connecting it to the electricity
supply. Attach the long hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic power pack. Do not overtighten, the sealing is done automatically with the conical seat of the connections.

Step 3 : The tank of the hydraulic unit is empty. It must be lled with hydraulic oil or automatic transmission uid before
starting operation. Approved uids are general purpose hydraulic oils or synthetic automatic transmission oils with a
viscosity index of 32 cSt at 40°C.
Remove the fuel ller cap and ll it with up to 3.5L of oil through a clean funnel. Check the level and adjust if necessary.
Step 4 : Connect the hydraulic power pack to both booms using the quick couplings.

Step 5 : Turn the 2 ramps upside down and connect the hydraulic power pack electrically to a 220V single-phase socket.
Press the «» button on the remote control to go upwards without stopping (do not extend the cylinder rod to the maximum - maximum height from the ground to the highest point 40cm), press the «» button to go back down to the ground
without stopping. Repeat 2 or 3 times to expel air from the hydraulic system and cylinders.
Flip over the ramps and your QUICK LIFT is ready for use.

SAFTEY AREA
To achieve optimum safety, it is recommended to dene an area in which other objects or walls will
be at a certain distance (2m minimum). All descent, exit and parking manoeuvres must be carried out
with the best possible attention from the operator. Nobody must be stand in the safety area. In order
to guarantee the operator’s safety, the control box must be located at a distance that allows an escape
route in case of emergency.

Once the tool has been removed from its packaging, assembled and positioned on the ground, perform a no-load test
to check the QUICK LIFT’s general operation.
There are two positions for locking the height of the QUICK LIFT, which we will call height 1 and height 2 (max. height)
in the rest of the manual.

First of all, the QUICK LIFT must never be lifted unladen (without load) to the maximum stop (above height 2). The ramps could get stuck and never come down again.
They are designed to support a load during lifting. If this happens to you, please refer
to the paragraph «Abnormalities, Causes, Remedies».

2/ CHECKING THE AMOUNT: use the wired remote control
a. Press the «UP» button until the QUICK LIFT rises a few centimetres (5 to 10 cm max.). Visually check all hydraulic
connections (cylinders, hoses, couplings, power pack) for hydraulic leakage. If you notice a slight leak, tighten the
connection until there is no more leakage. If you see a large leak, immediately press «DN» (down) until the QUICK
LIFT is lowered to the ground. Tighten the connection rmly and repeat the test until there is no more leakage.
It is advisable to place a cardboard box between the oor and the QUICK LIFT and
even at the level of the quick connections in order to identify possible leaks more easily
during the rst start-up.

3/ CHECKING THE SAFETY SYSTEM AT HEIGHT 1:
Press «UP» again and move a few centimetres higher than height 1 so that the safety devices of both ramps protrude a
few centimetres above the locking block at height 1.

Be meticulous when applying a sealing tab or Teon to hydraulic connections. Do not
pollute or clog the hydraulic system. There are lters that could become clogged and
prevent the QUICK LIFT from working properly.
When unladen, there may be a greater oset in the height of the ramps in relation to
each other and therefore in the passage of the locking bars on the blocks. This is nor-
mal. On load, the ramps will be synchronized and the oset will be corrected.

4/ DOWN THE RAMPS TO THE GROUND:
a. Press «UP» to raise the QUICK LIFT by 2-3cm and then raise the safety locking bars with your hand or foot so that the
unlocking cam can come into contact with the ground when it is in its resting position.
b. Make sure both release cams are resting on the ground before pressing «DN» (down).
c. Press «DN» (down) until QUICK LIFT has returned to the initial position.

INSTRUCTIONS
Before lifting a vehicle, make sure the handbrake is released and the vehicle is left in
neutral. The wheels on take-o from the ground need to be free. Otherwise, there is
a risk that the load will slip on the rubber pads and lead to a dangerous and unstable
situation.
Once the tool is correctly positioned under the vehicle, certain rules must be observed:
• Check that no one or bulky objects are inside the safety area. (2 m minimum all around the vehicle).
• Check that the ramps are positioned at the pick-up points given by the car manufacturers. Observe the load distribution
with max. 2/3 at the front of the ramps and max. 1/3 at the back. If in doubt, seek specialist advice.

• Do not lift any loads directly with the ramps. Always use the supplied rubber spacers in the trays provided for this
purpose.
• The centre of gravity of the vehicle to be lifted shall be midway between the rubber chocks and centred between the
ramps.

• It is important to ensure that the ramps are parallel to each other and aligned at the front and rear before lifting the
vehicle. Failure to perform this check could result in vehicle instability and lead to a dangerous situation.

There are two special cases when lifting a vehicle with QUICK LIFT, you should be aware of this:
Case 1:
Do not deploy both ramps at full height when unladen. One way to become familiar with the use of your QUICK LIFT is
to raise and lower the ramps several times without putting a load on them (without a vehicle). The frames can lock at
full height when there is no load and if you force the 2 safety bars beyond height 2 simultaneously. If this happens to
you, contact your dealer or the manufacturer.
Case 2:
Do not attempt to lift a vehicle if there is no deployment space above the ramps. Your QUICK LIFT needs a space of a
few centimetres between the wheel chocks and your car so that the pressure gradually increases and lifts the vehicle.
It won’t be able to lift a vehicle in some cases. It’s not a malfunction. This can be problematic if, for example, you lift
a vehicle and once raised you remove the wheels and return the QUICK LIFT to its original position (on the ground).
When you want to pull the vehicle up, the QUICK LIFT will not be able to do so. In this case contact your dealer or the
manufacturer for assistance.

