die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen sind.
Bei Geltendmachung eines Mangels im Sinne der
Gewährleistung ist der original Kaufbeleg mit Verkaufdatum
beizufügen.

Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind unsachgemäße
Anwendungen, wie z. B. Überlastung des Gerätes,
Gewaltanwendung, Beschädigungen durch Fremdeinwirkung
oder durch Fremdkörper. Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchs- und
Aufbauanleitung und normaler Verschleiß sind ebenfalls von
der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.

Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise

Die Bedienungsanleitung muss vor der ersten Anwendung
des Gerätes ganz durchgelesen werden.

 Unbedingt darauf achten, dass der Arbeitsraum gut

belüftet ist.

 Schutzkleidung, insbesondere Atemschutz und

Schutzbrille tragen.

 Die Spritzpistole nicht zweckentfremden.
 Vorsicht mit brennbaren Materialien.
 Druckluftwerkzeuge vor Kindern sichern.
 Nur ausgeruht und konzentriert zu Werke gehen.
 Die Pistole nie gegen Menschen oder Tiere richten.
 Druckluftanschluss nur über eine Schnellkupplung.
 Arbeitsdruckeinstellung muss über einen Druckminderer

erfolgen.

 Als Energiequelle keinen Sauerstoff oder brennbare

Gase verwenden.

 Nur Originalersatzteile verwenden.
 Vor Wartung und Störungsbeseitigung Gerät von der

Druckluftquelle trennen.
Reinigungsmittel und Farbreste müssen umweltgerecht
entsorgt werden.

Verhalten im Notfall

Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend notwendigen
Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern Sie schnellst
möglich qualifizierte ärztliche Hilfe an. Bewahren Sie den
Verletzten vor weiteren Schädigungen und stellen Sie diesen
ruhig. Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte

immer ein Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am
Arbeitsplatz griffbereit vorhanden sein. Dem
Verbandskasten entnommenes Material ist sofort wieder
aufzufüllen. Wenn Sie Hilfe anfordern, machen Sie
folgende Angaben:

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Diese Spritzpistole ist eine handliche, druckluftbetriebene
Lackierpistole für den Einsatz im Heimwerker- und
Profibereich. Sie eignet sich besonders zum Lackieren von
mittelgroßen Flächen und Spot-Repair Lackierungen. Die
Farbe wird dabei mit dem Luftstrom sehr fein zerstäubt und
auf das Spritzobjekt aufgetragen.
Das Spritzbild kann durch die Einstellung von Rund- und
Breitstrahl entsprechend dem Spritzobjekt angepaßt werden.
Bei der Breitstrahleinstellung für größere Flächen kann der
Luftkopf stufenlos in vertikale oder horizontale Stellung
gebracht werden.

Restgefahren und Schutzmaßnahmen

Gefährdung durch Werkstoffe und andere Stoffe
Kontakt, Einatmung
Bei großer Farbpartikelentwicklung kann dies zu
Schädigungen der Lunge führen. Emission
gesundheitsschädliche Farbpartikel beim Betrieb ohne
Absaugung.

Beim Arbeiten mit dem Gerät muss immer eine
Staubschutzmaske getragen werden. Idealerweise sollte eine
Absaugung vorhanden sein.

Vernachlässigung ergonomischer Grundsätze
Unangemessene örtliche Beleuchtung
Mangelhafte Beleuchtung stellt ein hohes
Sicherheitsrisiko dar.

Sorgen Sie bei der Arbeit mit dem Gerät immer für
ausreichende Beleuchtung.

Entsorgung

Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den
Piktogrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung
aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung der einzelnen
Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel „Kennzeichnungen auf
dem Gerät“.

Anforderungen an den Bediener

Der Bediener muss vor Gebrauch des Gerätes aufmerksam
die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.

Qualifikation

Außer einer ausführlichen Einweisung durch eine
sachkundige Person ist keine spezielle Qualifikation für den
Gebrauch des Gerätes notwendig.

Mindestalter

Das Gerät darf nur von Personen betrieben werden, die das

16. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.
Eine Ausnahme stellt die Benutzung als Jugendlicher dar,
wenn die Benutzung im Zuge einer Berufsausbildung zur
Erreichung der Fertigkeit unter Aufsicht eines Ausbilders
erfolgt.

Schulung

Die Benutzung des Gerätes bedarf lediglich einer
entsprechenden Unterweisung. Eine spezielle Schulung ist
nicht notwendig.

Bedienung

Niemals Nahrungsmittel oder Chemikalien

sprühen!

Farbbecher und Luftschlauch müssen fest und dicht an die
Lackierpistole angeschlossen sein.
Der optimale Luftdruck zum lackieren liegt je nach Viskosität
und Verarbeitungszustand der Farbe bei 3 – 3,5 bar. (ggf.
Ermitteln)

Ein optimales Farbbild erreicht man durch einen Abstand von
ca. 15 – 20 cm. Zu geringer Abstand und zu schnelle oder zu
langsame Bewegungen führen zu einem schlechten Farbbild.

