DISASSEMBLY OF SUPPORT
1- Retirer les vis qui tiennent le crochet et dévisser le collier qui maintient la gaine
1- Remove the screws that hold the hook and unscrew the collar that holds the sheath.
2- Dévisser les deux coques de la pince
2- Unscrew the two shells of the clamp

3- Retirer les vis qui maintiennent le support de bras C pour pouvoir le retirer
3- Remove the screws holding the arm support C in order to remove it.

REMONTAGE SUPPORT
REASSEMBLING THE BRACKET
Refaire la manipulation dans le sens inverse
Repeat the procedure in the opposite direction
Serrer les 4 Vis M6 qui maintiennent le support au vérin à 11N.m
Serrer les 2 vis M8 qui maintiennent le support à la partie transformateur à 18N.m
Tighten the 4 M6 screws that hold the bracket to the cylinder to 11N.m
Tighten the 2 M8 screws that hold the support to the transformer part to 18N.m

Veuillez lire attentivement les consignes qui suivent. Un mauvais
serrage ou réglage des bras de la pince en C peut entraîner une
surchaue importante du bras et de la pince et les détériorer de
manière irrémédiable. les anomalies dues à un mauvais montage ne sont pas couvert par la garantie
Please read the following instructions carefully. Incorrect tightening or adjustment of the C-clamp arms can lead to severe
overheating of the arm and the clamp and cause irreparable
damage.
- Mettre la machine hors tension, en coupant le disjoncteur ou
choisir le mode pince.
- Tirer la goupille de verrouillage qui permet la sur ouverture du
bras.
- Switch o the machine by switching o the circuit breaker or
select the clamp mode.
- Pull the locking pin which allows the arm to be opened.
- Déconnecter les tuyaux de liquide de refroidissement et
déverrouiller le levier
- Disconnect the coolant hoses and unlock the lever
- retirer le bras de la pince
- prendre un autre bras, mettre de la graisse contact
ref.05440 sur les surfaces du bras et du support qui sont en
contact. Insérer le bras dans support.
- remove the arm from the pliers
- take another arm, put some contact grease
ref.05440 on the surfaces of the arm and the support that are in
contact. Insert the arm into the holder.

INSTALLATION PARTICULIÈRE DES BRAS C2 ET C8
SPECIAL INSTALLATION OF C2 AND C8 ARMS
ces bras nécessitent le changement de l’allonge. Desserrer l’allonge courte avec une clé plate et la retirer sans oublier
l’injecteur, puis récupérer le liquide de refroidissement contenu dans l’axe de la pince.
Centrer l’injecteur long dans l’axe de la pince (Attention : côté biseauté à l’extérieur), puis l’insérer manuellement (1).
Venir positionner l’allonge longue et la visser sur l’axe de la pince (couple 15Nm max) (2).
These arms require the extension to be replaced. Loosen the short extension with a spanner and remove it without
forgetting the injector, then recover the coolant contained in the axis of the clamp.
Centre the long injector in the axis of the clamp (Caution: bevelled side outside), then insert it manually (1). Position
the long extension and screw it on the clamp axis (torque 15Nm max) (2).

- Baisser le bouton de blocage qui permet la sur ouverture
- Tirer la molette de réglage 2 et la tourner pour qu’elle pose
sur la goupille .
- Serrer la bague crantée 4 à la main puis tourner la molette de
réglage 2 pour qu’elle retourne dans son logement et empêche
la bague crantée de tourner.
- Lower the locking knob which allows the over opening
- Pull out the adjustment knob 2 and turn it so that it rests on
the pin 3 .
- Tighten the toggle ring 4 by hand and then turn the adjustment knob 2 so that it returns to its seat and prevents the
toggle ring from turning.
- Serrer le levier à la main, et vérier qu’il n’est pas en butée
contre sa n de course. Si c’est le cas, reprendre les indications
de l’étape précédente.
- Tighten the lever by hand, and check that it does not come to
rest against its end position. If it is, repeat the instructions in the
previous step.
Attention : Risque d’usure prématurée du bras et de la pince si
le levier est mal serré.
- Vérier le niveau du liquide de refroidissement
- Contrôler les vis et le levier, un mauvais serrage peut entrainer
une détérioration du matériel.
- Mettre la machine sous tension.
Caution: Risk of premature wear of the arm and clamp if the
lever is not tightened properly.
- Check the coolant level
- Check the screws and the lever, a bad tightening can lead to a
deterioration of the material.
- Switch on the machine.

CONTRÔLE PÉRIODIQUE DE LA PINCE
PERIODIC CHECK OF THE CLAMP
Le serrage des vis suivantes doit être contrôlé périodiquement (tous les mois) :

The following screws should be checked periodically (monthly) for tightness:
Screws securing the arm support to the clamp body
Ces 4 vis assurent la xation du support de bras sur le corps de
la pince ; leur bon serrage garantit une bonne transmission du
courant de soudage. Un mauvais serrage entraîne une perte de
courant de soudage, et au pire peut endommager de manière
irréversible le support de bras ou le corps de la pince.
These 4 screws secure the arm support to the clamp body and
ensure that the welding current is transmitted correctly. Incorrect
tightening will result in a loss of welding current and, in the worst
case, may cause irreversible damage to the arm support or the
clamp body.
In the worst case, the arm support or the clamp body can be irreversibly damaged.