Please never go below height 1 if the vehicle has the wheels removed. And make sure that both locking bars are locked
if the vehicle is to remain in this position for a long time.
Ramps in lifting position:
When raising and lowering vehicles, always leave your ramps in the locked position using the locking bars. Not all lifts on
the market, including the QUICK LIFT, are designed to hold their full load unless they are placed in the locked position.
For deploying Quick Lift ramps and lifting a vehicle:
a. Verify that the vehicle’s hand brake is o and that there is no gear engaged before deploying the ramps (please refer
to the vehicle manual in some cases for the procedure).
b. Insert the rubber spacers on the ramps and in the areas provided for this purpose.
c. Press and hold the «UP» button on the remote control. The ramps are starting to deploy.
d. Just before the rubber chocks make contact with the vehicle chassis, release the «UP» button.
e. Check the areas where the rubber chocks will come into contact with the vehicle chassis. If necessary, adjust the
rubber lifting wedges at the undercarriage pick-up points (manufacturer’s recommendation).
f. Press the «UP» button on the wired control. When the vehicle leaves the ground, do not stop the deployment of the
ramps until the rst locking position is reached. Never leave a vehicle elevated unless both safety bars are in the locked
position.
g. Test the stability of the vehicle: if this is not the case, return the vehicle to the ground immediately by pressing «DN»
(descend) and check the cause before raising the vehicle.
h. Raise the vehicle to either Lock Height 1 or Lock Height 2. When you have reached the desired locking position, press
«DN» (down) on the remote control to lower and bring both ramps to the locked position.
i. Make sure that both ramps are in the locked position and that all rubber chocks are in contact with the vehicle.
j. Once these 2 points have been checked, carry out a stability test to check that the car is stable..
k. Store the remote control so that it is not used by mistake.
l. It is after these 3 tests that you will be able to work safely around and under the vehicle.

The manufacturer will not assume any civil or criminal liability for damage caused to
persons if the operator does not comply with the above recommendations.
Never stand around or under the QUICK LIFT if you have to remove a heavy object from
the vehicle (engine, gearbox...). The vehicle could become unbalanced and cause the
QUICK LIFT to tip over. Do not take any risks, always be outside the safety zone (minimum 2m) during an ascent or descent manoeuvre.

The ramps are equipped with directional wheels

Descent:
Before carrying out the lowering manoeuvre, check that there are no persons or obstacles in the safety area. Also check that there are no obstacles in the booms, that
the hydraulic hoses and the remote control cable do not obstruct the booms’ descent.
Position yourself so that you have an overview of the situation and can act quickly in
the event of a problem.
Position yourself outside the security perimeter and press the «UP» button on the wired remote control so as to raise
the ramps by 2-3 cm. Without going under the vehicle, with one hand or foot raise the locking bars so that the 2 cams
rest on the ground.
Press «DN» (down) until the ramps return to the initial position. Please make sure that the cams slide smoothly through
each passage of the locking blocks. Otherwise, pull the vehicle up by pressing «UP» to catch up and until you can put
the release cam back on the ground.
The buttons on the remote control always return to their initial position when the operator does not press them to ensure that all manoeuvres are intended. After operating

the remote control, it is strongly recommended that you place it in a place where unauthorized persons or children will not be able to use it.
CONTROLS AND MAINTENANCE
Inspections and maintenance work must be carried out by authorised personnel at the maintenance intervals specied
in this manual. In order to guarantee a long service life and proper use of the QUICK LIFT, the following points must
be observed.

• Turn o the power to your Quick Lift before performing any maintenance..

• The recommended maintenance intervals must be observed «Maintenance table»
• For maintenance work that is not covered or indicated in the operating instructions, contact your distributor and/or
the manufacturer.
Clean the QUICK LIFT at least once a week to remove all dust and dirt that could degrade the proper functioning of the product in the long term. Use auto cleaning cloths.
Do not use any water nor ammable or corrosive liquids.

Visually inspect your QUICK LIFT before each use. Do not use it if you detect damage
or severe wear and tear.
Carry out maintenance work only when the QUICK LIFT is lifted, locked and unloaded.
To disconnect the hydraulic quick couplings make sure that the QUICK LIFT is completely on the ground as shown in the diagram below. Otherwise there will be hydraulic
leakage when disconnecting.
If you feel signicant resistance when trying to disconnect a hydraulic coupling, it
means that pressure is still present. Press "DN" on the remote control to make sure
that there is no more pressure in the circuit and that both ramps are on the ground.

CHECK POINT AND LUBRICATION
All hinge pins are provided with a small hole for lubrication with SAE 90 type oil (uid oil). The 6 lubrication points per
boom are shown opposite.
Check that the axle nuts are correctly tightened (the nuts are tted with a brake to prevent loosening).
TROUBLESHOOTING, CAUSES, SOLUTIONS
Hydraulic Power System Warning: Failure to follow these precautions can result in serious injury and, in rare cases, death.
All connectors must be properly assembled together before using the Quick Lift or applying pressure.
Never attempt to connect or disconnect the couplers while the equipment is in operation or if the hydraulic system is under pressure.
Wear protective equipment (goggles, gloves and safety shoes) when handling the
Quick Lift.
If hydraulic uid comes into contact with the eyes, enters the bloodstream or is swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
Take every precaution to prevent dust or other debris from entering the hydraulic system.
The table below shows the anomalies that can be observed when using the QUICK LIFT. If the problem is not listed in
the table below, stop using the tool and immediately contact your dealer or the manufacturer for instructions.
TROUBLESHOOTING CAUSES
Check that there are no hydraulic leaks or that one of the hoses is not
pinched or crushed.
Ramps deploy abnormally or do not descend well. (Trembling)
Check that the solenoid valve is active (red knob must be in the down
position).
Check that there is sucient hydraulic uid in the tank.
Check that the generating set is working (motor noise).
Bleed the cylinders (procedure p.9).
The ramps are in the maximum position
(unladen, without vehicle) and do not des-
cend.
The ramps do not deploy from their low
position.
Contact your dealer or the manufacturer. You need assistance.
The red button on the remote control has been activated.
Turn the button 1/4 turn to deactivate the stop button.
Check that the weight of the vehicle is not > 2500kg.
Check that your vehicle has its wheels.
There must be a minimum space of 2 to 3 cm between the vehicle's
gripping points and the rubber chocks. For a 2500kg vehicle it will
take several centimetres (about ten).

DEACTIVATION
Any equipment that appears damaged in any way, does not operate normally, or has missing parts should be taken out
of service immediately by removing the power cord from the electrical outlet. Do not use the unit if you notice parts are
broken, bent or cracked.
START-UP
The QUICK LIFT must be disposed of in accordance with the current environmental and disposal guidelines of the
country in which it is located.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Check that the mechanical control (gold knob) of the solenoid valve
is activated. It must be in the down position. If it is in high position it
means that the circuit is open and the oil automatically returns to the
tank (there is no pressure in the circuit).
The fuse of the electrical box has blown. Replace the fuse by a new
one.

