 What to do in the case of an abnormality
• Stop using the device immediately in case of an abnormality or failure.
• Remove the power plug immediately when water or any foreign object enters the interior of the device. It may cause a re or electric shock. Remove the power plug immediately, and contact your dealer for a repair.
 Power cord and power plug

• Insert the power plug fully into an AC receptacle.
• If you nd dus t on the power plug pin o r pin installati on surface, rem ove the power plug and remove the dust.

About Using Bluetooth®
This unit is designed for use with Bluetooth® wireless devices compatible with the HFP, HSP, A2DP and AVRCP streaming audio proles. Refer to your Bluetooth® device’s user manual or technical support to determine if your Bluetooth® device supports these proles.
 Frequency band used
This unit uses the 2.4 GHz frequency band. However other wireless devices may use 2.4 GHz frequency band as well and may cause interference with each other. To avoid interference, please refrain from the use of the unit at the same time with other wireless devices.
 Certication of this device
This unit conforms to frequency restrictions and has received certication based on frequency laws, so a wireless permit is not necessary. However, the following action is punishable by law in some countries:
• Taking apart/modifying the unit.
 Usage restrictions
• Wireless transmission and/or use with all Bluetooth® equipped devices is not guaranteed.

Connecting the AC cord
Insert the provided AC cord into the AC power socket on the back of

the speaker.
Insert the power plug into an AC receptacle.

Press the POWER/FUNCTION button to turn on the speaker.

Using this speaker
 Listening to Bluetooth® Music
In order to use the unit for music playback or speakerphone functions through Bluetooth®, the speaker must rst be paired with the Bluetooth® device.
Pairing:
Press the POWER/FUNCTION button on the speaker to switch to

Bluetooth® mode.
The Bluetooth® function will go into pairing mode and the blue indicator keep ashing.
Following the instructions in your device's user manual, activate

Bluetooth® on your device and search for devices.
Once you have found "TY-WSP67”, pair with the speaker.
• Input the pass code "0000" if required. Once connected, a pairing successful sound is heard.
• The blue indicator of the speaker will remain lit.
Information:
• This speaker will pair with the last connected device when that device is in range.
• The Bluetooth® pairing can be canceled by pressing and holding the Play/Pause button for more than 3 seconds. Then a canceling successful sound is heard.
• If there is n o operation or nothing is played ba ck in Bluetooth, USB, or LI NE IN mode for 30 minutes, the speaker will automatically go into standby mode.
Playing Bluetooth® Music:
Once your device and the speaker are paired, you can play music on this speaker through Bluetooth®.
Press the Play/Pause button either on your device or this speaker to

play or pause music.
Use the VOLUME/BASS/TREBLE knob on this speaker to adjust the

level.
 Turning o the power
Press and hold the POWER/FUNCTION button to turn o the speaker.

 Playing line-in Music
You can connect an MP3 player or other portable audio device through this speaker via the LINE IN socket.
Plug a 3.5 mm plug into the headphone or line-out jack on your

device and plug the other end of the cable into the LINE IN socket of this speaker.
Press the POWER/FUNCTION button on the speaker to switch to LINE

IN mode.
The LINE IN indicator lights in green.
Turn on and play your device.

Adjust the volume level on your device or use the VOLUME knob on

this speaker.

 Listening to a USB device
This speaker provides a USB port for music playback.
Press the POWER/FUNCTION button on the speaker to switch to USB

mode.
The USB indicator lights in orange.
Insert a USB memory stick in the USB port on the front of the speaker.

Use the VOLUME knob on this speaker to adjust the volume level.

Notes
• Press the Skip forward/Backward button during playback to skip the track forward. Press and hold the button to skip the track backward.
• Press the Skip Forward/Backward button while paused to move to the nex t folder. Press and hold the button to move to the previous folder.