Tipp: Nehmen Sie sich ein Stück Karton und machen Sie
vor jeder Arbeit eine Sprühprobe.

ACHTUNG: IMMER ZUERST DIE ÜBERLAST­UNGSSICHERUNGEN ÜBERPRÜFEN !

Der Farbstrahl wird unterbrochen oder spritzt stoßweiße.

1. Zu wenig Farbe im Behälter.

Sprühweg

Inspektion und Wartung

Nach Gebrauch muss die Spritzpistole immer gründlich
sauber gemacht werden. Dazu den Becher mit unverdünntem
Lösungsmittel füllen und mit der Pistole auf eine Lappen oder
eine saugfähige Fläche sprühen, bis sich keine Farbreste
mehr im Lösungsmittel feststellen lassen. Die Pistole von
außen mit einem mit Lösungsmittel befeuchteten Lappen
sauber machen. Um die Pistole gründlich sauber zu machen,
die Farbregulierung Kontermutter (4) komplett
herausschrauben und dabei auf die Feder achten. Dann den
Spieß der Düse herausziehen, den vorderen Ring (11)
abschrauben und den gelochten Kopf der Düse (10)
herausnehmen. Mit einem Schlüssel die Düse abschrauben.
Alle Komponenten einige Stunden lang in einen Behälter mit
unverdünntem Lösungsmittel legen. Die Teile sorgfältig
abtrocknen und die Pistole wieder zusammenbauen.
Dabei in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie beim
Auseinanderbauen vorgehen.

Sicherheitshinweise für die Inspektion und Wartung

Nur ein regelmäßig gewartetes und gut gepflegtes Gerät kann
ein zufriedenstellendes Hilfsmittel sein. Wartungs- und
Pflegemängel können zu unvorhersehbaren Unfällen und
Verletzungen führen.

Detergents and the colour remainders should be disposed of
in an environment friendly way.

Emergency Action

Apply the first aid adequate to the injury and get qualified
medical assistance as quickly as possible. Protect the
injured person from more accidents and calm him/her down.

For the sake of eventual accident, in accordance with
DIN 13164, a workplace has to be fitted with a first-aid
kit. It is essential to replace any used material in the
first-aid kit immediately after it has been used. If you

This spray gun is lightweight pneumatically driven, a
varnishing gun for DIY and professional purposes. It is
suitable for varnishing mid-sized areas and minor repairs. The
paint is sprayed with a stream of air very finely and applied on
the article to be sprayed. .
The spray application may be adjusted owing to setting of the
circular and wide beam. The airhead may be shifted vertically
or horizontally when the broad beam is adjusted for larger
areas.

exhaustion. Always wear a respirator. Ideally, provide for

hazard. Always provide for sufficient lighting when working

with the unit.

Disposal instructions are given by pictographs on the unit or
packaging. For meaning of individual symbols refer to chapter

Operator Requirements

The operator shall read the instruction manual carefully
before using the unit.

Qualification

No special qualification is required for use of the unit except
for detailed direction by a professional.

Minimum Age

Only persons above 16 years of age are allowed to work with
the unit. .
Exempted from the provision is the use of the juvenile
trainees if they work in the course of their professional training
with an aim to obtain the skill under trainer supervision.

Training

Use of the unit requires adequate lesson by a professional or
the use of the manual only. Special training is not required.

Transportation and Storage

Assembly and Initial Operation

The spray gun is fully assembled.

Operation

Never spray foodstuff or chemicals!

The paint can and air hose must be attached to the spray gun
firm and tight.

The optimum air pressure for varnishing is 3 – 3.5 bar subject
to viscosity and the paint process condition (to be found out if
necessary)

The optimum spray application is at a distance of 15 – 20 cm
approximately. Too small distance and too fast or too slow
moves make the spray application poor.

Tip: Make a test spray on a piece of cardboard before every
application. .

Caution: Always check on overheating protection first!

The paint beam is intermittent or spasmodic.

1. Too little paint in the can.

2. The gun held aslant.

3. The part with paint blocked.

4. Loosened/damaged nozzle

Inspections and servicing

After being used, the spray gun must always be cleaned
thoroughly. Pour in undiluted solvent to the container and
spray with the gun on the cloth or absorbent surface until
there is no more remaining paint in the solvent. Clean the gun
from the outside with a cloth soaked in the solvent. Before
cleaning the gun thoroughly, fully unscrew the paint control
lock nut (4) while looking out for the spring. Then, pull out the
nozzle needle, unscrew the front ring (11) and remove the
nozzle (10) punched head. Unscrew the nozzle using the
spanner. Put all the components to a container with undiluted
solvent for a few hours. Dry out the components thoroughly
and refit the gun.
In doing so, proceed in the reverse order than when
dismantling.