The warranty covers any defect or manufacturing defect for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labor). - The
warranty does not cover incidents due to misuse, fall, disassembly or other damage due to transportation. The warranty
does not cover normal wear and tear of parts if maintenance is not kept up to date. Only spare parts from the manufacturer may be used to repair the QUICK LIFT.
The characteristics of maximum load appear on the labels sticked on the product. The user must not remove, dirty or
deface these labels. The warranty will be void if these labels are falsied. Contact the retailer or manufacturer to get
new ones if needed.
In case of failure, return the unit to your distributor together with:
- The proof of purchase (dated bill, ticket ...)
- An explanatory note of the failure.

ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
Diese Bedienungsanleitung enthält wichtige Informationen für die Installation, um eine geeignete und sichere Inbetriebnahme und ein sicheres Funktionieren des QUICK LIFT zu gewährleisten. Die Beachtung der Anleitung vermindert das
Risiko und verlängert die Nutzungsdauer des Produktes. Die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung enthält ein Formular zum
Registrieren der regelmäßigen Sicherheitskontrollen. Benutzen Sie das Formular «Regelmäßige Sicherheitskontrolle»,
um die Kontrollen schriftlich festzuhalten (Es wird empfohlen, eine Kopie des Formulars anzufertigen, bevor mit dem
Ausfüllen begonnen wird).
Aufbau und Kontrolle :

aufgeführten Daten und Hinweise entsprechen den relevanten Normen und Regelungen, sowie unseren Kenntnissen
und Erfahrungen.

SACHGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Der QUICK LIFT ist bestimmt für die Ausführung von Reparaturen an Fahrzeugen. Mit ihm können Fahrzeuge in völliger
Sicherheit angehoben werden. Die maximale Last des QUICK LIFT beträgt 2500 kg.
Der Gebrauch der Hebebühne ist ausschließlich Personen vorbehalten, die die Betriebsanleitung gelesen und verstanden
haben.
Ein Sicherheitsbereich ist festzulegen, in dem sich keine Person während des Hubvorgangs aufhalten darf (Umkreis von
mindestens 2 m, um sich gegebenenfalls zu retten).
Das Heben von Personen oder anderen Objekten ist nicht gestattet. Es darf sich keine Person im anzuhebenden Fahrzeugs aufhalten.
Das Hebesystem darf nur innerhalb eines Arbeitsraums, geschützt vor der Witterung (IP54, Wind, Regen und Minustemperaturen), benutzt werden.
Der Einsatztemperaturbereich liegt zwischen 5 °C und 40 °C. Im Falle einer längeren Lagerung in Räumen unter 0 °C
sind mindestens 12 Stunden Lagerzeit vorzusehen an dem Ort, wo die Vorrichtung zum Einsatz kommt.
Nicht unter Bedingungen mit hoher Feuchtigkeit einsetzen.
Das Gerät besitzt einen Schutzkontaktstecker (Schukostecker) (EEC7/7) mit 16A Netzabsicherung und muss an eine

Niemals Lasten auf schrägen Untergründen mit Neigungswinkel >3° heben. Der Untergrund muss eben und ausreichend
tragfähig sein (35kg/cm²), um zu vermeiden, dass der QUICK LIFT sich unter dem Gewicht der Last in den Untergrund
eindrückt. Keinesfalls darf sich der QUICK LIFT über einer Bodenklappe benden.

Der Einsatz des QUICK LIFT auf Schien ist verboten (Stabilitätsprobleme).
Die Auageäche des Fahrzeugs und die Gummiauagen des QUICK LIFT sind vor Gebrauch gründlich zu reinigen.
Entfernen Sie alle Fett- und Ölecke, die ein Abrutschen des Fahrzeugs verursachen könnten.
Arbeiten unterhalb des angehobenen Fahrzeugs und während des Hebens und Senkens sind nicht zugelassen.
Das Anheben des Fahrzeugs darf nur an den vom Fahrzeughersteller angegebenen Stellen erfolgen. Achten Sie darauf,
dass der QUICK LIFT nicht in Kontakt mit Bereichen nahe der Auslöser von Airbags kommt.
Platzieren Sie die Gummi-Auagepads nicht auf Kunststoteile.
Achten Sie auf elektrische Kabel und hydraulische Leitungen. Diese dürfen weder gedrückt noch betreten werden.
Bei heftigen Stößen und Erschütterungen auf tragende und/oder strukturelle Elemente des QUICK LIFT nehmen Sie das
Gerät unbedingt außer Betrieb, und benachrichtigen Sie Ihren GYS-Fachhändler oder den Hersteller, um die Schäden vor
Wiederinbetriebnahme zu bewerten.
Heben Sie das Fahrzeug nicht an bei Zweifel an der Stabilität der Fahrzeugstruktur (Rost am Fahrzeug).
Der sachgemäße Geräteeinsatz setzt die Kenntnis der beiliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung voraus und die Beachtung aller
darin enthaltenden Hinweise, insbesondere der Sicherheitsanweisungen.

