Usage conditions and restrictions
To prevent any injuries, the following safety precautions should be observed in the installation, use, servicing and maintenance of equipment. Before operating this equipment, please read this manual completely, and keep it nearby for future reference.
• Take notice of all the warnings.
• Do not use this TV near water.
• Clean only with a dry cloth.
• Do not block any of the ventilation openings.
• Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other TV’s
(including ampliers) that produce heat.
• Do not alter the grounding type plug provided with the TV. A grounding type plug has two
blades and a third grounding prong. The third prong is provided for your safety. When the provided plug does not t into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
• Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience
receptacles, and the point where they exit from the TV.
• Only use the attachments/accessories specied by the manufacturer.
Use only with a cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specied by the manufacturer, or sold
with the TV.
• Unplug this TV during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
• The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

If a television is not positioned in a suciently stable location, it can be potentially hazardous due to falling. Many injuries, particularly to children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions such as:
Securely attaching the TV to the wall mount fastened on the wall.
Only using furniture that can safely support the television.
Ensuring the television is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
Educating children about the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the TV controls.
Not standing the TV on cloth or other materials placed between the television and
supporting furniture.

1. Press “STANDBY” button to turn standby mode on or o.
2. Press “SOURCE” to select the input source.
3. Press “MENU” to bring up the main menu on the screen.
4. Press “CH+” or “CH-” to scan through channels.
5. Press “VOL+” or “VOL-” to increase or decrease the volume.
6. POWER INDICATOR: Show red in standby mode, show green when your TV is switched on.

Basic Installation
Power Cord Connection
- Connect the power cord correctly as shown.
- Press the STANDBY switch of your LED TV to switch the unit on. The power indicator on the
front panel lights up in green.
Antennas Connection
To ensure good picture and sound, TV antenna system needs to be installed. The antenna system as shown can be sourced from TV equipment shops, which will provide service for correct installation and connections. After installation, insert the 75-OHM antenna plug into the antenna socket as shown.

Power Cord Connection
- Connect the power cord and power adaptor correctly as shown.
- Press the STANDBY switch of your LED TV to switch the unit on. The power indicator on the front panel lights up in green or blue.
Antennas Connection
To ensure good picture and sound, a TV antenna system needs to be installed. The antenna system as shown can be sourced from TV equipment shops, which will provide service for correct installation and connections. After installation, insert the 75-OHM antenna plug into the antenna socket as shown.

YPbPr Connection
Connect the YPbPr output of the DVD or VCR to the YPbPr input on the TV. The picture quality is improved compared to connecting a regular VCR to the video input. Connect the Audio output of the DVD or VCR to the Audio input socket on the set using the RCA cable. Match
the sockets’ colours: Y is green, Pb is blue, Pr is red. Audio left is white and Audio right in red.
Select YPbPr input source using the SOURCE button on the remote control.

AV Connection
Connect the VIDEO and AUDIO output socket of the DVD or VCR to the AV IN socket on the set using the RCA cable (Yellow [video],White and Red [left and right audio]). Select the AV input source using the SOURCE button on the remote control.

YPbPr Connection

Connect the RGB output of the PC to the VGA socket on the set. Connect the AUDIO output of the PC to the PC AUDIO socket on the set. Select the PC input source using the SOURCE button the remote control.

HDMI connection allows the user to transfer both audio and video control signals through one cable only. These signals are transferred in digital.

Coax Connection
Connect the Coaxial output of the TV to the Coaxial (S/PDIF) input on the amplifier. Your amplifier must have the corresponding decoding functions to decode the signal coming from the TV.

1. Open the cover.
2. Your remote requires 2X AAA Batteries. When inserting the batteries, make sure correct polarity marks”+”and “-” on the batteries match the diagram as shown within the battery compartment.
3. Replace the battery cover.
To prevent battery leakage which may result in bodily injury or damage to the remote:
1. Install all batteries correctly, and as marked on the remote control.
2. Do not mix batteries: (OLD and NEW or CARBON and ALKALINE, etc) Remove batteries when the remote is not used for a long time.

Press SOURCE button on the remote control to display the input source list. Press / button to select the input source you want to watch. Press OK button to enter the input source. Press EXIT button to quit.

Press / button to select Picture Mode, then press OK button to enter sub-menu. Press / button to select. (Available Picture mode: Dynamic, Standard, Mild, Personal).
You can change the value of contrast, brightness, color and sharpness when the picture is in Personal mode. TIPS: You can press PMODE button on the remote control to change the Picture Mode directly.

USB Device Setup
Before use the Recording and Timeshift functions, you should insert a USB device and format it in the USB Host port at the connection panel of the TV set.
IMPORTANT: The setup will format the USB device, therefore all the data stored in the device will be lost. We strongly recommend to save the content of your USB device to your PC before starting configuration.
Press MENU button to access the PVR SETTINGS menu under the SETUP submenu. Use the / button and then press OK button to select and access the DEVICE LIST interface.
Follow the next steps to format the USB device:
Use / button to select the disk partition that you wish to use for Recording and Timeshift functions, and then press the RED button to start formatting the selected partition.

Timeshift
Using Timeshift function you will be able to pause a live broadcast and move backwards and forwards in the TV transmission.
To start the Timeshift function press PLAY/PAUSE button on the remote control. The image will freeze and the buer will start to store information. The available buer time will depend on the quality of the broadcasting and the free space on the USB device.
Press PLAY button to start viewing the programme from the point it was paused, and use the remote keys assigned to playback mode to perform playing functions such as fast forward, rewind, pause, etc.
When watching a TV program in Timeshift mode, the following information will be displayed on the screen:

Timeshift

Attaching the base
Place the screen face down on a protective surface. Place the stand on the neck of the TV and insert metal disc and tighten the screws (found in the accessories box) in the circled area with the screw drive provided.

To remove the stand, remove the screws in the circled area and the neck will come off.

If you are mounting the device, please consult a qualified installer for further instructions on bracket support and wall support.

Maintaining your TV
If you clean your TV carefully and regularly, it helps your TV to last longer. Make sure you turn the power off and unplug the power cord on your TV before you begin to clean it.
Cleaning the screen
1. Here’s a great way to keep the dust o your screen. Wet a soft cloth in a mixture of lukewarm water and a small amount of fabric softener or washing-up liquid. Wring the
cloth until it’s almost dry and then use it to wipe the screen.
2. Make sure there is no excess water on your TV when you have nished cleaning it.
Cleaning the plastic parts of your TV
Wipe the plastic parts of your TV with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use a wet cloth.
If you are going to be away for a while
If you are not going to use your TV for a while (such as when you go on holiday), you should unplug the power cord from the socket and disconnect your aerial to protect your TV against possible damage from lightning or power surges.

No picture, no sound 1. Check that you have connected the TV power

This is normal. The image takes a few seconds to appear after you have switched the TV on. Please contact your service centre if picture has not appeared after five minutes.