Inspections and Maintenance Safety Instructions

Only a unit maintained and cared for regularly may be a
satisfactory aid. Lack of maintenance and care may result in
unforeseen accidents and injuries.

Conduite en cas d’urgence

Effectuez les premiers gestes de secours et appelez
rapidement les premiers secours. Protégez le blessé
d’autres blessures et calmez-le. Pour des raisons de

risque d’accident, le lieu de travail doit être équipé
d’une armoire à pharmacie selon DIN 13164. Il est
nécessaire de compléter immédiatement le matériel
pris dans l’armoire à pharmacie. Si vous appelez les

Ce pistolet-pulvérisateur est un pistolet à vernir à
entraînement pneumatique pour bricoleurs et professionnels.
Il convient en particulier au vernissage de moyennes surfaces
et aux petites réparations. La peinture est finement pulvérisée
par air et déposée sur l’objet pulvérisé.
La pulvérisation peut être adaptée à l’objet pulvérisé grâce au
réglage du jet circulaire ou large. Lors du réglage du jet large
pour grandes surfaces, il est possible de déplacer
verticalement ou horizontalement en continu la tête à air.

Transport et stockage

Montage et première mise en service

Le pistolet-pulvérisateur est déjà complètement monté.

Manipulation

Ne pulvérisez jamais des aliments ou des produits

chimiques !

Le récipient à peinture et le tuyau d’air comprimé doivent être
solidement raccordés au pistolet-pulvérisateur, le raccord doit
être étanche.

La pression d’air optimale pour le vernissage dépend de la
viscosité et de l’état de la peinture, elle s’élève à 3 – 3,5 bars.
(informez-vous)

Vous obtiendrez une pulvérisation optimale à une distance de
15 – 20 cm. Une distance trop petit et des mouvements trop
lents proquent une mauvaise pulvérisation.

Conseil : Prenez un bout de carton et effectuez un essai
avant chaque travail.

Révisions et entretien

Le pistolet de pulvérisation doit être nettoyé soigneusement
après chaque utilisation. Versez dans le récipient un
dissolvant non dilué et pulvérisez avec le pistolet sur un
chiffon ou une surface absorbante jusqu’à ce que le
dissolvant ne contienne plus de peinture. Nettoyez l’extérieur
du pistolet avec un chiffon imbibé de dissolvant. Avant le
nettoyage minutieux du pistolet, dévissez le contre-écrou de
régulation de peinture (4) et faisant attention au ressort.
Retirez ensuite l’aiguille de la buse, dévissez l’anneau
frontal (11) et retirez la tête perforée de la buse (10).
Dévissez la buse à l’aide d’une clé. Mettez tous les
composants pour plusieurs heures dans un récipient avec
dissolvant non dilué. Séchez soigneusement les
composantes et assemblez à nouveau le pistolet.
Procédez alors dans l’ordre inverse.

Consignes de sécurité relatives aux révisions et à

Seul un appareil régulièrement entretenu et traité peut donner
satisfaction. Un entretien insuffisant peut engendrer des
accidents et des blessures.

Čisticí prostředky a zbytky barvy musí být ekologicky
zlikvidovány.

Chování v případě nouze

Zaveďte úrazu odpovídající potřebnou první pomoc a
vyzvěte co možná nejrychleji kvalifikovanou lékařskou
pomoc. Chraňte zraněného před dalšími úrazy a
uklidněte jej.

Kvůli případné nehodě musí být na

pracovišti vždy po ruce lékárnička první pomoci dle DIN

Použití v souladu s určením

Tato stříkací pistole je lehká, pneumaticky poháněná lakovací
pistole pro kutily i profesionály. Hodí se především
k lakováním středně velkých ploch a drobným opravám.
Barva je přitom velmi jemně rozprášena proudem vzduchu a
nanesena na stříkaný objekt.
Nástřik lze stříkanému objektu přizpůsobit díky nastavení
kruhového a širokého paprsku. Při nastavení širokého
paprsku pro větší plochy lze vzduchovou hlavici plynule
vertikálně či horizontálně posouvat.

Optimální tlak vzduchu k lakování činí v závislosti na viskozitě
a stavu zpracování barvy 3 – 3,5 bar. (příp. zjistěte)

Optimálního nástřiku dosáhnete ve vzdálenosti cca 15 – 20
cm. Příliš malá vzdálenost a příliš rychlé či příliš pomalé
pohyby způsobují špatný nástřik.

Tip: Vezměte si kousek kartonu a před každou prací
proveďte zkušební nástřik.