Die Sicherheitsnormen und Regeln zur Risikovorbeugung am Arbeitsplatz des jeweiligen Landes sind zu beachten.
Dies beinhaltet außerdem die Verpichtung, Inspektions- und Wartungsarbeiten in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen durchzuführen.
Im Falle unsachgemäßen Umgangs mit dem Hebesystem ist dessen Betriebssicherheit nicht sichergestellt.
Personen- und Sachschäden, einschließlich denen an Fahrzeugen, die durch unsachgemäße Handhabung der Hebevorrichtung verursacht werden, sind auf keinen Fall dem Hersteller oder GYS anzulasten, sondern der mit dem QUICK LIFT
arbeitenden Person.
Das Hebesystem darf nicht in einem explosionsgefährdeten Bereich benutzt werden. Es ist nicht empfehlenswert, in
der Nähe von Wärmequellen zu arbeiten. Der QUICK LIFT wurde nicht zur Arbeit in einer Lackierwerkstatt entwickelt.
Es ist verboten, andere Ersatzteile als die vom Hersteller zertizierten Originalteile zu benutzen.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der QUICK LIFT sich in einer der beiden verriegelten Positionen bendet, bevor Sie um oder
unter dem Fahrzeug arbeiten. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Fernbedienung nicht von nicht dazu befugten Personen bedient
werden kann.
Am Ende der Arbeiten ist das Fahrzeug wieder auf den Boden herunterzulassen, um den QUICK LIFT nicht über einen
längeren Zeitraum mit voller Last zu belasten.
VERPACKUNG UND AUFBAU
In einer Tüte in der Verpackung der Hydraulikeinheit bendet sich die Betriebsanleitung des QUICK LIFT. Bei Anlieferung
ist die Sendung auf äußerliche, durch den Transport hervorgerufene Mängel zu überprüfen. Bei sichtbarer Beschädigung
belassen Sie die Ware und die Verpackung in ihrem Zustand. Lassen Sie Ware unbenutzt, und setzen Sie sich direkt mit
Ihrem Händler in Verbindung. Andernfalls überreichen Sie dem Transporteur eine Mängelanzeige.
Das Abladen kann erfolgen entweder durch zwei, mit Sicherheitshandschuhen und Sicherheitsschuhen ausgerüsteten
Personen, oder mit Hilfe eines Gabelstaplers.
SCHUTZVORKEHRUNGEN
Der Anwender muss gemäß der im Land geltenden Unfallverhütungsvorschriften ausgerüstet sein und alle notwendigen
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen ergreifen. Während der Arbeiten hat der Anwender auf seine eigene Sicherheit zu achten, aber
auch auf die anderer Personen und Objekten, die sich in der Nähe benden. Alle Empfehlungen in dieser Betriebsanleitung sind zu beachten.

Die Hydrauliküssigkeit ist gefährlich im Falle von Spritzern in die Augen oder bei Vermischung mit Blut. In diesem Fall kontaktieren Sie sofort einen Arzt. Prüfen Sie niemals
mit der Hand nach Leckagen der Hydraulik : es besteht die Gefahr einer Quetschung
und einer Blutvergiftung, welche tödlich enden kann.
INBETRIEBNAHME

Schritt 2 : Legen Sie die Hydraulikeinheit in einer Distanz von mindestens 2 m von den Hubrahmen entfernt ab, ohne
die Hydraulikeinheit an eine Steckdose anzuschliessen. Befestigen Sie die Hydraulikleitungen an der Hydraulikeinheit
(die Orientierung ist unerheblich). Die Verbindung darf nicht zu fest sein, die Abdichtung erfolgt automatisch dank der
konischen Anschlüsse.

Schritt 3 : Der Tank der Hydraulikeinheit ist leer. Er muss mit Hydraulik-Öl oder mit einer Flüssigkeit für Automatikge-
triebe befüllt werden, bevor das Gerät in Benutzung genommen wird. Die zugelassenen Flüssigkeiten sind übliches
Hydraulik-Öl oder synthetisches Öl für Automatikgetriebe mit einer Viskosität von 32 cSt bei 40°C.
Entfernen Sie den Deckel des Tanks und füllen Sie diesen mit maximal 3,5 Liter Öl mit Hilfe eines sauberen Trichters.
Prüfen Sie den Flüssigkeitsstand und fügen Sie diesen bei Bedarf auf.

Schritt 4 : Verbinden Sie die Hydraulikeinheit mit den beiden Hubrahmen mit Hilfe der Schnellkupplungen.
Schritt 5 : Drehen Sie die beiden Hubrahmen um und schliessen Sie die Hydraulikeinheit an eine einphasige Steckdose
mit 220V an.
Drücken Sie die Taste «» der Fernbedienung, um ohne Halt die Hubrahmen aufzurichten (der Kolben des Druckzylinders
darf nicht bis zum Maximum ausfahren – die maximale Höhe über dem Boden beträgt 40cm), drücken Sie auf die Taste
«», um ohne Halt die Hubrahmen abzusenken. Führen Sie diesen Vorgang 2 oder 3 mal aus, um Luft aus der Hydraulik
und den Druckzylindern austreten zu lassen.
Drehen Sie die Hubrahmen um und Ihr QUICK LIFT ist einsatzbereit.

SICHERHEITSBEREICH
Um optimale Sicherheit zu erreichen, wird empfohlen, den Arbeitsbereich in genügend Abstand (min-
destens 2 m) von Gegenständen, Mauern usw. freizuhalten. Bei allen Arbeiten wie Hebe-, Senk- und
Rangiervorgängen müssen vom Bediener mit der grössten Vorsicht vorgenommen werden. Gerät,
Fahrzeug und die Umgebung sind aufmerksam zu beobachten. Im Sicherheitsbereich dürfen sich
keine weiteren Personen aufhalten. Für die Sicherheit des Anwenders muss die Hydraulikeinheit in
einer Entfernung angebracht sein, die im Notfall einen geeigneten Fluchtweg bietet.
INBETRIEBNAHME
Nach dem Auspacken, Montieren und Abstellen des Hebesystems auf dem Boden, führen Sie einen Test zur Überprüfung
der allgemeinen Funktionsfähigkeit des Hebesystems durch.
Es existieren zwei Positionen, in denen der QUICK LIFT verriegelt werden kann. In der Folge benennen wir diese mit
Höhe 1 und Höhe 2 (maximale Höhe).

Der QUICK LIFT darf leer (ohne Last) niemals bis zum oberen Anschlag (über Höhe 2)
aufgerichtet werden. Die Hubrahmen könnten sich blockieren und nicht mehr abgesenkt werden können. Diese wurden entwickelt, um beim Aufrichten eine Last aufzunehmen. Sollte Ihnen dies trotzdem passieren, schlagen Sie bitte in Abschnitt « Betriebsstörungen, Ursachen, Abhilfen » nach.

1/ INBETRIEBNAHME, LEER :
Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel der Hydraulikeinheit mit einer einphasigen 220V-Steckdose.
2/ PRÜFUNG DES AUFRICHTENS : verwenden Sie die Fernbedienung
a. Drücken Sie die Taste « UP » (aufrichten), bis der QUICK LIFT sich einige Zentimeter aufrichtet (5 bis 10 cm maximal).
b. Prüfen Sie, ob es eine Leckage in der Hydraulik gibt (Druckzylinder, Hydraulikleitungen, Anschlüsse, Hydraulikeinheit). Liegt es eine kleine Undichtigkeit vor, so ziehen Sie die Anschlüsse vor. Liegt eine grosse Undichtigkeit vor, so
drücken Sie sofort « DN » (absenken), um den QUICK LIFT auf den Boden abzusenken. Ziehen Sie die Anschlüsse
fest und wiederholen Sie den Test, bis keine Leckage mehr vorliegt.
Wir empfehlen, einen Karton zwischen den Boden und den QUICK LIFT zu legen, und
auch im Bereich der Schnellkupplungen, um Leckagen bei der Inbetriebnahme leichter
zu entdecken.

Gehen Sie sorgfältig vor, wenn Sie eine Dichtmasse oder Teon auf den Hydraulik-Anschlüssen anwenden. Achten Sie darauf, die Hydraulik nicht zu verschmutzen oder zu
verstopfen. Filter können verstopfen und die Funktionsweise des QUICK LIFT beeinträchtigen.

a. Drücken Sie auf « UP » (aufrichten), um den QUICK LIFT um 2-3 cm anzuheben, und heben Sie dann mit Ihrer Hand
oder Ihrem Fuss die Verriegelungsstangen an.
b. Legen Sie die beiden Nocken auf dem Boden ab. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass beide Nocken auf dem Boden auiegen.
Drücken Sie danach « DN » (absenken).
c. Drücken Sie « DN » (absenken), bis der QUICK LIFT in die Ausgangsposition zurückkehrt.

ANWENDUNGSHINWEISE
ACHTUNG: Vor dem Anheben des Fahrzeugs ist sicherzustellen, dass die Handbremse
gelöst und kein Gang eingelegt ist. Die Räder müssen beim Anheben vom Boden frei
sein. Andernfalls besteht das Risiko, dass das Fahrzeug auf den Gummi-Auagepads
abgleitet, was eine gefährliche und instabile Situation hervorruft.
Sobald das Hebesystem unter dem Fahrzeug positioniert ist, beachten Sie die folgenden Regeln :
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine Person oder grösseres Objekt im Sicherheitsbereich (Umkreis von mindestens 2 m
um das Fahrzeug) bendet.
• Prüfen Sie, dass die Hubrahmen so positioniert sind, dass das Anheben des Fahrzeugs an den vom Fahrzeughersteller
angegebenen Stellen erfolgt. Beachten Sie die Lastverteilung: maximal 2/3 der Last vorne auf den Hubrahmen, und
maximal 1/3 hinten auf den Hubrahmen. Lassen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall von einem Experten beraten.
• Heben Sie keine Last direkt mit den Hubrahmen. Es müssen immer die mitgelieferten Gummi-Auagepads dafür eingesetzt werden.
• Der Schwerpunkt des zu hebenden Fahrzeugs muss sich mittig zwischen den Gummi-Auagepads und zwischen den
Hubrahmen benden.

LIFT sein :
Fall 1 :
Richten Sie die Hubrahmen im unbelasteten Zustand nicht auf volle Höhe auf. Um sich mit der Funktionsweise des
QUICK LIFT vertraut zu machen, können Sie die Hubrahmen mehrfach ohne Last aufrichten und absenken. Die Rahmen können in der höchsten Stellung blockieren, wenn keine Last vorliegt und wenn Sie die beiden Verriegelungsstan-

gen gleichzeitig über die Höhe 2 bewegen. Sollte Ihnen dies trotzdem passieren, kontaktieren Sie bitte Ihren Händler
oder den Hersteller.
Fall 2 :
Versuchen Sie nicht, ein Fahrzeug anzuheben, wenn kein Freiraum über den Hubrahmen vorliegt. Ihr QUICK LIFT
erfordert einen Freiraum von einigen Zentimetern zwischen den Gummi-Auagepads und dem Fahrzeug, damit der
Hebedruck allmählich steigen und das Fahrzeug anheben kann. Unter gewissen Bedingungen wird das Fahrzeug nicht
angehoben. Dies ist kein Problem der Funktionsfähigkeit. Dieses Problem kann z.B. auftreten, wenn Sie an einem angehobenen Fahrzeug die Räder entfernen und danach den QUICK LIFT in die Ausgangsposition (auf den Boden) absenken.
Der QUICK LIFT kann das Fahrzeug nicht wieder anheben. In diesem Fall kontaktieren Sie bitte Ihren Händler oder den
Hersteller, um Hilfe zu erhalten.

Achten Sie darauf, niemals unter die Höhe 1 abzusenken, wenn die Räder des Fahrzeugs abgenommen wurden. Achten
Sie ebenfalls darauf, dass die beiden Verriegelungsstangen verriegelt sind, wenn das Fahrzeug längere Zeit in dieser
Position verbleibt.
Hubrahmen in Hebe-Position :
Belassen Sie nach dem Heben und Absenken die Hubrahmen in verriegelter Position mit Hilfe der Verriegelungsstangen.
Alle auf dem Markt verfügbaren Hebesysteme, darunter auch der QUICK LIFT, sind nicht ausgelegt, ihre maximale Last
zu halten, ausser in der verriegelten Position.
Um den QUICK LIFT einzusetzen und ein Fahrzeug zu heben :
a. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Handbremse gelöst ist, und dass kein Gang eingelegt ist, bevor Sie die Hubrahmen einsetzen (in einigen Fällen müssen Sie hierfür die Bedienungsanleitung des Fahrzeugs konsultieren).
b. Legen Sie die Gummi-Auagepads auf die Hubrahmen, in den dafür vorgesehenen Bereichen.
c. Drücken und halten Sie die Taste « UP » (aufrichten) auf der Fernbedienung. Die Hubrahmen beginnen, sich aufzurichten.
d. Lassen Sie die Taste « UP » (aufrichten) los unmittelbar bevor die Gummi-Auagepads das Fahrgestell des Fahrzeugs
berühren.
e. Prüfen Sie die Stellen, wo die Gummi-Auagepads das Fahrgestell des Fahrzeugs aufnehmen werden. Richten Sie
gegebenenfalls die Gummi-Auagepads an den Aufnahmepunkten neu aus (Empfehlungen des Herstellers), ohne dass
Kontakt hergestellt wird. Es muss ein Freiraum von 10 bis 20 mm zwischen den Gummi-Auagepads und den Aufnahmepunkten verbleiben.
f. Drücken Sie die Taste « UP » (aufrichten) auf der Fernbedienung. Das Fahrzeug wird vom Boden abgehoben. Unterbrechen Sie die Bewegung der Hubrahmen nicht, solange die erste Verriegelungsposition nicht erreicht wurde. Belassen
Sie niemals ein Fahrzeug im angehobenen Zustand, ausser, wenn die beiden Verriegelungsstangen sich in einer verrie-
gelten Position benden.
g. Prüfen Sie die Stabilität des Fahrzeugs : sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, muss das Fahrzeug wieder auf den Boden abgelassen werden, indem Sie sofort « DN » (absenken) drücken und die Ursache bestimmen, bevor das Fahrzeug erneut
angehoben werden darf.
h. Heben Sie das Fahrzeug entweder bis zur Verriegelungshöhe 1 an oder bis zur Höhe 2. Sobald Sie gewünschte Verriegelungsposition erreicht haben, drücken Sie die Taste « DN » (absenken) der Fernbedienung, um die beiden Hubrahmen
abzusenken und in die verriegelte Position zu überführen.
i. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die beiden Hubrahmen sich in einer verriegelten Position benden, und dass alle GummiAuagepads in Kontakt mit dem Fahrzeug sind.
j. Sobald diese beiden Aspekte geprüft sind, führen Sie einen Stabilitätstest aus um zu prüfen, ob das Fahrzeug stabil ist.
k. Lagern Sie die Fernbedienung an einem sicheren Ort, damit sie nicht versehentlich oder durch unbefugte Personen
bedient wird.
l. Erst nach diesen drei Überprüfungen kann die Arbeit um und am Fahrzeug gefahrlos begonnen werden.

Der Hersteller übernimmt keine zivilrechtliche und strafrechtliche Haftung bei Personenschäden, wenn der Anwender die Empfehlungen (siehe oben) nicht beachtet.
Es darf sich niemand um oder unter dem QUICK LIFT aufhalten, wenn ein schweres
Objekt (Motor, Getriebe..) in das Fahrzeug bewegt wird. Das Fahrzeug könnte aus dem
Gleichgewicht geraten und der QUICK LIFT kann umkippen. Gehen Sie kein Risiko ein,
halten Sie sich immer ausserhalb des Sicherheitsbereichs (zumindest 2 m) während
des Anhebens und Absenkens auf.

Die Hubrahmen sind mit Lenkrollen ausgestattet, die die Positionierung der Hubrahmen nach vorn, hinten, rechts,
links erleichtern.
Absenken :
Bevor Sie ein Fahrzeug ablassen, stellen Sie sicher, dass sich weder Personen noch Hin-
dernisse im Sicherheitsbereich benden. Prüfen Sie ebenso, dass sich kein Hindernis
in und zwischen den Hubrahmen bendet, dass die Hydraulikleitungen und das Kabel
der Fernbedienung nicht beim Absenken der Hubrahmen erfasst werden. Stellen Sie
sich so, dass Sie die Arbeitsumgebung in ihrer Gesamtheit erfassen und im Falle eines
Problems rasch handeln können.
Halten Sie sich ausserhalb des Sicherheitsbereiches auf und drücken Sie die Taste « UP » der Fernbedienung, um die
Hubrahmen etwa 2-3 cm anzuheben. Ohne sich unter das Fahrzeug zu begeben, heben Sie mit einer Hand oder einem
Fuss die Verriegelungsstangen an, so dass die beiden Nocken auf dem Boden liegen.
Drücken Sie auf « DN » (absenken), bis die Hubrahmen sich in der Ausgangsposition benden. Achten Sie darauf, dass
die Nocken sich unbeeinträchtigt über die Stopper bewegen können. Andernfalls heben Sie das Fahrzeug nochmals an,
indem Sie die Taste « UP » (aufrichten), um die vorige Position wiederherzustellen und bis Sie den Verriegelungsnocken
auf dem Boden ablegen können.

Bei Nichtbetätigung der Tasten der Fernbedienung gehen diese in ihre Ausgangsstellung zurück. Dadurch ist sichergestellt, dass das Hebesystem nur durch bewusste

KONTROLLEN UND WARTUNG
Die Kontrollen und Wartungsarbeiten sind in den in dieser Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen Zeitabständen von geschultem Personal durchzuführen. Um eine lange Lebensdauer und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft des QUICK LIFT zu erlangen,
müssen die folgenden Punkte beachtet werden.
• Unterbrechen Sie die Stromversorgung des QUICK LIFT vor jeder Wartungsarbeit.
• Einzig Original-Ersatzteile (s. Abschnitt «Ersatzteile») dürfen verwendet werden.
• Die empfohlenen Wartungsintervalle (s. Abschnitt «Wartungstabelle») müssen beachtet werden.
• Für nicht in dieser Bedienungsanleitung genannte Wartungsarbeiten kontaktieren Sie Ihren Händler und/oder den
Hersteller.
Handlungen betätigt wird. Nach einer Betätigung der Fernbedienung wird dringend
empfohlen, diese so aufzubewahren, wo unbefugte Personen oder Kinder sie nicht
betätigen können.
Reinigen Sie den QUICK LIFT zumindest einmal wöchentlich, um Staub und Schmutz zu
entfernen. Andernfalls könnte langfristig die Funktionsweise des Geräts beeinträchtigt
werden. Verwenden Sie hierzu selbstreinigende Tücher. Benutzen Sie kein Wasser oder
brennbare oder korrosive Flüssigkeiten.

Führen Sie Wartungsarbeiten nur aus, wenn der QUICK LIFT sich in aufgerichteten Zus-
tand, verriegelt und ohne Last bendet.
Bevor Sie die hydraulischen Schnellkupplungen abnehmen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass
der QUICK LIFT vollständig zusammengeklappt ist, wie auf dem nachfolgenden Bild.
Andernfalls wird sich eine Leckage einstellen bei der Abnahme der Schnellkupplung.
Wenn Sie beim Abnehmen eines hydraulischen Anschlusses einen merklichen Widerstand spüren, so liegt noch ein Druck in der Leitung vor. Drücken Sie auf die Taste «DN»
(absenken) der Fernbedienung, um sicherzustellen, dass kein Druck mehr in der Hydraulik vorliegt und dass die beiden Hubrahmen vollständig zusammengeklappt sind.

Wartungsarbeiten sind in regelmässigen Zeitabständen auszuführen.
Verwenden Sie das Formular «Regelmäßige Sicherheitskontrolle» und «Wartungsprotokoll», um regelmässige
und jährliche Prüfungen zu dokumentieren und archivieren.
Ein Protokoll über den Zustand des QUICK LIFT ist anzufertigen und in Kopie der Betriebsanweisung beizufügen.
Die regelmäßige Sicherheitskontrolle ist von einer geschulten Person durchzuführen. Es wird empfohlen, gleichzeitig
auch die Wartungsarbeiten auszuführen.
KONTROLL- UND SCHMIERSTELLEN
Bewegliche Teile sind mit einem kleinen Loch ausgestattet zwecks Schmierung mit einem Öl des Typs SAE 90 (üssiges Öl). Die 6 Schmierstellen an jedem Hubrahmen sind in diesem Bild angegeben.
Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass die Gewindemuttern der Achsen korrekt festgezogen sind (die Gewindemuttern
verfügen über eine Sicherungsmutter, um ein Lösen zu unterbinden).
FEHLER, HILFSMITTEL, URSACHEN
Warnung bezüglich des Hydraulik-Systems : Missachtung dieser Warnungen kann
schwere Verletzungen und sogar den Tod nach sich ziehen.
Alle Anschlüsse müssen korrekt montiert sein, bevor der QUICK LIFT angewendet oder
ein Druck beaufschlagt wird.
Versuchen Sie niemals, die Anschlüsse an- oder abzunehmen, während das Gerät in
Betrieb ist oder das Hydrauliksystem einen Druck aufweist.
Legen Sie Schutzkleidung an (Schutzbrille, Sicherheitsschuhe und Sicherheitshandschuhe), wenn Sie mit dem QUICK LIFT arbeiten.
Bei Hydrauliküssigkeit in die Augen oder in den Blutkreislauf gelangt oder verschluckt
wird, so suchen Sie sofort einen Arzt auf.
Treen Sie Vorkehrungen, dass kein Staub oder Fremdkörper in den Hydraulikkreislauf
gelangen kann.
Die unten stehende Tabelle führt die beim Betrieb des QUICK LIFT möglichen Betriebsstörungen auf. Wenn das aufgetretene Problem nicht in dieser Tabelle aufgeführt ist, brechen Sie die Verwendung des QUICK LIFT ab und kontaktieren
Sie sofort Ihren Händler oder den Hersteller, um das weitere Vorgehen zu bestimmen.

BETRIEBSSTÖRUNG URSACHEN
Die Hubrahmen entfalten sich nicht auf normale Weise oder senken sich nicht richtig
ab (Zittern).
QUICK LIFT L520E
Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Leckage der Hydraulik vorhanden ist,
und dass die Hydraulikleitungen nicht eingeklemmt oder zerdrückt
werden.
Prüfen Sie, dass das Magnetventil richtig funktioniert (goldfarbiger
Drehregler in unterer Position).
Prüfen Sie, dass sich ausreichend Hydraulik-Öl im Tank bendet
Prüfen Sie, dass der Motor funktioniert (Geräusch des Motors)
Spülen Sie die Druckzylinder (Vorgehen: S. 9).
DE
Die Hubrahmen benden sich in der höchsten Position (leer, ohne Fahrzeug) und
lassen sich nicht absenken.
Die Hubrahmen richten sich aus der zusam-
mengefalteten Position nicht auf.
Die Hubrahmen senken sich allmählich ab,
ohne dass die Fernbedienung betätigt wird.
Beim Einschalten der elektrischen Span-
nung sind die Hubrahmen weder in der
oberen noch in der unteren Position.
Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Händler oder den Hersteller. Die Situation
erfordert externe Hilfe.
Die rote Taste der Fernbedienung wurde betätigt. Drehen Sie die
Taste um eine 1/4 Umdrehung, um die Stop-Taste zu desaktivieren.
Prüfen Sie, dass das Gewicht des Fahrzeugs nicht 2500 kg übersteigt.
Prüfen Sie, dass die Räder am Fahrzeug montiert sind.
Es muss ein Freiraum von zumindest 20 mm verbleiben zwischen den
Aufnahmepunkten des Fahrzeugs und den Gummi-Auagepads. Für
ein Fahrzeug von 2500 kg müssen mehrere Zentimeter verbleiben
(etwa zehn).
Prüfen Sie, dass die Hubrahmen sich in einer verriegelten Position
benden. Sie dürfen niemals die Hubrahmen unter Last belassen,
ohne zuvor die Verriegelungsstangen verriegelt zu haben.
Prüfen Sie, dass die mechanische Steuerung des Magnetventils
(Drehregler) aktiviert wurde. Sie muss sich in der unteren Position
benden. Bendet sie sich in der oberen Position, so bedeutet dies,
dass der Kreislauf oen ist, und dass Öl automatisch in den Tank
zurückiesst (es liegt kein Druck im Kreislauf vor).
Die Sicherung der Elektrik ist durchgebrannt. Wechseln Sie die Sicherung aus.
AUSSERBETRIEBNAHME
Jedes Gerät, das auf irgendeine Weise beschädigt erscheint, nicht richtig funktioniert, oder an dem Teile fehlen, muss
sofort ausser Betrieb genommen werden durch das Ziehen des Netzkabels. Benutzen Sie die Hebesystem nicht, wenn
Sie merken, dass Teile gebrochen, verbogen, gerissen oder beschädigt sind.
ENTSORGUNG
Der QUICK LIFT ist fachgerecht zu entsorgen, gemäß den aktuellen Umweltvorschriften und gültigen Regeln des
Landes, in dem es sich bendet.
GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
Die Garantieleistung erfolgt ausschließlich bei Fabrikations- oder Materialfehlern, die binnen 2 Jahren nach Kauf angezeigt werden (Ersatzteile und Reparatur). Die Garantieleistung erfolgt nicht bei Defekten, die durch unsachgemäßen
Gebrauch, Sturz, harte Stöße sowie durch nicht autorisierte Reparaturen oder durch Transportschäden hervorgerufen
worden sind. Keine Garantie wird für normalen Verschleiß gegeben. Nur die Original-Ersatzteile des Herstellers dürfen
für eine Reparatur des QUICK LIFT verwendet werden.
Die zulässige Grenzlast ist auf den am Gerät angebrachten Etiketten genannt. Diese Etiketten dürfen weder entfernt,
verschmutzt oder beschädigt werden. Die Garantieleistung wird automatisch verweigert im Falle einer Veränderung dieser Etiketten. Kontaktieren Sie im Bedarfsfall Ihren Händler oder den Hersteller, um neue Etiketten zu erhalten.
Für eine Reparatur übersenden Sie das Gerät Ihrem Händler, und fügen Sie bei :
- einen datierten Kaufbeleg (Kassenbeleg, Rechnung…)
- eine Erläuterung der Fehlfunktion.
- eine Kopie der «Regelmäßige Sicherheitskontrolle»

о регулярных проверках безопасности. Используйте форму «Регулярная проверка безопасности» для
архивации проверок (желательно сделать копию формы до ее первого заполнения).

QUICK LIFT это перемещаемый пневматический подъемник с траверсой, разработанный в соответствии с

ПРЕДУСМОТРЕННОЕ СООТВЕТСТВЕННОЕ ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ
QUICK LIFT предназначен для использования в ремонтных цехах для легковых автомобилей. Оно позволяет
безопасно поднимать транспортные средства. Максимальная грузоподъемность QUICK LIFT 2500 кг.
Подъемник может быть использован только лицами, которые прочли и поняли данную инструкцию.
Необходимо определить периметр безопасности, внутри которого никто не должен находиться во время операции
подъема (как минимум 2 м вокруг автомобиля, чтобы при надобности можно было убежать).
Поднимать людей или различные предметы строго запрещено. Внутри поднимаемого автомобиля не должно
никого находиться.
Подъемник должен использоваться в рабочем помещении, защищенным от неблагоприятных погодных условий
(ветер, дождь и отрицательные температуры).
Температурные пределы использования данного оборудования от 5°C до 40°C максимум. В случае долгого
хранения в месте с температурой ниже 0°C подождите как минимум 12 часов перед его использованием,
предварительно переместив его в рабочее помещение.
Не использовать в условиях повышенной влажности.
Данное оборудование поставляется с вилкой 16 A типа CEE7/7 и должно быть подключено только к однофазной
электрической установке 230 В (50Гц)
Никогда не поднимайте груз на наклонной поверхности (>3°). Пол должен быть ровным и достаточно прочным,
чтобы колеса не вдавливались под весом автомобиля. Ни в коем случае нельзя устанавливать Quick Lift на
смотровой люк, который находится на земле.

Запрещается использовать подъемник в лодке / на судне (проблема стабильности).
Тщательно очищайте опорную поверхность автомобиля и каучуковых подошв подъемника перед каждым
использованием.
Удалите жирные и масляные пятна, чтобы автомобиль не соскальзывал.
Работать под автомобилем во время его подъема и опускания строго запрещено.
Поднимать автомобилей можно только за зоны подъема, рекомендованные производителями автомобиля.
Внимательно проверьте, чтобы траверса не контактировала с зонами близкими к датчикам срабатывания
подушек безопасности во время и после подъема автомобиля.
Не размещайте резиновые прокладки на участке с пластиковой отделкой.
Следите за электрическими кабелями и гидравлическими шлангами, не давите и не наступайте на них.
В случае сильного удара по несущим и/или структурным элементам подъемника необходимо тут же снять его с
эксплуатации и связаться с дистрибьютором, чтобы определять ущерб перед тем, как снова использовать его.
В случае сомнений относительно прочности структуры автомобиля (присутствие ржавчины) - Не поднимайте
автомобиль.

Соответственное применение также подразумевает ознакомление с настоящей инструкцией и соблюдение всех
описанных правил использования, в частности правил безопасности.
Соблюдайте нормы безопасности и предупреждения рисков на рабочих местах вашей страны.
Также это подразумевает обязательство регулярно производить все проверочные работы и техобслуживание.
В случае неправильного использования лифта безопасность эксплуатации QUICK LIFT не гарантируется.
Производитель не несет ответственности за телесные повреждения или материальный ущерб, в том числе и
повреждение самого автомобиля. Вся ответственность за это лежит на операторе, который использует этот
подъемник.
Подъемник не должен быть использован в потенциально взрывоопасной атмосфере. Не советуется также
работать возле источника тепла. QUICK LIFT не предназначен для использования в покрасочной камере.
Запрещается использовать запчасти иные, чем оригинальные и сертифицированные производителем.
Убедитесь, что ваш QUICK LIFT находится в одном из двух заблокированных положений, прежде чем начать
работать вокруг или под ним. Также убедитесь, что проводное управление не может быть выполнено
посторонними лицами.
В конце работы опустите автомобиль на землю, чтобы подъемник не находился под нагрузкой в течение
длительного времени.
УПАКОВКА И ВЫГРУЗКА
Инструкции по использованию и управлению QUICK LIFT содержатся в кармане, который находится на упаковке
гидравлического блока. При получении груза проверьте, что нет внешних повреждений из-за транспортировки.
В случае видимых повреждений оставьте груз и упаковку нетронутыми. Ни в коем случае не используйте
оборудование и сразу свяжитесь с вашим поставщиком. Также, нужно обязательно информировать перевозчика,
об имеющихся проблемах, и указать при получении груза.
Разгрузка может быть осуществлена двумя людьми в перчатках и защитной обуви или с помощью вилочного
погрузчика.
ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНАЯ ЗАЩИТА
Оператор должен носить средства индивидуальной защиты в соответствии с нормами предупреждения
профессиональных рисков, действующими в его стране, и должен принять все необходимые меры для
поддержания безопасности рабочего места. Во время операций с подъемником оператор должен обеспечить
свою собственную безопасность и безопасность людей и предметов, находящихся поблизости. Он должен
